How to create a new instance without XWindows in HP_U 8.1.7

Can Somebody help me?
I want to create a new instance in HP-UX 8.1.7 database. There is no Xwindows installed. I think i should do this in SQL plus.
If so can sombody give my this script.

First get a Telnet session on your platform.
In the following, foo is the name of the database to be created. Obviously you will replace this in your script names and script contents with the name of the database you are about to create.
The values of parameters, filenames, distribution of files across filesystems, numbers and sizes of rollback segments and redo logs contained in these scripts should not be considered to be "recommended" in any way. These are just examples to demonstrate syntax. (Although the values given here will create a perfectly viable database.)

How to create a new user without any sample objects from any other user?

Question as the title.
I had the example dababase installed when I installed the Oracle database.
Every time, when I create a new user, there will be some example objects coming
with the new user.
How can I remove these objects from the new user?
Or, how can I create a new user without the example objects?

I think the easiest way for you would be to use OEM.
Just locate each object that you want to remove and right click->remove. Don't bother doing this for any indexes as these will be removed when you drop the corresponding tables.
If you want to try command line through sqlplus then identify the objects you want to remove by selecting from the user_objects view while logged in as this user. This will give you the name and type of object. Then issue the relevant drop command.
It's probably worth making sure you have a valid backup first, just in case things go wrong!

I am looking for the ability to create a new blank clone of the

How to create the new task without time through WCAP

I am trying to create the new task by using WCAP commands. I want to create the task with out time, that is "no time" option that u see in the web access. If I set the duedate without time its putting 12:00 AM as default. Is there any option that I need to set for WCAP command in order to set the "no time" option. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Anusha,
This code correct for your requirement, only thing is you are not able to modify it as per your requirement.
What you have to do is:
1. Copy queried row into into new row, change primary key values(but don't commit your changes here).
2. Now you have two rows in your VO(OLD as well as New)
3. Make any changes if you want using User Interface.
4. At the save button first compare OLD and NEW row, if any value is differing then commit the chnages(it will insert new row in corresponding database table), if no changes are there I mean to say OLD value and NEW rows are same then rollback(it will remove copied row from VO and no row will be inserted in database.)
While comparing rows please note that Primary keys will not be same so don't compare Primary keys while comparing rows.

First, it looks like you might be trying to create an instance in a process that is not in your current project. Is it possible that this is the case? Although you can have more than one project open at one time in Studio, you should not do this. Even if you have more than one project open, Studio's runtime components (the Engine, the Workspace, Tomcat and the Derby database) are only working against one project at a time. On Enterprise, this will not be an issue but on Studio you cannot do this.
Second, if the process that you're trying to create instances on is inside the same project, could you double check the id of the process you are trying to create instances in again? In the Project Navigator tab, right mouse click the process's name -> click "Properties" and look at the read only italisized text beside the "Id" label. It's going to be a String that has no space characters. Is this the String you are using in the method you are using to create instances? Here's an example. If your process's name is "My Process" then its id that you will use to create instances with it might be "MyProcess".

You can decide to change the name of your process at any time, but the id is always going to stay the same. So if you change your process to be "My Fantastic Process", its id is still going to be "MyProcess".
Third, have you defined an Organizational Unit (OU) for your processes (just asking - I am not at all encouraging you to do this)? If you've deployed this using an organization unit (OU) then you'd need to prefix this to the string also. To see if you've defined an OU for your processes right mouse click the project in the Project Navigator tab -> click "Engine Preferences" -> on the left side click "Deployment" -> in the "Organizational Unit" column do you see any entries? Doubt that you do, but if you have an OUs then I'd encourage you to take them out until you get this working.
Fourth, put logMessage statements before and after your logic where you are creating the instance in the other process just to make sure this where your error is occuring. One of your logMessage statements might look something like this:
logMessage "Before creating instance in process " + idOfProcess using severity = DEBUGFifth, if none of these ideas have been helpful - please post your logic on this thread. Put the text "{code}" before and after your logic so it reads a little better.

Hi,
usually the foreign key is only set if the VO you select is dependent from a master. If e.g. you have DepartmentsVO1 that has an EmployeeVO3 as its nested VO, then creating a new instance of employees automatically add the foreign key. If you add EmployeesVO1, which is not dependent to DepartmensVO1, then the foreign key is not set. So if this is the case in THURA (keep in mind that this is not an Oracle demo but a sample used in a book about ADF) then all you need is to take the independent VO when building the new employee form.

I've a class with basic SWING functions that displays an interface. Within this class is a method which updates the status bar on the interface. I want to be able to reference this method from other classes in order to update the status bar. However, in order to do this, I seem to have to create a new instance of the class which contains the SWING code, and therefore it creates a new window.
Can somebody give me an example, showing how I might update a component on the interface without a new window being created.

Hi,
With regards to your query, whenever a report is scheduled an instance of it will be created.
Therefore, it is not possible to schedule a report without creating an instance.

Firefox is not opening for me even after I uninstalled and re installed it, I have been told that often this problem can be fixed by resetting my fire fox account, and while I have been instructed on how to access my profile without opening fire fox there is nothing that will tell me how to reset my profile or create a new profile without opening fire fox. I do not want to just create the services (proxy services and business services) but I want to create a template for 40 OSB project with the same scripts ANT/Maven.
Template="Oracle service bus configuration project" + "Oracle service bus project" + services of 40 OSB projects
The goal is that I have more than 40 projects to create and just the name of the projects that changes (when I say the name of the project ie the name of the OSB project, the name of proxy services and the name of business services ).
So I want to give my script (ANT/Maven) the name of 40 OSB project and the script must generate the skeleton of the 40 projects at once time and after generation of skeleton of the 40 project, I will import them in the workshop to add manually mapping and routing and other things that differs from one project to another.
So i want to generate automatically a skeletons of 40 OSB projects using a script (ANT / Maven) and I give to the script juste the names of the 40 projects.
