How to implement for coherence*web to remove an attribute of a specific sessionid?

Customer using coherence*web 3.6 wants to remove an attribute in NamedCache with a specific jsessionid.
If it is possible, please let me know how to implement it.

you could get what you want to do by using a Java Server Page instead of both a HTML page and a Servlet.
I should code something like this:

During implementation of Coherence * web getting problem

Hi ,
While i'm trying to implement the coherence * web for session management at cluster envornment- i'm getting 404 exception while accessing the page(Even i'm lookup the right context path) - I followed the below steps for acheving the concept.
1. I have set the COHERENCE_HOME and required attributes at class path level.
2. I have created two managed servers.
3. I have created one webapplication (modified the weblogic.xml with referenced lib as coherence-web-spi and provided cluster name).
4. Deployed the coherence.jar,coherence-web-spi.war and active-cache.jar along with my webapplication.
5. Now trying to access the my page - getting 404 exception.

How to implement for sap system use HADR

hi expert ，
       i am a newbie to sap basis， we have a requirement that do HA for our sap using HADR，i want know if there are some good sulotion for my scenario。
   our scenaro is we have two window 2008 sever host，one host has a sap system and we want the sap db2 database as a primary，and the other host also has a same the system which is restore from the previous sap system which we implement by system copy using database restore not migration。i want know as our secanrio could i achive SAP application HA by HADR，if we donu2018t have HA software like MSCS。whether we must manual monitor the primary sap   when it stop because any issue like hardware failed and then manual start the other sap system in the other host？
our two sap system have different sap profile beacause the hostname are different.
our aim is when one of our host can't use we can immediate start the other sap system in the other host, the less the change the better the solution .
is it possible?

    thanx for your information，i have already read the inforamtion about sg247363 once-over and SAMP。 but unfortunately we have a different situation，we only have two windows servers and must installed windows server 2008 OS because some reasons。we also don't have have other host to install sap。as this situation，how could we implement HA beacuse we also don't have shared disk。the window server are isolation。
i also read some pdf which download from sdn ， in the book the HA is implemneted as the sap application has a separate host and has two host for DB2 database using HADR，the HA is rely the cluster software 。in this situation the sap application also need HA to avoid single point failure。
    as the limited i have said above， is it possible to do HA by MSCS ，can any body tell me if the MSCS is free to install in OS windows 2008？ if we can't use it free，have any other solution？in the worst ， we must manual monitor the application and when a sap application or database can't work ，we want to restart the other sap which in the other host，we need the database synchronization between two database which using HADR。is it possible ？if it do， whether there are some additional setup for sap application because the two sap application have different sap profile name（a sap is a system copy from the other by database restore）。
    any reply will be appreciated。

Partial SSL implementation for iplanet web server

Say something like this

Only the above url should be SSL protected.

iWS4.x:
Create two instances - one on Port 80 and runs without SSL, and one on Port 443 that uses SSL. Configure your docs roots such that htmlfiles/log.html is not part of the doc-root for the insecure instance.
iWS/S1WS6.x:
Create a single instance with two listen sockets and two virtual servers. Otherwise the same as above.

How to implement complicated J2ee & Web authentication?

My web (j2ee) application requires some complex login mechanism. Specifically:
1. User must change the default password when they first login.
2. Session time is 30 mins. User is prompted to login to continue the current work.
3. User must change password for every 3 months.
It seems it is absolutly impossible to adapt Oc4j build-in authentication mech to reach this purpose. We thought to use filters. However, not only do we have to write all the security stuff, but also we have difficult to reach the purpose 2.
Any idea will be helpful.

i dont have a perfect solution for your problem. just a suggestion ...
any app server's built in authentication mechanism does not support all the flexibility you mentioned.
for session time out mention the <session-timeout> in the <session-config> of your web.xml. for purpose 1 and 3 you need to write some application level program to handle this.(or a filter??)
so you can still use the authentication mechanism of the appserver and deligate the extra work to the filter or other mechanism.

Save for the web jagged fonts nightmare

Hi
Can't export anti-aliased smooth fonts using save for the web. The fonts are jagged.
How can save for the web the same smooth quality that I see on the screen?

What is the size of the art and are you enlargening it in the browser using CSS or manually adjusting the size?
In both cases I am using save for web. In the first instance I am exporting at 100% size, 200% size in the next instance. If you are resizing in CSS/manually, export from Illy at the desired size.

