How to get the ref in a list_of_ref

I have the following:
create type A as object(
     id_A     number(3),
     att1     varchar2(10),
     att2     number(4)
create view A_VIEW of A
with object identifier (id_A)
AS SELECT t1.id_A, t1.att1, t1.att2 from relationalTable_A t1
create type LIST_OF_REF_A as table of REF A
create type B as object(
     id_B     number(3),
     b_1     varchar(15),
     b_2     LIST_OF_REF_A
create VIEW B_VIEW of B
with object identifier (id_B)
AS SELECT t2.id_B, t2.b_1,
cast( multiset ( select MAKE_REF(A_VIEW, t1.id_A)
          from relationalTable_A t1
          where t1.id_B = t2.id_B
          ) as LIST_OF_REEF_A )
from relationalTable_B t2
The question is: How can i get the value of each REF to object A in the b_2 list
something like that don't work:
     select deref(item).att1 from B_VIEW BV, TABLE(BV.b_2) item

Thanks for your reply. I have defined my map as Map<String, Boolean> selectedIds = new HashMap<String, Boolean>();
            selectedIds.put("123-456", true);           
            int m=123; int n=456;
                                 selectedIds.put(String.valueOf(m) + "-" + String.valueOf(n),true);
            boolean viv = selectedIds.get("String.valueOf(m)-String.valueOf(n)");
            System.out.println(viv);
            My problem is the hashmap key must be set dynamically ("123-456" is just an example) and when i get the value i should be able to pass those varibales in an expression correctly. Please let me know how can i pass an expression like the one above as a hashmap key. Please advise.
