How to create Multiple ALV Lists, Each list on one new page
Hi All,
I have a requirement of displayiong data on multiple ALV Lists.
Ex:
I have data in internal table MATNR QTY VALUE
M1 2 3USD
M1 2 3USD
M2 2 3USD
M2 2 3USD
M3 2 3USD
M3 2 3USD
M4 2 3USD
M4 2 3USD
In The above internal table data , i have to displat M1 on one page and M2 on second,M3 on third and M4 on 4th page.....This may go to MN.
I have tried to do this with REUSE_ALV_BLOCK_LIST_APPEND, But if Lists are fixed like 3 or 4 , I can use this method.
Can any one help me on this?

Yes I think that this is the way we will be probably go but not sure what the correct terms are for what I am looking for. Not sure if you are allowed to post examples of specific commercial plug ins here but if not, what should I search for. I know if sounds daft but it's a real case of not knowing what it is I am looking for. I am a complete InDesign newcomer who uses it at the moment for simple flyers etc so more than happy to find someone who can do the more complex stuff for me. The price lists will need to be done inhouse and on a regular basis.

We stock over 3000 product lines and have 2000+ customers who all have bespoke prices, all of this information is stored on our system. I am trying to find out if it is possible to create a price list that links to this information so that we can create bespoke price lists for each customer. We currently use excel but would like a more professional look to our price lists and to include product images etc. Whilst the price list product content will be the same for all customers we will need to periodically need to add new products to this price list. How to print two alv lists in one spool request
Hello,
I have made a report which has one alv list based on CL_SALV_TABLE and a message box displayed in a splitter container based on SBAL. In dialog mode everything is fine.
If I run the report in batch mode, I have put the alv table to
list_display = abap_true.
For printing the messages I am using FM BAL_DSP_LOG_PRINT. It has this nice parameter
i_s_list_append = abap_true.
Unfortunatly the messages are not appended to the alv list, nor are they in the same spool request.
I think the system will put it only into the first spool request, when the name, the printer, the number of prints and the format are the same and of couse, if the spool request is still open for appenfing (which it is).
The name and the format are not the same in my case. So I tried to set the name to TEST using the print options of the FM
ls_print_options-print_ctrl-pri_params-plist = 'TEST'.
But unfortunately it is not working. No changes to the name, when I run the report in batch mode.
Who has experiance with that? Why are both lists not in the same spool request? Are my findings right? Why isn't the name changed?

How to create an iBOT which contains more than one dashboard page

I want to create an iBOT which delivers the content in HTML or PDF format, but to contain more than one dashboard page. The idea is that I have several dashboards and I want to send by e-mail (by iBOT) most important pages from different dashboards.

Hi, I'm new to LabVIEW.
I need some help. Attached is my LabVIEW file.
I want to change the Formula VI for the 'Air Velocity vs Time' waveform to another formula (or multiple formula (can I use MathNode Script for this?)) to let it handle multiple values from the data and then display the result on the waveform graph. Or how can I do this?
Another one is how to change the scale for the 'Measurement Flow' from sensor to pressure? Using pressure sensor 0V-10V to -500Pa-500Pa.

You could simply use a case structure around the Formula Express VI. When you say MathNode Script I'm assuming you're referring to MathScript? Or are you referring to the Formula Node. With either one you'd need to convert from dynamic data to arrays. With MathScrip you need to be aware that starting with LabVIEW 2009 MathScript requires a separate license.

You can create a custom scale for your measurement. You can do this in the DAQ Assistant.

How to create multiple pages in the output file?
hi, we have an application (C++) that generates PDF output. I've been asked to figure out how to create multiple copies of each page (uncollated). i.e. the output would be 4 copies of p 1 followed by 4 copies of p 2, etc. I'd like to do this without actually replicating each page if possible ... any ideas?
Why not just put four copies of the same CosObj reference into the Pages array/tree?

Hmmm....
Debugging may not help. The separate lists are handled by the display variant. You should be able to do the same thing if all of your lists use the same field catalog and are in the same or can be put in the same table.

