How to get feedback to Apple?

I tried using the feedback form but I don't think it works, how else do you get feedback to them? Cheers. What I submitted is below
It seems this feedback form is outdated, there is no iPod (video) model in the selection list, iTunes 5 and 6 aren't listed either and you might want to add 'Playing videos' to the what do you use your ipod for section. Anyway I will get onto my request.
Having used macs for about a year I decided I would get an iPod, and I got a 30gb ipod (video). I have one slight problem with the way in which podcasts are listed. In iTunes 6 when browsing music in the artists column all the podcast artists are grouped together in an artist called 'Podcasts' and this is good since if you subscribe to a podcast with more than one artist you don't want 20 names to be filling up your artists column. However on my iPod it doesn't group them together like on iTunes 6. So my request would be that podcast artists are grouped together on your ipod just like they are in iTunes 6.
I have also found another bug when watching videos. You will need to follow these exact steps to get find the bug.
1) Start watching a widescreen video (like a trailer of some description where black bits appear above and below the image on your iPods screen).
2) Hit menu until you get back to the main ipod menu.
3) Put your iPod to sleep either by holding down play/pause or selecting the sleep option.
4) Wake your ipod
5) Select now playing from the main menu.
*Make sure your ipod isn't connected to a computer/mac or charging while doing the above.
Now when the video continues playing it will actually become fullscreen (e.g. pixelated and the sides will get cut off). I don't think this should happen, shouldn't it stay in widescreen like it was before you paused it.
Hopefully you will get this feedback because this form doesn't look like it gets used much since it's so outdated. I would be grateful if you e-mailed me to say you received, if you don't I will try and get it to you through another method as it would be nice if these issues were sorted out.     Yes, but if you're not already a developer you shouldn't be testing beta software.
    You shouldn't test beta versions of iOS on your day-to-day phone. You should have dedicated phone just for testing and it needs to be registered with Apple.
    Being part of the developer program and having access to iOS betas is not intended for just curious, non-developer people. It is for real developers who need to test their own apps on future versions of the OS and provide detailed feedback to Apple for bug fixing.
    If you're just curious about new OSs, don't bother.

    Thank you, but I just  tried everything you said, my apple id account (icloud) continues and still is receiving the email from ASC each second.  My i phone and macpro (i cloud account) is full of messages that I have difficult to erase at once.  I have to do it one by one which can take me the whole day.  How can i unsucribe from ASC, just get ride of my account, I mean cancel the ASC account, so I will not get any messages.  Please help.  Thanks.

    Issues are usually network related
    What is your internet speed? www.speedtest.net
    6mbps is required for instant HD (you can switch to SD in the settings)
    If on wifi try ethernet and www.istumbler.net to rule out interference
    Make sure you're using your ISP's DNS

My upgrades, purchased, featured and searches all work in Apple Apps app. I have checked my settings for a possible fix to no avail. Tried all hand motions to see if they would fix or help and of course they did not. My Genius worked with some real possible apps I might want, now - absolutely nothing.     You need to be quite a bit more specific.  What exactly is the Desktop manager doing or not doing?  You have a Pearl....what model?  Look in Options >About and tell us what model you have and what OS it's running.  Also, what version of Desktop Manager, OS on your PC, etc.

    Your post indicates a very old iOS version.  I don't know if it would work there, but in the current iOS (6.0.1), you can turn off auto-correction at Settings > General > Keyboard > Auto-Correction (off).

    I can not seem to find any way to get notes from Apple Mail on my Mac to Notes on my iPad.
    What the heck do I have to do?
    There is no Notes sync option in iTunes.
    Also, I can not sign in to MobileMe in my System Preferences. It alway says the member name or passowrd is wrong. How do I find out what my member name is? I only know my Apple ID which is an email addres, and that does not work. I am able to sign into MobileMe on my iPad.

    On your phone.  If you have Notes turned to On in Settings>iCloud, and also had notes on the phone prior to turning on this setting, you should have two accounts in the notes app: On My iPhone and iCloud (listed as your iCloud ID). 
    Did you have notes on your phone prior to turn on Notes in Settings>iCloud?  Is Notes turned to On in Settings>iCloud now?

  • How to get connect with Apple when you have problem in test device limits?

