How to get iVIEW displayed when logged in a non administrator

Hello friends
I have configured EP in such a way when I login as a user with admin rights, it displays the right iview I want. But it also displays the CONTENT ADMIN, USER ADMIN, and SYSTEM ADMIN tabs also.
I want to create a user which displays the ivew I want but not these admin related tabs.
If I remove the role SAP_J2EE_ADMIN then the iview doesn't show up at all. I even tried just putting SAP_J2EE_GUEST role but didn't work.
Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot Santhosh for the response.
I have created a group that has the right roles defined.
I have created 2 users. One with admin rights and another without admin roles(SAP_J2EE_ADMIN)
When I login as the user with Admin rights I see the iview that i need.
However when i login as the other user with out Admin rights I dont see this iview.
As I said in the beginning both belong to the same group that has right roles defined. Only difference between the two user accounts are that one has SAP_J2EE_ADMIN role added and the other one don't.
So I would like to know why this other user, when logged in doesn't see the iview.

you ask what machine I am now using, I am a Windows man, currently using XP Pro SP3 and have been for 10 years. A friend from the Education Dept gave me a phased out Mac with OS X in an endeavor to convert me.
At first I was very impressed but as time went on I found that the Mac was not as user friendly as I had thought. The terminology was foreign to me, and where Windows placed thing automatically into place, with Mac I had to physically pick up and re-locate programs.
But what really turned me off was that nearly every thing that I wanted to do I had to go to the net and try and find drivers or whatever to overcome my problems.
A point in question, I purchased an external USB dual layer DVD burner. When connected to XP, it was recognized instantly and within a few minutes I as up and going. With the Mac, it is not even recognized let alone getting it to work!
And then there are all the other little things like printing. In windows every thing from every page I can print, Ctrl + P. With the Mac, I am still trying to find out how to print a page from the Help menu.
Enough said. My daughter is interested and that is all that counts. Let her work it all out, she is smarter (an younger) than me.

From config utility, did you create an instance before trying to access.
I mean "product instance registration" and "data source configuration"

You will want to open iPhoto, go to the iPhoto menu and select Preferences. Under the General tab, next to Connecting camera opens: select iPhoto. Close the preferences and quit iPhoto. Reconnect your iPhone 4. iPhoto should open automatically and offer to import your pictures. Import them and then do what you want with them.

How to get the tab when is it pressed?

I have the following situation:
I have an array of JTextField inside a scroollpane. The size of my array is nine or ten depends on some rules. But my window show just four JTextField. So I would like to know how to get the event when I press "tab", just to show the others JTextField while I'm pressing "tab". Because I need this event to scrooll down or scrooll up.
I tried the keylistener, but when I press "tab" any method(keypressed, keyreleased, keytyped) is called.
I also tried the focuslistener. If this event I could scrooll down or scrooll up, but I couldn't do both!!
Can somebody help me??

JTextField implements Scrollable interface, which provides information to the enclosing container such as JScrollPane.
Hence when the tab event is fired, you can compute the Rectangle area that should be visible and then call the 'scrollRectToVisible()' method in JTextField. This will inform the JScrollPane to scroll to the rectangle that you mention.

You can build Internal Table and send this to the parameter "IT_SORT".
eg:
"the sorting Internal Table structure is as whown below.
DATA: t_sort_info type slis_t_sortinfo_alv.
"Build the Sort Internal Table
t_sort_info-fieldname = 'CARRID'.
t_sort_info-subtot = 'X'.
append t_sort_info.
t_sort_info-fieldname = 'FLDATE'.
t_sort_info-subtot = 'X'.
append t_sort_info.
Then pass this "IT_SORT_INFO" table to the Function module "Reuse_alv_*". (Note send the body of the Internal table only like "<b>IT_SORT = IT_SORT_INFO[]</b>".
Here i am making ALV output sorted on CARRID & FLDATE.
You can specify only the First Column name for sorting.

Well that seems pretty straightforward - write some pl/sql to send you an email when that pl/sql inserts data into a table.

You should not create checkboxes like this. Either use the APEX_ITEM.CHECKBOX2 API or change the Column Type to Simple Checkbox.

How can i get the display name of the dropdownlist.
I want to have value as other data not the same as display name.
In that case is there any easy way to get the display name of the selection from the dropdownlist.

I usually just use a hashmap to store the value and label, if I want to retrieve the label again later.
