Hello all,
I have create a WD Configuration Z_ESS_CORRECTIONS and Set all attribute exactely like HRESS_CC_OVP_CORRECTIONS. but still getting a Problem with the configuration in the Portal, is not displayed like the Standard !!
I want that it looks exactelly like the standard (Pic SC_1) , Messages should by side by side with Balances, and not undert it!!
I will be very happy of any kind of Helps.

How to make same sized pdf?

Hi,
I'm new to Adobe Acrobat, and now using Acrobat XI Pro. I have problem on how to recompile different pdf size and producing the output of same sized pdf.
Well, let me try to explain. The width x height of my first page is around 6.78" x 6", while the rest of the documents are 6.78" x 8.85".
It happens because I cropped the upper half of my first page (originally they are the same size).
So what I really want to do is making my pdfs on the same sized (6.78" x 8.85") by either merging the pdf and splitting them again into my desired pdf size or maybe "moving" the rest of the documents up (don't know if it's possible though).

Note: Converting and editing in Ms Word is not a feasible option for me since the documents contain a lot of graphs, images, and tables, and based on my experience, it was horrible (well, the image would dislocate and such) -- or maybe I'm a noob in using Ms Word as well.

Did you try saving to MS Word with the option to preserve the layout? That puts everything in text boxes, but that might do the job.
You could try selecting the crop tool again and setting it to the desired setting you want for all pages and apply to all pages.

How to make same binaries using mxmlc, without timestamp?

It seems like mxmlc generates different binary even when the source code is not changed.
for, example,

and when i run mxmlc like this :

and case1.swf and case2.swf is different!
I found that mxmlc sets metadata and some timestamp in .swf file,
I could get the same binary by "unpacking" .swf, removing timestamp, and manually re-pack it.

But it'll be happier when there is a special switch which generates same binary data ( That means, if mxmlc removes all timestamp and metadata which generated in compile time ) !

Trying to make Reporting Services Configuration Manager work. Or, SQL Server Reporting Services.

Under Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2008, I have the following:
SQL Server Management Studio
Configuration Tools
Integration Services
Import and Export Data
Under Configuration Tools, I have the following:
SQL Server Installation Center
SQL Server Configuration Manager
SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting
Reporting Services Configuration Manager
I tried to enable Reporting Services through 'Reporting Services Configuration Manager' but I don't seem to have much control from this view. I see two boxes, one named Server Name (and it shows my server name) and the other is named Report Servicer Instance (and this is grayed out). If I click on the Find box next to Server Name, I get this message:
Report Server WMI Provider Error: Invalid Namespace

To get the Server Name I right-clicked SQL Server > Properties > General
Any ideas on how to make Reporting Services Configuration Manager work? Or, can you please give me more details on how to access "System control" => "Services"? I'm not seeing it anywhere and I'm not seeing any way to find "Sql Server Reporting Services". Basically, I'm trying to activate my SQL Server Reporting Services.
I am using SQL Server 2008 Express Management Studio. Is SQL Server Reporting Services included in Express Management Studio? I read, online, that it is, but I can't find it anywhere.

i need to dispaly to dispaly data matrix and table . but matrix data on first page and table data on second page.
how to achive this . if i give pagebreak for every new instance for matrix, only matrix data is getting dispalyed in one page and on the second page seocond record date is getting displayed. after all matrix data is displayed ( in separate pages) , table
data is being dispalyed.
but i want to display matrix data on first page and table data on the second page for the first record. for second record also it should display matrix data on 3rd page and table data on 4th page etc..
i mean how to make matrix and table data as same group. so that i can set "page break for new instamce" etc..

From your description, you want to group both the matrix and table on the same field and add a page break between the two controls for each instance at run time.
To achieve your goal, we can display the matrix in a list and display the table in a nesting list. Please refer to the steps below:
Drag a “List” to the design surface. Drag the matrix into the top of the list (list1).
Drag a “”List” to the list1, under the matrix. Drag the table into the nesting list (list2).
Select “list1” and open the “Group Properties” from the “Row Groups” pane. Add the field on which you want to group the data. In the “Page Breaks” tab, select the “Between each instance of a group”.
Repeat step 3 to configure the “list2” using the same field. Additionally, please also select the “Also at the start of a group” option.