    I have reached my test device limit in August. I have popular app that is very sensitive of being tested super carefully (navigation app for the blind, testers from 20+ countries), so 100 device limit is easily reached. Basically, I can't ship any new versions due to fact that I can't guarantee safety of my users.
    I sent first request how to handle this to Apple in August. Since then I have sent at least 3 new requests. 2 times some person has responded suggesting adding 10 new devices or asking me to delete unneeded away and then list gets reseted after 7 days. I answered "yes please do that" and cleaned the list. Still after several months, I have situation that my device list shows "100 of 100 available devices have been registered." and adding new devices is disabled.
    I had read that this list can be reseted when I renew my dev membership. I did that one month in advance to see if it helps. It didn't and even when old one expired, it didn't help. Maybe I have missed some step, but for that reason I have tried to reach Apple Support. My two latest contacts to Membeship support has this same information about my problem (of problems getting support) and also short description about original problem.
    Have any of you had same kind of problem with Membership Support? When I have contacted Developer support, I have got excellent service.
    How should I continue? Start trying to make phone calls instead of using official contact forms?

    Your problem _is_ the device limit...you repeated your issue, so I'll repeat the quote from Apple:
    Although you may remove a device from your account, it will continue to count against your 100 device limit.

    We are a small City located in Sitka, AK and are trying to create a "Wellness Committee" for all our Officers and their families.  In doing so, I have noticied our community is very into Ipads, Ipods, Iphones, etc... and actually anything that has to do with APPLE... So our committee is offering programs and prizes.
    So we were wondering how does our City find out how to get a donated Ipod, Iphone, IPad, etc from APPLE???? We have a Tax ID that can be used or any other city information, upon request.

    I see regular posts like this here.  There isn't really any contact, but I think Apple targets large organizations rather than smaller groups.  There's frequent posts here from parents of autistic children and it is usually recommended they contact a national organization since Apple is more likely to work with them rather than give an iPad to an individual.  I'm not sure where you fall on this scale.  Try  http://www.apple.com/contact/  I note the specific omission of any sponsorship link on the N. American site though there is one for Apple Australia.

    The Apple TV continues to ask for the Apple ID password.   Once password is entered it reasks for the Apple ID password.   I'm not able to move forward with using the device.

    Since it's your father's iPhone, it's not clear why you want "to get into" it.  Frankly, your post reads as one of the lamest excuses I've read about getting access to a stolen iPhone.  Regardless, he can connect to iTunes, and get into recovery mode.

  • How to get feedback messages for schema creation script created by Tasks- Generate Script

    I am using sql server 2008 R2. I created a script file by using Tasks->Generate Scripts. I 
    selected option so only create statements are generated for all objects – tables, indexes, views, functions etc in the database.
    Then when I used this generated  script to create objects in another database in SSMS, it created the objects but did
     not give me any feed back, i.e., table created, view created etc. I thought my script did not run , but when I refreshed left panel 
    of SSMS and I can see all created objects.. So question is what  is needed to get 
    feedback when  sql statements are run..

    You need to add the PRINT statements yourself for that. The wizard will not do it for you.

    I have created many projects with Captivate, mainly software
    demonstrations and How To's; I ask no questions to the user and I

    I want to know 2 things: how to get an alert of some kind
    (email, connect to a http site, etc.) when a project is being
    called, and if the user saw the entire presentation or not.
    I have tried to use the Email Reporting feature, but I have
    read that this feature does not work... and I can confirm that.
    What other option, if any, do I have to accomplish those
    action?

  • How to get help from Apple?

    So, I've never really taken time to ask Apple much directly (except where I had to explain that yes indeed an early 2011 Macbook pro was offered with Hi-Res, and I paid for it, and the Apple store foobarred it, but after weeks, it's fixed), not since I left a school system of supporting thousands of Apple/Mac products on my own, where every so often I would ask the engineer that came out every few months.
    Anyway, I've used the great "submission" tools for issues / bugs found to provide Apple with info, but they NEVER write back to follow up. Anyway, I have fully documented bugs to submit, but NO way to get a response, is there some magic bullet or pill we have to take to get a response? 
    Very strange that you can't get in touch with a company looking to fix bugs in their own product and for free!
    I submit bugs to all kinds of other folks, and get things resolved, just odd.

    They will never reply unless they actually require some more information from you.
    You can register as a developer for free if you just register for the basic level. But this will let you report bugs. Have you tried it?
