How to create CMPCTRL attribute of the type internal table (as global list)

Hi,
I want to create global internal table to be able to access it across all my webdynpro views.
Ideally I will create this global internal table in CMPCTRL and will add different values from diffent methods of one view and use in another view as table of values. So I am thinking to use CMPCTRL Attribute declaration to my make internal table as global internal table. How do I achieve this ? Please help

Iam using 10g reports. Iam recreating the graphs in 10g which were created in Graphics builder earlier. While doing that I found lot of features are missing in 10g reports charts wizard. It has only limited number of Graph types when compared to the Graphics builder. Like there is no Curve graph in 10g. The available are Line, Bar and Area. So how can I draw a curve instead of line? 10g Legend looks very ugly. There is lot of space between the values. Is there anyway that I can add my own attributes in the graph.xml and register in the reports?

10g reports charts wizard. It has only limited number of Graph types when compared to the Graphics builderThat may not be exactly true.
10g Graph Wizard supports 11 major graph types, and 47 sub-types
While 6i Graphics Builder supported 5 major graph types and 35 graph sub-types
There are differences between 6i Graphics and 10g Graph Wizard, so certain things you might have been able to do in 6i may not be entirely possible in 10g. However, the main advantages of the 10g Graph option are - it internally uses BI Beans, which is used in ALL Oracle poducts like JDeveloper, Discoverer, Oracle Apps etc. So the customer gets a consistent look-and-feel. And that it is possible to define your Graph in XML format (and through Java API in JDeveloper).

I hav e an internal table. I want to compare the entries in the internal table and delete the entries which is duplicates from the internal table. for ex. if plant 1000 is repeated two times. Then both the record of plant 1000 should be removed .

Loop at jtab into wa_jtab where plant = wa_itab-plant.
if sy-tabix ne lv_tabix.
wa_itab-delete_flag = 'X'.

Endloop.
modify itab from wa_itab transporting delete_flag.
clear: wa_itab,wa_jtab.

delete itab where delete_flag = 'X'.
Now you have filtered ITAB with your desired results.

How to create payload attribute to the Human Task

Any examples/doco will be appriciated.

You open up the human task file (.task) and on the Data tab you add in whatever variables you want to pass to the human task. These can be simple XSD types such as strings, or complex objects ("Add Other Payload") which are elements which have their own .xsd file, typically Business Objects defined in the business catalog. This is how you configure the payload once the .task file has already been created.
If you have a BPMN process and you're adding a new interactive activity, then you can define the payload while you're creating the activity itself. After you drop the activity onto the process, click the implementation tab, click the green plus icon to add a new human task, then click the plus icon in the parameters section to define the payload. You can drag and drop objects defined as Process or Project data objects from the palette that appears on the right directly into the parameters section on the left. Make sure to mark them as editable if you want users to be allowed to change the values in the human task.

here i choose an existing configuration(uwl.webflow.SAP_CRM)-->

and now in the window "personalize task" in the table
Current display attributes appear my new attribute called "prof" > save>
Select the systems that you want to search for the attributes--> SAP_CRM -->

but this attribute not save..any idea??

How to create an attribute dimension in Essbase Studio?

I cannot figure out how to create an attribute dimension using Essbase Studio. The online help states that I need to "Find the Attribute settings grouping in the center" of the member properties dialog box. I suspect that I'm having a problem figuring this out because I don't have the attribute dimension properly defined in the relational data source or in the mini-schema. I've tried creating a table with no key relationship to the other tables and with no logical joins defined, but that doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

so in the 11.1.1 version you would click on the member name in the hierarchy you added to the Essbase model and in the center pane of the general tab should be the attributes settings section.
If I had a dimension called stores wth two groupings unser it region and store_type, I would click on store_type and add the attribute info

How to create a Workset in the Role

Hello SDN,
Could you please tell me how to create a Workset within the Role?
I tried to create it via right-click on the Folder of the uploaded Role and the only option is available is New Folder. I don't see any options for Workset.

Hey Niki,
Go to Content Admin->Portal Content.
Select your default work folder. Right click it and select new workset.
Create and save workset.
After that open your role and right click on workset and select the option add to role.
If you are not aware of the location of the role select tab search and type some keywords with *. select it and click locate in catalog.

then i have to trace the modification in the grid in one internal table...

First Create a node for ur table.In that give your table name in the dictionary structure then select option add attributes from the structure that will display the fields there u can select the fields then automatically attributes for ur table will be created in the context.

i am learning OAF....right now going through PPR.I was referring the sample tutorials where i came across attribute sets in the PPR Example, which i believe were created as per requirement.So not able to proceed further till i get some clue abt how to create an attribute set as per my requirement.Tried to refer dev guide but not able to grab the concept
Can anyone tell me where exactly do i need attribute sets(i am only aware that it is used to provide the look n feel to the browser) and how to go abt creating one.

i am not able to understand the text in bold in the code above.how do i refer to it, where is it stored, what is it doing , and it is maybe specific to the supplier table coz i cannot use it for my custom table...can u pls explain

How to create an instance of the database

No that won't work. I have to set it up independant from each other because I can't get to Uni until Monday and I want to have this done over the weekend really.
The main issue seems to be now how to create an instance of the database

To create a database:
you first connect as internal (user) with the passeword 'oracle'
the syntax is: connect internal/oracle
You type in this script:
STARTUP NOMOUNT PFILE=$PFILE
CREATE DATABASE db01
LOGFILE
GROUP 1 ('c/oracle/oradata/db01/redo_01a.log',
'c/oracle/oradata/db01/redo_01b.log'
) size 100k,
GROUP 2 ('c/oracle/oradata/db01/redo_02a.log',
'c/oracle/oradata/db01/redo_02b.log'
) size 100k
MAXLOGFILES 32

This script could be modified to reflect the features you want for your database.
db01 = the name you can give to your database

We also have a requirement which can be fulfilled only by creating a new invoice type, because its a system defined am unable to change the access type to User. So what i have done is i have created a DFF in invoice header with new invoice type and doing a customization based on that.

I mean after creating screen ..it has "OK CODE " attribute in element list tab in 100 screen.
I want to create "container" in Element list tab in my screen 100 program
I want to create new layout " container" in the element tab (i know if i click on layout button where i can create manually)

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when creating the account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) ? e.g. if doing it on your phone and you are currently logged into an account then log out of it, find a free app in the app store app, tap on its free price button, tap 'install app', and then tap on 'create new apple id' on the popup that you get. I tried those instructions on my phone a few days ago in response to another thread and I got the 'none' option on the payments screen.