Disappearing color profile when saved for the Web

Hello.
I have a problem with the “Save for the Web” results using Photoshop CS6 running on Win 7 x64.
My photos are already in 8 bits and in sRGB and when I save for the Web I check the option “embed color profile”, uncheck “convert to sRGB”, metadata to “copyright and contact info”.
When I open the resulting photos in Photoshop, everything is fine as it recognizes the embedded color profile. Same thing when I open these files in Firefox, Safari or Chrome: the colors are correct.
Now, when I right-click on a file in the Win Explorer and look its properties, the line about the color profile is blank, as if there wasn't any. This doesn't bother me but the problem appears on my Website created with Joomla and using for the display a module, Responsive Image Gallery, which creates resized copies of the photos. At this point the copies have completely lost their color profile. I entered in contact with the module's support and they assured me that it preserves the embedded profile, so I come here to gather some information about how this “Save for the Web” embeds the color profile because may be I just didn't understand how it does and if it's different from the “Save as” way.
The fact I can't see the profile through the Win Explorer makes me think Joomla's module doesn't either.

Incredible how much gballard's site is famous! Lol. I use it for a while now and checked again right now with the three Web browsers and everything is all right.
As indicated in my first post, when saving for the Web I checked the “embed color profile” option. I already resized the file and converted it in sRGB first in Photoshop.
Yes it's pretty confusing to see some software not able to see the color profile when the file is saved with that option.
To illustrate, here are three screenshots from Windows' file browser => right-ckick on the file => properties => details:
Opening that “saved for the Web” file in PS, it's ok, the CP is recognized.
Opening it directly (from the file browser => “open with”) in Web browsers: ok in Firefox, Safari and Chrome (CP recognized in all).
Copying that file in my working site on localhost (no modification), integer it in Joomla's module gallery (which is CP aware) and then opening my site on localhost with Web browsers: ok in Firefox (because it considers a non-tagged file by default as beeing sRGB), NOT OK in Safari neither in Chrome.
Now, if I do the same with the “Save as” version of the file with embedded sRGB CP:
PS: ok
Opened directly in Web browsers: ok in the three cases
Opened in Web browsers through my Joomla site on localhost: OK IN ALL THREE BROWSERS

Example:
- Open a tif image, that contains a dpi value (resolution).
- Use the splice tool in PS6.
- Export the slices with "Save for web", as gif-files.
Then the dpi value is removed, the gif files has no dpi value (it's empty).
How can we stop PS6 from removing the dpi value when using "save for web"?

When using the slice tool, how can we save the sliced pieces without PS removing the dpi value?

I tried using the "Services for Object" option and i was able to upload a document. But when i try to view the document in PO display ME23N, by clicking the Icon as you mentioned the attached document is not displayed.
Only when i go in Change mode ME22N and select "Service for Object" i get the documents displayed. What is the way to get the document displayed ?

steps to follow :
->Have the data in internal table (itab).
->Now use sort command for the particular column which ever you want to sort.
e.g sort itab descending by <Column>.
->Now you can bind the internal table with the Context Node which is binded to Table.

The URL is being populated correctly (without any spaces) to the follow on document (PR/PO) created in R/3 after implementing code corrections in BBP (replacing space by = as shown below).
When sending the PO to supplier portal, the outbound IDOC segment does not get populated properly. The text format = is again converted to space in ECC 6.0 which was not the case with 4.5B.
This is an upgrade issue as the function module used to format text FORMAT_TEXTLINES is completely different in ECC 6.0. The entire code of this function module in 4.5B has been commented in ECC 6.0 and new code has been implemented which splits the text and inserts spaces while formatting as shown below.
This issue can be resolved by implementing a customer exit or a BADI which gets called after standard SAP populates the IDOC. It requires implementing custom code to remove the unwanted spaces inserted by standard SAP for text id F07. Hence after SAP completes its processing to populate the IDOC, the text would be processed further to remove unwanted spaces before actually sending the IDOC out from SAP R/3.
Thus this upgrade issue resolution requires R/3 development
1.     BADI Definition: ME_MMPUR_EINM, Method: PROCESS_TEXT
This option is preferable.
2.     User exit: EXIT_SAPLEINM_002
