How to get editable fields in PDF

Hi,
I have created a form using SFP transaction as below :
Name AAA
Roll No 10
I have created two text fields as Name and Roll No, when I run this form then I selects Print Preview option and it will display the values AAA and 10 respectively. But I am not able to edit these values.
Can anyone tell me how I can make them editable. Please help me.

The structure SFPDOCPARAMS contains a flag FILLABLE, which needs to be activated in your program.
Be aware that in SFP there is only an automatic conversion from ABAP structures to the XML in PDF, but no out-of-the-box conversion from XML back to ABAP - which is what you normally need in the interactive scenario. Use the forms integration into the Web Dynpro framework, as this framework provides the transformation both ways.

With Clear Scan you get the text replacing the graphics of text. That can be edited. If you do searchable PDF conversion, you can still edit (I think). However it is an edit of the hidden layer of text behind the graphic and does not show on screen normally.
Usually the best choice is to ask the author for the original file to edit. If that is a copyright issue, then you should not be editing anyway.

You can open a pdf in the PSE editor. When you open the pdf, a dialog will ask you which page to chose (if it's a multipage pdf) and which parameters to use for the conversion to bitmap.
Since you are on a flattened bitmap (psd, tiff, png, jpeg...) all text will be converted and you won't be able to edit text (which is vector format).

Hi Neil,
The following steps describe what we did to get the new evaluation:
1. Define Attributes and Object Types for Evaluations: here we added a new field for evaluation. The field was COMPLETION (degree of processing in percent), with relevant object "TASK". "No Summarization" was configurated as Rule for Summarization
2. Define Extract Layouts: here we created a new extract layout for evaluation. The objects and attributes to be used were defined (the field COMPLETION was defined as attribute).
3. Assign Extract Layouts to Project Types.
4. Define Evaluations: the new layout for evaluation were created using the attributes.
5. Define Severity.
6. Define Threshold Values. In the new evaluation the field COMPLETION was used in the formula.
After configurating and testing, we have noticed that the values of field COMPLETION are not taking into account. It does not matter which value it has, evaluation always take 0.

Hello,
If you are looking for file download or view count then event handler will not work. You need to enable the analytic report to your site. Once you enable it then you can see the report within a browser or you can also create custom webpart to show count
of specific file.

Hi Experts,
I need "ERDAT" field from two structures (QMSM & QMFE) in 2LIS_18_IOTASK extractor.
In LBWE first I moved ERDAT from QMSM. When I moved ERDAT from QMFE it gives an error:
"Field with same technical name is already available in the Extract Structure".
I don't want to create Append Structure as we need to write User exit.
Can any one tell me how to get this field added in the extractor from QMSM and QMFE?

this is not possible as the all those fields are put in one structure. per definition you can't put the same field name twice in a structure, table in the data dictionary...
hence, you really need to use an append and fill via user exit
