I want to query data in hr_locations_all with ledger id.
Please Help me.

You are on the wrong forum, try e-business.
But, I think business_group_id will be the field that will lead you to organisation specific data, as this is what hr_locations (view) uses.

What about using an in-line view and the row_number () analytic function...????

how to find the data loaded from r/3 to bw is correct . i am not able to find which feild in the query is connected to which feild in the r/3 . where i am geting the data from r/3 . is there any process to find which feild and table the data is comming from . plz help

Hi Veda ... the mapping between R/3 fields and BW InfoObjects should take place in Transfer Rules. Other transformation could take place in Update Rule.
So you could proceed this way: look at InfoProvider Data Model and see if the Query does perform any calculation (even with Virtual keyfigures / chars). Than go back to Update Rules and search for other calculation / transformation. At least there are Tranfer Rule and eventually DataSource / Extraction Enhancements.
As you can easily get there are many points where you have to look for ... it's a quite complex work but very usefull.
Once you will have identified all mappings / transfromation see if BW data matchs R/3 (considering calculations ...)

I agree with you on that. Since its a development enviornment I can remove the column but that not my point here.
My whole purpose it to know whether we get the Column's Creation or Modification DateTime.

How to determine Organizational Data based on User Login

Dear all,
How to determine organizational data based on user login in Activity transaction, currently org determination is happening after entering customer number in the transaction.
We have used 'Responsibility' determination rule for this configuration. Now the requirement is to determine org data based on user login.
In Org model we have assigned user to org data through a business partner. But still org data is not getting determined in the transaction.
Please help me to trace out the problem.. your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

You just have to use other organization determination rule. In your case this would be rule 10000194 (ORGMAN_12). This determination rule delivers the responsible organizational unit of the user
User is defined as a business partner in the container attribute 'PARTNER'. If not, the system user (sy-uname) is used.
So you have to do the following:
- use this determination rule
- in BP link username with employee
- assign in PPOMA_CRM employee or user to organizational unit
This should solve your problem.

Table "J_1IEXCHDR" will store the Excise invoice header data.

I am wondering how to find a routine with it's technical name (e.g. "ROUT 7QAXE7SDXIVW4BJ2S2UL3HLAS" as shown in the error message in a transport log).
So I would like to find out, where this routine is located (w.g. which characteristic/key figure in which transfer/update rule).

You can try the following:
Look up table RSUPDROUTwith the GUID of your routine (like 7QAXE7SDXIVW4BJ2S2UL3HLAS)in the ABAP Code ID field selection. This will show you the InfoObject it is created on, and the GUID of the update rules. If you click on the Check Table button, you can find out the data target and InfoSource of the Update Rule.
In table RSAROUTTyou can again use the GUID of your routine to check the description assigned to the routine during its creation.
I am not sure if this works for the routines of transfer rules....still checking it and will update if anything turns up.

You are absolutely correct. But what i need to know is sometime , even in the sales order there will be no output type (basically inbound) which can be found as suggested by Sunil - I think that is the most relevant way to find the IDOC no. Hope you will agree with me. Again how to activate by IAN is also guides the idea. Only thing we need to know the exact parameter to be maintained in own data.

Hello,
Transaction FTWL is for the DART files (not actually archived data) that are stored in your archive server. In order to run a query, or browse the DART file, you would need to "Import from archive" from within FTWL and then browse the file.
I am not sure what you mean by AS_afb. Please provide more information.
