During Metalink patch download for E-business suite
it asks below information
1) Maintenane Release
2) Consolidated Update (CU)
3) Family Pack
How I can find these infos from current installation?

Below query does not return any record for ATG....

you can get the Minipack version of the products by querying fnd_product_installations or ad_patchdriver_minipks, for family packs you need to query through Metalink, OR if you have u driver file which resides on $AY_TOP/discoverer, looks for the minipacks/familypack version in the driver file.

Hi, i would like to know how often does Cisco release updates for the Signature engine for the IPS appliances? I was not sure to make the auto update from Cisco.com to be every-day, every-hour or once a week?
Also can you advise me of the recommended setting for Bypass feature for the interfaces?

Since the auto-update checks go out the management interface it maybe better to have it set for every hour. That way you wont have delays in the critical updates. Assuming you are in inline traffic mode, setting the bypass to "auto" is the recommended setting for interfaces. That is also the default.

How to find SA released

All,
I have a Schedule agreement number with LPA . I can check whether there is a delivery schedule for that , by clicking delivery schedule icon.
But how I can see whether its released using ME84 or not?
1.Please tell me how to find from individual SA screens.
2. Also how I can see from any reports?

In Schdule agreement, choose item ->SA release doc
You will then obtain an overview of the releases for the relevant scheduling agreement item with the header data.
For reports,
Choose Outline agreement ->List displays-> By vendor. Use the list variant EVERYTHING and document type LPA.
Choose Program ->Execute.
You will get an overview list containing JIT and forecast delivery schedules.

I wander who imported last support packs on the system ILS (SAPKB70014 and SAPKA70014). How to find that out. The transport directory is common for many systems

One possibility is to check the SLOG*. They can be found in TRANSDIR/log. There will be an SLOGYYWW.SID, where YY is the year (example 09) and WW is the week number (example week 10 of the year). Check the date and time, when the package was imported and then look it up in the SLOG. You will get lines like these:
START imp all SID 20090204132535 USER myhost 20090204132535
And USER is the one you are looking for...

How to find password for Adobe Updater?

So yesterday I renewed my Photoshop subscription but I'm still not able to open up Photoshop because it says that I need to update adobe (and possibly re-download PS? I'm not even sure). I tried to update adobe but then before it started to initialize the download it asked me to sign in. It's giving my name (Sam Pointon) as the username already filled in, but it won't accept the password that I use for my normal account (when the username is my email). I can't find that secondary password anywhere and I'm wondering how to do that

Are you using a Mac?
If so, does the prompt asking for your password look something like this?
If so, Adobe will not be able to help you with this.
Mac OS X will often require that when you install (and update) software, you need to enter an administrator password to allow the installation to continue. See this article for more information from Apple about this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2558
So, just enter the same password you use when you log into your Mac (or that you set when you first set up your Mac, if you have auto-login set up). If your account does not have a password, then just leave it blank and click OK.

How to find CC Application manager update on Adobe wesite

My Creative Cloud application manager on my desktop always comes back with an "Error" message when trying to update the CC Applications manager to download and install the new Adobe software updates. (I'm using a Mac OS) Is there a quick (obvious) link on the Adobe website where I can go to update the CC Applications Manager since I'm not able to this this from the adobe CC icon on my desktop? I always have to hunt around the Adobe website for a while before I can find the the link to download the update the CC app. I'm wanting to download the CC update manager....not each of the individual apps.

How to find LR 5.7 update

I have LR 5.7 on my PC and see that the latest version is 5.7.1. The LR update funtion only leads to CC LR. I do not have nor do I want LR CC. I want PC LR. How can I get my paid PC version to update to 5.7.1?
