In my Swing Application I want to put �Help� for Every field..
Ex: After Username field �� if I press �Whatisthis�. I will explain abt the user name field .in a popup text Area

How to use MVC in Swing application

Hi,
I'm creating an application using Java Swing. I want to use Model View Controller (MVC) architecture to design by application. I want to use MVC to seperate by business logic functionality from the control and presentation logic that uses this logic.

Use Java Help....
There is some thing called as Help set. In a button action listener u have to call that.
HelpSet helpSet = getHelpSet("path");
HelpBroker helpBroker = helpSet.createHelpBroker();
CSH.setHelpIDString (jButton,"filename");
jButton.addActionListener(new CSH.DisplayHelpFromSource(helpBroker));

We have some constant values that we want to use them in both viewcontroller and model project such as "where clause values" in model or "Query bind paramter " in view controller . in other word we have expression such as "branchcode=:mybranch" that we want alway read :mybranch value from a file (eg xml) file .

Need an overall brief view of developing a J2EE/Swing application

I am curious to know how does a J2EE, JFC/Swing application work? I mean the front-end is coded in Swing. The backend is, say Oracle. How is the information sent to the database and retrievd back?? I know it is not so easy to explain about that here and there might be several ways as well. But if anyone could suggest me a place wherein I can get a fair idea, that would be great. Say, for example, there is a bank bank website and online transactions have to take place.... Or a purchase made at Amazon. I just want to know the various Java APIs involved in the process.

As you have said, at client end is a Swing GUI. The user requests usually goes either via specialized high level library, like java.sql/javax.sql for ODBC databases acces, java.rmi/CORBA for invoking some code on server, or goes directly through low level sockets (java.net) if speciall communication protocol is required.
The exact way informations goes depends on backend implementation and protocol it uses. In most generic case, when both sides are specialized applications written in java the RMI will be propably easiest and most powerfull method.
Ofcourse you are aware, that everything above can be done totally without java using good old CGI or PHP scripts as actually amazon.com does. If you are going to build web based front-end I strongly recommend to do it without java at user side - old CGI approach is in my opinion fastest and most user friendly way to do it (ie. think about poor creature which is using their cell-phone with www browser to see page full of java applets)

Hint is : A row with the same key already exists it means , It is assigning the same value/Key to row and you are calling it at WDDOINIT so it giving error at the time of initialization .
Better way to do the coding at some event in view OR if not possible than just execute the first value help in wddoinit later clear all the value before gettig the other Value help. Code it at WdDoModify View to get its run time behaviour.

How to implement "Application Help" for activated Businiess Functions & Add Ons?

I am setting up a SAP NetWeaver System with Business Function INSURANCE activated (for the use of FS-CD) and the reinsurance Add On FS-RI installed.
I am able to set up "Application Help" in transaction SR13 for the "ERP/ECC part", meaning: When I open some "normal" ECC/ERP transaction, like MM03 oder PA20 and click on ("Help" in menubar >) "Application Help" in SAP Gui, a browser opens an shows me the context sensitive online help page for the corresponding transaction. (For PA20, this is "Displaying HR Master Data", for MM03 it's "Displaying Material Master Records")
If I open an FS-RI transaction (like "/MSG/H_BORD1" oder "/MSG/R_V3"), I am only forwarded to the general SAP Library. But there is an online documentation available ("SAP for Industries" > "SAP Insurance Management" > ...)
So, how to link the Business Functions and Add Ons with the Online Help?
Is there a simple way to set up "Application Help" for activated Business Functions and installed Add Ons?
I found some (online) documentation, but this is all more confusing than helping...

Second, when you create a Core Data Document Based application, XCode generates the MyDocument class, derivating from NSPersistentDocument. This class is dedicated to maintain the Managed Object Model and the Managed Object Context of each document of your application.
There is only one Context and generally one Model for each Document.
In Interface Builder, the Managed Object Context must be bound to the managedObjectContext of the MyDocument instance: it's the File's owner of the myDocument.xib Nib file.
It's not the case in your Nib File where the Managed Object Context is bound to the invoiceID of the Invoice Controller.
It's difficult to help you without an overall knowledge of your application, perhaps could you create an InvoiceItem Controller and bind its Content Set to the relationship of your invoice.

Currently my swing application freezs some times, it will not come back, only option i have is restart.
Can some one can help me how i can implement short cut key (CTRL+ALT+ENTER) that can restart my application. (in any state, my action should allow to restart).

Currently my swing application freezs some times, it will not come back,I would work on fixing that problem. Sounds like you aren't using Threads properly and are blocking the EDT. Read the section from the Swing tutorial on [url http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/concurrency/index.html]Concurrency for more information.
how i can implement short cut key (CTRL+ALT+ENTER) that can restart my application.Within Swing this would be done by using "Key Bindings". A section on Key Binding is found on the tutorial link from above. However, is Swing actually is frozen then this won't work.
Therefore this would need to be done at the OS level, which java doesn't support. You would need to use JNI, which I know nothing about.
