How to export dynpros to files

Hi,
I have to export several sap objets (reports, smartforms, dynpros, alvs, etc.) to files (binary or text) in order to store it in a external database.
For example, I use RSTXSCRP report to export sapscript and smartforms, but now I need to export in some way dynpros in order to be stored in my external database.
It would be perfect if exists something that permits store in an unique file a report (or module-pool) and it's associated dynpros.
How can I do this?

1. somebody told me that it's possible to export all objets in the request to a file.
  It happens THIS way only on the app server.
2. Whenerver we RELEASE a request,
3. co files
   data files are created on the server.
4. These files have the name same as the REQUEST NUMBER
5. We can download these files from app server
  to front-end server.
6. The data files contain all the data
  of the objects
  (ie object name, its contentts (source code , table fields, comments etc, --- everything ))
7. These files contain data in ZIP/compressed/
   encoded format.
   so such files are of no use to us.
8. only SAP can understand the format and contents

    ANY compression is totally relative: what do you think is small? What do you define as high quality?
    I can get a 5 minute wmv file at just under 100mb that I find acceptable for browser downloads. You might think that's too big. I don't.
    Trial and error is the only way. Personally, I've set up a compressor preset to crunch my wmv files. While it's doing it's thing, I can do something else.

  • How to export a fireworks file to flash while retaining image quality?

    I created a banner for our website using fireworks cs3. Part of the banner has aimation (basically a slide show of 6 photos). I've tried to export the files by saving the frams to files, but when I do this, the image quality really gets bad. When I try to change the export settings and change the dither, everything but the last frame looks better and the last frame looks like a yellow color is splattered all over it....I've tried just saving the file as an .swf file but when I do so, the file doesn't work when I insert it into my web page, it doesn't work.  Is there a better way to do this?  Can I export as something else then import into flash and still retain my image quality?  Thanks for any input and help!

    I am not understanding the process on how to make a XML file from an InDesign File?  I thought it was just simply exporting to XML but see somewhere you have to tag the file?  What does this mean and how to do it?

    InDesign can write out XML for you but it cannot know what tags should be applied where. By default, all text is not tagged -- and so, if you export to XML you get all tagged text, which is none at all! and you get an empty XML file (it only contains a "Root" tag).
    If you want 'everything' and (this is important!) you consistently used Paragraph and Character styles, you can automatically convert these to tags (1). For a narrower export, you can add a basic tag to the entire text and use Find/Change to tag other items, or add them manually.
    (1) If you did not, here is a good reason to do so in the future. There are lots of other good reasons as well.

  • How ro export small (compressed) files (.mpg) with sound from FCP or compr.

    I have some dv pal footage that I need to store in in very small files. Then I need to convert it back to dv, for editing.
    The quality (regarding artefacts and all that) is not important. The stuff was ripped from DVDs originally and are only to be used as reference.
    Can I export an .mpg file with sound muxed into it from FCP or Compressor?
    H.264 produces to big files.

    Hm, what a weird workflow.
    I presume you are trying to edit with this stuff in FCP, so my question is, If you are grabbing media off DVDs, and converting with MPEG Streamclip or some such thing, and then trying to down-rez to edit with proxy footage, how do you plan to use timecode to reconnect to the high-res media when your cut is done?
    h.264 can produce to big files or small files, depending on the settings of the file you tell it to produce to.
    Consider that the amount of time you would spend converting media back and forth to low-res formats of lousy quality could be much more valuable than the cost of a firewire drive which you could use to convert your DVDs directly to DV, which you will find much easier to work with.

    I am having trouble with an export layers to files script i am wanting to batch export layer to png and this script i have seems to be the one i want although every time i run the script i get this error message "could not complete the action  since the destination folder doesn't exist" the script required me to hard code my destination path the path i require is "C:/Users/Tim/Desktop/Backdrops/png/" I am not completely sure why its stating it does not exist any help would be greatly appreciated. i have tried to contact the creator but the post it was on was very old.

    I have put the like var exportPath = "~/Desktop/Backdrops/png/";  and have removed the exportPath = exportPath + '/layers';
    but when i run the script it still comes up with the error
    could not complete action since the destination folder does not exist
    if you are using the extendedscript toolkit would be able to run the script and see if you know were the problem is coming from i cant seem to understand why its not seeing the destination.

  • How to export a PSD file with layers to Fireworks PNG file.

    I've been asked by someone I'm working for to supply the work I've done as a PNG file that can be edited. I was told that a layered PSD file can be converted to a layered fireworks PNG file. I've tried all sorts of things but either ended up with a flattened image or each layer as a seperate file. I've searched all over for answers but nothing as yet!