How to create a Custom List without the column "Title" ?
Maybe this one is easy as it sounds, I just want to know how to create a little list for my SharePoint application featuring 3 columns:
1 - User Name (this should be Person type - UNIQUE + Required)
2 - Report (Memo - Required)
3 - Status (Choice + Required)
The list will be used to allow the users to submit a weekly report and I don't want to include the title because there is no use to me, I know I can hide the column by customizing the list but this sounds very amateur even for a newbie like me (yeah... sounds
so cheap!), since I've been reading a lot about custom content types and I still didn't get the chance to use this properly I was wondering how I could put them to use and I guess the example here would be the best right?
I really spent some time trying but I always end getting the Title even when I try to use custom content types so I'm really giving up and asking for some help at this point.

After creating your custom Content Type, Click on the 'Title' filed in your custom content type.
In the 'Column Settings' make it 'Hidden (Will not appear in forms)' and click ok.
Now add this content type to your list/library.
In the list/Library go to setting and 'Advance settings' and make the 'Allow management of Content Type?' as 'yes' and click ok.
Now make default content type not visible from 'Change new button order and default content type' link in the settings page of list/library, and your contet type as 'Default'.
Create a new view, remove the 'Title' field and make that view as 'dafault' view, you can delete the 'All Items' view also if required.
Now whenever user come to that list/Library they will not see the title column and also will not appear in the 'New Item'.
Note : The 'Title' field is mandatory in all the list/library and by default added to the 'All Item' view. So, by doing above steps you are creating a new content type where 'Title' is not mandatory and also not added in default view.

How do I create multiple midi tracks each with separate external synthesizer sound
Mac Pro OS 10.10.2, Logic Pro 10.1.1, FireFace 800 (updated), Roland XP-30 synthesizer/keyboard, Mackie mixer.
XP-30 analog output to Mackie, FireFace monitor to FireFace main inputs and FireFace out to Mackie.
What I can't get to work: Sound output for monitoring as I record on each of several midi tracks, each with access to my banks/programs.
Logic automatically set up the multi-instrument and created 16 tracks, visible in the mixer window. I have entered custom banks for the XP-30 and they are working.
Mt problem is two parts. First, my last experience was with Logic Pro 7 way back.
Problem two is that when I create midi tracks (except for the first one I created on channel 1) by control-clicking on one of the tracks in the mixer window I get no sound for monitoring. I can see the green monitor indicator for the track shows midi data incoming. I just can't hear it. It's as if there is no designated output. I have checked audio preferences and see the FireFace as input and output device. If i change the channel to channel 1, I get the sound, but then I have two tracks on channel 1 which doesn't work for designating unique sounds to each track.
I can select "All" for channel and get monitored sound on several tracks; however, they then all play the same sound, of course.
i can create midi tracks (either instrument or external) using the plus icon, but no matter how i set them up that way, they do not allow me access to my banks/programs.
In logic Pro 7 it was no problem creating multiple midi tracks, each with a different sound assigned to it. In Logic Pro 10, I am baffled regarding how to accomplish this and get it all to work as simply and nicely as I was able to with #7.
Make sense? Can anyone help?

How to create dependent Select Lists?
Hi,
Found in the documentation that to create dependent select list we have to do these 3 things:
1. In the parent select list, choose the option "select list with submit".
2. Defining a branch that branches back to the current page.
3. In the child select list sql, use the value of the parent (eg. :P6_PARENT_SELECT_VALUE).
When I change the value of parent select list the page is getting submitted and its going to the parent page. I've a branch that goes to the parent page but how to create a branch that comes back to the same page and then use it in parent select list?

Display a checkbox , customer number on the basic list and also set a GUI STATUS on the basic list.....
Select the customer by checking the checkbox and click on the button you create in the GUI status....
Write the desired code to be displayed in
AT USER-COMMAND even checking the sy-ucomm....
so this would make you to into interactive list...