Requirement:
How to make two clients on same VLAN communicate to each other when tunnel-loop-prevention is enabled on tunneled-node configuration at controller?
Whenever we enable tunnel-loop-prevention on controller while we configure tunneled-node, the communication between two tunneled-node client on same VLAN is blocked or dropped.
If the tunneled-node clients are of different VLANs then they can communicate between them even when the tunnel-loop-prevention is enabled on the controller.
Solution:
To make two tunneled-node client on same VLAN to communicate between them, we need to enable "local-proxy-arp" for the interface VLAN on the controller.
Once it is enabled now the tunneled-node clients on same VLAN can communicate between each other.
Configuration:
To enable "local-proxy-arp":
Get to the interface of the VLAN on the controller
Example :
(config)#interface vlan 5
(config)#ip local-proxy-arp
To enable tunnel loop prevention on controller
(config)# tunnel-loop-prevention
Verification
Show commands:
To check if tunnel-loop-prevention is enabled or disabled
#show tunneled-node config
Tunnelded node Server: Enabled
Tunnel Loop Prevention: Enabled
To check if local-proxy-ap is enabled:

I developped a report and a form for the same table. I also created a link and used it in my report so that when I click on the link of one record, the form is opened and display this record.
My problem is that when I include my report as a portlet and I click on a link, the form is opened in full screen mode by replacing the page containing my report.
What should I do in order to open this form in another region of the same page ?

I presume that the two regions are working fine with their individual buttons and your issue is how to make them both save with one button.
Here is how
a. You will have 2 ApplyMRU and 1 ApplyMRD processes for each of the regions. Right? Lets say you have 2 "Save" (i.e. label=Save) buttons, one has name SUBMIT and the other SAVE ( SUBMIT and SAVE being the requests that will be sent when they are clicked , respectively)
b. Make the Display condition on one of the buttons 'Never'. Now it won't show when you run the page. Lets say you made SAVE's conditional Display 'Never'
c. Go and change the condition on all ApplyMRU and ApplyMRD processes from "When Button Pressed" to "Request is contains in Expression1". In Expression1 enter SUBMIT,SAVERegards

         Does anyone know how to make use of adjacent data elements within the same buffer? To make my question clearly, I would like to give you an example. In my application, I set "sample to read" as 10 which means at each loop 10 data samples will be taken into a buffer. Now, what I would like to do is to do some calculations on adjacent data samples in same buffer. I tried to use "shift register" for this, but it seemed to me that it only can deal with the calculation between data from adjacent loops. In other words, it skips 9 data elements and take the 10th one for the calculation.
         Here I also attach my VI showing what I did.

Hi Suksun,
      I hope you'll forgive me for distilling your code - mainly to understand it better. I tried to duplicate your logic exactly - which required reversing the "derivatives"-array before concatination with the current samples array. As in your code, the last velocity is being paired with the first position. If first velocity is really supposed to be paired with first position, just remove the "Reverse 1D Array" node.

How to make two Application Modules share the same entity cache?

Hello everyone, I am using JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0
I have a little problem in my application through using two AppModules that contain also same ViewObjects. So to be clear one VO is declared in two AppModules. When I commit the view by using AppModule1 and then go to another page that uses the same VO but from AppModule2, I have to commit again, even through the row is previously stored in the database.
I understood that this came because different AppModules use different entityCache for database communications.
I am asking if anyone knows any option on how to sync the entity caches from the two appmodules, or how to make them use the same entity cache.

You can make a copy of the app and give it another name, but it will use the same settings files no matter which you open. Settings aren't stored in the app, but in your Preferences.
Firefox, being a Windows derivative, might have the capability to use "Profiles" where you'd set it up different for each profile. I don't use Firefox, so I don't know if that option exists.