    Yes, individual PNG-24 files from Photoshop is what you want. In Photoshop, File>Scripts>Export Layers to Files; browse to save location; choose PNG-24 as the file type; check transparency. Prior to this, if you have floating imagery in any layers in the Photoshop file, you will want to place 1-pixel dots in 2 opposing image corners on those layers, so the all layer sizes will be exported at the same size, for layer-registration when composed in Fireworks. Then delete those dots in the exported PNG files and resave.
    Then you will need to compose the layers in Fireworks. Once you get your individual layers in PNG format, you might want to pose this question in the Fireworks forum.

  • How to export to a file type that will be editable on a PC in Premier Pro?

    The footage is HD. I just want to export out of FCP a file that is "HD" and that can be edited on a PC in Premeire Pro.

    I am not an editor so do not understand what the EDL does exactly but I made one and found out it is not a video file. It is just a file that retains the info of the edited footage but not the footage itself? So what about the video? How do I render that out?
    I find it amazing that there are no files that FCP outputs that cannot be used in Premier Pro but so far nobody has came up with any ideas.

  • How to export a DNxHD file in AME

    Im having a bit of a problem. I shot a music video, edited on Premiere, footage was 1080p(24fps) on 60d. I exported the vid using QuickTime and dnxhd as the codec. This gave me about a 6gb file for a 5 minute video. I then put that same file back into adobe media encoder to reexport to h.264, YouTube preset. Thats when the problem starts. While it is encoding something weird happens with the pixels. I see specks of green and yellow that show up on the video when it is done encoding. I tried resizing it to 720p but i got the same result. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
    Also is it normal for a 5 minute vid to be around 6gb when exported to dnxhd?
    Export settings: QuickTime to DNxHD codec, re-export h.264 to YouTube preset(target bit rate 10, max 40)

    Try to reflect on the following: you have something in PrPro timeline created out of original footages. You somehow can't export what is in the timeline to H.264 with satisfactorily quality. How adding an extra step to your workflow - exporting what is in the timeline to a digital intermediate - could improve the quality of your further render?
    OK, let's move on. First AVCHD camcorders shot with 17 Mbps, nowadays AVCHD cameras shoot with up to 28 Mbps. You hardly need more. If you are not satisfied with the media file quality exported out of YouTube preset (by the way, how do you judge on quality?), start from H.264 HDTV preset. You can hardly be able to playback a movie with 32/40 Mbps in your media player smoothly, thus decrease it to e.g. 28 Mbps or even 17 Mbps.
    Choose VBR, 2 Pass so as to get better quality out of smaller file size.
    Tick Render at Maximum Depth, if your timeline contains some 32-bit effects.
    Check if Maximum Render Quality improves or worsens the quality of your output.

  • How to export to text file without ruin the format

    Hi guys,
    I need some help here. My company recently come with the decision to print the mainframe report file that usually come as a text file, to a virtual printer. This virtual printer is printing the report as Adobe PDF format. The problem is, my Line of Business have a macros on Excell file that will grab the information from the text file to be processed in the Excell format. I tried to use Adobe Professional 8 to re-convert the PDF file to be text file, but the result is, most of the blank space is gone, and it is align to left, thus make it unusable to the Excell file.
    Unfortunately, I can't provide you the sample of the document, because it contain classified customer info.
    But appreciate if you can give me some advice.

    It sounds as if you are dealing with untagged PDF.
    Tagged output PDFs, with a well-formed structure, provide (amoung other things) the ability to Save As/Export
    content to some other applications with all or most of the layout/format intact.
    I suspect that the output PDFs you have are untagged.
    As there is, currently, a rather limited number of applications that support adequate tag management
    (FrameMaker, InDesign, MS Word (via Adobe's PDFMaker & to a much lesser extent with Office Save As to PDF - XPS)
    I suspect the mechanism used to provide your PDFs won't cut it with regards to providing a tagged output PDF having a
    well-fomed structure (which would include dictionaries containing format/layout data).
    As alluded to by Bernd, there may be third party plug-ins that might help.
    The more reliable/functional ones tend to not be inexpensive.

  • How to export multiple indd files to individual PDF's?

    Is there a way without using scripting, to simply take, say 10 single indesign files (all just single 3.5x2 business card layouts) and export them to a pre-defined PDF preset resulting in 10 single PDF's? (other than one at a time?)
    I tried a few things from Acrobat 9 pro, one of them being File/export/export multiple files/  thinking that must be the ticket, but
    1) I can't find my pre-defined PDF preset in the "export to dropdown list" (but thats secondary, probably can add that in somehow, right?) and
    2) even when I just pick PDF/a or PDF/x it starts the process, then tries to open each indd doc but a message comes up saying it can't open the INDD  file(s) and nothing was processed.
    Can someone help me with this?

    In your screen shot, that window looks like the preferences panel, in which you can set your PDF preset, correct?
    Here's what I have been trying.
    File/Create PDF/Batch Create Multiple files.
    Eventually, I get this window. (output options)
    Then when I hit OK, I get this error message saying the files cannot be opened.
