How to generate the overall result on the Characteristics

Hi,
I was suppose to display the over all total on the Characterictics.
I tried all the procedures... but unable to resolve the problem.
Pls kindly help me and provide me the steps.

KF has there own results at the bottom.
Take an example.
i got 2 char : Name and N0 and
I got 2 kf : T1 and T2.
Now Name, No, T1 and T2 got the values in this fashion :
Name      No       T1        T2
Ravi         10       200      400
Ramu       20      300      500
Total        30       500     900
500 and 900 will automatically calculate bcz they are Key figures
but i need the total of   <b>NO</b> : 30 .
How to display 30 as a total why bcz <b>NO</b> is charcteristics.
How to calculate it.

Hi, How to see the characteristics in process order screen which are assigned in material master classification view. say, created a material and assigned some characteristics in classsification view. for the same material created a process order. like to see those characteristics in process order. is it possible. please advise.

to see this characteristic in the process orden you should go to Header >> CO Classification. If you want to add a characteristic, this should be added to SAP_KKR_CLASS. Characteristics for material (001) are not the same than those for CO Classification (013), so you should develop some special report (we did some special developmet for the printing of order forms )

We have maintained a batch sort sequence based on Batch Manufacturing date.
But now customer wants the batch to be sorted out based on Batch Number.
How to change the Characteristics from Batch Manufacturing date and Batch Number?
Please do suggest.
For example, we have two characteristics assigned to the Class One is Manufacturing date and another is Batch Number.
How system will sort out a batch based on these two logic.

Hi Mullai,
I hope you know what do you mean by "Dependencies" in variant configuration. These are created for automatic update of characteristic values. If you want to delete the characteristic from the class, please do teh following.
1. Find out that there are any dependencies assigned to this characteristic. If so remove the assignment
2. Then you have to check if this characteristic is used in any dependency in the code. If so, find the implications of the same.
In case, you dont know what is dependency, may be they are not used in your project. In this case, you can just remove the characteristic from the class.
It has got one effect.
At present, a configured batch will have this characteristic. If you go to the batch master in change mode, then the old classification will be replaced by the new classification. So the deleted characteristics will not be available to you anymore. I hope that is fine with you. If this is fine, then you dont need to worry about removing the characteristic from the class.

How to Generate the Dates of Billing Plan Contract

Need your advice on this.
I have a requirement to create a program to update the Billing Plan of contract. It will run in background and update the end date (billing plan), then generate the dates ( Settlement Date for Deadline, Billing date for billing index and printout, etc ..).
I have managed to change to end date using 'BILLING_SCHEDULE_READ' and 'BILLING_SCHEDULE_SAVE', but I couldn't generate the dates. I've searched sdn and still, no luck. I've tried 'SD_SALES_BILLINGPLAN_CHANGE' with no result. I've also found 'RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_UPDATE', but I dunno how to fill-in all the parameters.
Please help .. I have run out of ideas ...

How to generate the output of a BSP application in PDF format?

Hi,
I need to modify one BSP application, which generates its output in the form of PDF. I have checked all the methods in the bsp pages and its corresponding controller class's. I couldn't find any relevant method, which deals with generating the output in PDF.
Could you please share your valuable thoughts on this?
Again it would be helpful, If anyone of you share some knowledge on Interactive Adobe Forms.

A query from a tool such as sql*plus is STILL going to send the output to the client and the client. You can keep sql*plus from actually displaying the data by setting autotrace to trace only.
But that TIME TAKEN is still going to include the network time it takes to send ALL rows that the query returns across the network.
That time is NOT the same as the actual execution time of the query. So unless you are trying to determine how long it takes to send the data over the network your 'timing' method is rather flawed.
Why don't you tell us WHAT PROBLEM you are trying to solve so we can help you solve it?

such as number range set is from 00000 ~ ZZZZZ
when the number is 00009, the next number can be auto got as 0000A,
can SAP support this function?

Hi,
from what I understand from your post, the thing that's missing is the retrieval of the data from the tables and its types. This could be done very similar to your already done tablespecs, just perform a select, use a cursor again and in there, make sure that character (etc.) fields get surrounded by '' and integers not.

Meanwhile, according to [Oracle Tutorial|http://docs.oracle.com/javafx/2/fxml_get_started/fxml_tutorial_intermediate.htm#CACFEHBI], it is a best practice to implement a class that defines the data model and provides methods and fields to further work with the table.
However, It's rather cumbersome and time consuming to typing the code. So, is there any tools that can generate the java code of a table's data model by parsing it's FXML describe file?
