How to include hyperlink in Endeca page

I have a requirement about including hyperlink into Endeca page. I have an endeca page including external web contents, let's say the url is http://localhost:8080/web/guest/a. I have another endeca page showing orders. When user click on an order on that endeca page, it should go to http://localhost:8080/web/guest/. I just want to know how to implement this feature in Endeca. Any help is appreciated.

For now I can click one of the items in the guided navigation and then go to another endeca page which has OA page in it. Another question for this, could I get the data for what user choose? Say user choose item1 in the guided navigation, then the OA page knows user choose this item and user does not need to enter item id to update the quantity of this item (say the filed of item id is filled automatically because OA page gets data from endeca). The reason why I want to do like this is Endeca cannot update data so I need to use OA framework to update. Does anyone know how to implement this scenario?

But with this method only is possible I think open a page web, and if it is possible call url of the servlet, you generate other request and response object (other call to method doGet or doPost because ShowDocument needs parameter url), so the previously request when I click button ok it's no the same and how I obtain the prinwriter from first request, showDocument don't obtain html page from printwriter.

hi everyone, i have an problem while sending html page in my java mail application.Actually it's sending the html page correctly but the thing is it doesn't display the gif files . why so ? can anyone help me. i think its b'coz of the path problem.

And these gif files are located in my local system. when i sent to some xyz user it's not displaying the gif files . How should i give the path for that gif files. pls help me regarding this. hi , here with i have attached my program which will work fine . What u have to do is u have to specify ur smtp host address. from address and to address. And if u want to embedd the gif file u have to specify the gif file name. It will work only in outlook and hotmail. if u have anyother doubt let me know.

i need to send a whole jsf rendered page as a html page.... . say theres a page which hav few links , images etc & theres a send email button at the end of the page. once the user clicks on the button the whole page shld appear in another window which hav from,to, subject line + the html body of tht earlier page & once he clicks the send button it should send to the sender & the receiver should see the email a s a html email.where u can click on the links,images showin etc...

Here is one approach..
1. Make the report page as PUBLIC ( no Authentication required)
2. Create procedure which will pull the page content and send it to pre-defined e-mail address
2.1 Use utl_http.request to pull the page content
2.2 Store the page content in some PL/SQL variable and pass it as 'p_body_html' parameter to APEX_MAIL.SEND procedure.
3. Schedule the above procedure to run on daily using DBMS_JOB API.
I have not implemented it and its just a thought.

How to install preloader into html page?

I'm sure this is a simple solution so thank you for helping.
I've created a preloader to show the progress of a photo slideshow
called landscape.swf It works fine when I test it in Flash 9.
Question 1: Do I export the preloader as a .swf and place it
on my html page in addition to the already existing landscape.swf?
Or does the preloader automatically link to it in actionscript,
thus I only need the preloader .swf on the html page?
Question 2: When I do test it in Firefox, it says that there
was a problem because of a missing URL. My preloader .fla and .swf
are in the same folder as my landscape.swf and thus in my preloader
actionscript I have the link written this way:

Am I linking to it incorrectly?
All of my swf/fla files are in one folder called Flash in my
root folder for my website.

Yes, you can do this with framesets and a hidden frame.
You need a bit of JavaScritp in the "visible" frame that
sets the location of the hidden frame to the JSP.
Add the user's choice as a parameter to the JSP URL.
