How to find previous manager who has approved ?

Hello experts,
I am using process controlled wokrflow using BRF. I have created a shopping cart which works till 4 levels. At 5th level I want to get exact approver from previous level. How should I achieve that ? In fourth level I am just selecting all managers using select zmanager from ztable appeending ...... query. There are 3 manager let's say (ABC,PQR and XYZ). That approval is approved by XYZ. I can see that using get_current_process_level (). Now I want to bring that XYZ at 5th level. Therefore I used

in get_area_to_item_map method. Now what exactly should be done in the query of get_responsible_approvers where I am writing select statement. How could I pass this reference there ? I need to add where condition in that. In z table it contains serial no and zmanager fields only. What should be done in order to get previous approvers here ? PLease adivse. Thank you.

Is there any clue for this ? Or should I need to change logic ? I am using rr manage of manger now. But I don't know how pass reference from one to other. PLease advise or suggest.

Create a Z test program using the particular table and filed .
Now goto SE38 and execute the program " RSDEPEND "
give the ur test program and then execute . u will get the list of the last change of ur program
( table and fields used inthis program)

You can open the TC F110. Give the run dates and identification numbers then go to menubar systems- status.
Which user has been blocked the invoice displayed.

Can someone tell, how to check who has approved the PO or PR?

Go to PO display ME23N go to enviornment data and see for header changes here you can see the person who has release the PO at what dat with time, user id and T-code used for release.
Else if version management is activated in your client then check at the version tab at the header level of PO here also you will find the required details.
For PR you can check the item details.

If the user has used the manage option to delete the contents of the DSO then the changed by field will be updated by the users name. In case a program is used for the deletion then it wont be the case.

Please find list of tables for datasources :
1.ROOSOURCE Header Table for SAP BW DataSources (SAP Source System/BW System)
Check fields TSTPNM ,TSTPDAT ,TSTPTIM
2.RODELTAM BW Delta Procedure (SAP Source System)
3.RSOLTPSOURCE Replication Table for DataSources in BW
*Check fields TSTPNM ,TIMESTMP
These tables only store information who changed it last .

Hi Venugopal,
If you add approvers using beekeeper for that resource AND that you use Outlook, you can see who is 'in charge' of that resource, ie the person that will hand over the keys to that room when you need them. That person is the only one who may be able to tell you who has booked the resource, you can then go and 'negociate' ;o)
In Zimbra (1.5.1.5) you can't see the contacts..

Okay, I left off a lot of important information...
I'm using two tables
TWDATA
EVENT
From TWDATA I'm pulling the fields TWDATA.OrderNumber and TWDATA.DisbursementDate
From EVENT I'm pulling the fields EVENT.EventCode and EVENT.CompletedDate
The two tables are linked by OrderNumber.

Does anybody know how to find a user who created message in satelite system, but when there is no business partner created for him in Solman ? In tx crm_dno_monitro, crmd_order or dnotifwl there isn`t any information. Is there any Tx or something where i can check it ?

BP should ne maintained for the user in satellite system as a identification in solman system.
how you are trying to create a message in satellite system..
if you are using help-> create support message then, you can get the message log details on the table BCOS_PROT.

you can get into SUIM-->where used lists, check for users with profile SAP_ALL you can get a list of users who have
it. and you can get into SUIM through SU01 from user information system link.
you can execute RSUSR002 from SA38/SE38.
RSUSR002 is the report which gets you the whereused list for profiles within roles, users.
you can get it from transaction SECR ofcourse you are executing the same report.
you can get from UST04 table and obviously USR04 also because sometimes you miss some details from UST04 because of sync problems.

How to find the user who approved the workitem.

Hi experts,
I have created a parking/posting workflow.
When the user Approves, parked document is posted and BKPF table is updated with WF-BATCH as user name.
Now I need to find the actual user who approved the workitem for posting.
My plan is:
1. Find the workitem id using the BOR, company code, document no, year, task no.
2. Find the user who processed the above obtained worktem id.
Please let me know the tables for the above points 1 and 2.
Or let me know if there is any other way to find the actual user.

To get the workitem ID with respect to a specific business object instance make use of the FM SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT
To know who processed the determined workitem either you can make use of the FM SAP_WAPI_GET_WORKITEM_DETAIL or directly read the table SWWWIHEAD and you can find the actual agent WI_AAGENT this is the field which says who has executed the workitem.

Well to me this is really weird question..

If this is valid you do not need to solve problems who can and who cannot start/stop SAP, because if you want to prevent some users from shutting down the SAP you have really hard job to do - there are many ways how to kill the SAP (for example killing relevant process from task manager, killing of database, messing with services etc.) - yes, this is harmful way of stopping SAP, but we are talking about attack, right? I would contact some Windows specialist to help you disable all the ways how to harm the running SAP. But still after that - there are many files that can be modified/deleted so SAP will crash after restart - you need to protect them too, etc.
In case you take the first assumption as granted (and you really limit access to this server) you do not need to worry who can stop or start SAP - at the other hand it may be handy to be able to start/stop SAP from other users - for this you can run the stop/start script "under different user".
But to answer the question - to me this is question just of access control (but really never tried that myself):

Windows Server 2008 R2 File in Use - How to find the computer that has it in use

Lately we've been having an access database go into read only mode on our file server. When i go into the manage open files screen on the file server, it show the file being used by a functional account and the open mode is set to read. Which confuses
me how the file can get set in read only mode when the only person who has it open has it open in read mode. Anyway, when i kick the user out of the file then the database is not read only mode anymore. Since this is getting accessed by a functional
account, I'm not sure who is opening it up. Is there a way to find the IP address of this person?

How to look as to who has deleted the Delivery note

I have a issue from one of my customers who mentioned in his problem that he needs to find out as to who has deleted a Delivery note. He has mentioned the Delivery note number.
I have tried looking at SM21 & tables CDHDR and CDPOS but I could not find. I tried to simulate the similar issue in my development environment by deleting one of the deliveries and checking in Transaction SM21if it displays my name, but it did not.
Please help me in this issue or at least let me know how to approach this problem.

You can find the Information from the CDHDR table
Goto the table in SE16 and ehter the details for the table like
OBJECT CLASS As LIEFERUNG
OBJECT ID As DELIVERY DOCUMENT NUMBER ( It should be 10 digits)
Now execute.
It will all the information on who deleted.

Some one has dropped 5 tables in the production database that has caused a SEV1 but thankfully we are having those tables in recyclebin and we are restored those with out data loss.
But I want to know who has dropped those tables and want to know who has connected to database at that time. Can you please guide me in this how to find out....
