please kindly advise how can i open & pass the following parameter to set default value to KKAO from ABAP program.
controlling area (auto select value)
plant (auto select value)
with production orders (auto tick)
with product cost collectors (auto tick)
with process orders (auto tick)
wip to period (auto fill up value)
fiscal year (auto fill up value)
all RA Versions (auto select option)

you can use SET PARAMETER ID '....'.
controlling area (auto select value)- 'CAC'
plant (auto select value)- 'WRK'
with production orders (auto tick)
with product cost collectors (auto tick)
with process orders (auto tick)
wip to period (auto fill up value)- 'ACM'
fiscal year (auto fill up value)- 'ACJ'
all RA Versions (auto select option)
and for all other check boxes and radiao buttons find the field and give default value as 'x'.

Now I try to build conference room like this by using form
and report. And i design that when users click at group report
then i'll show page that contain questions report and add
question form. And question form and report must receive the
same parameter from group report.
First Problem: is I don't know how group report send the
same parameter to question report and add question report at the
same time. And is it possible??? If not please suggest me what
should I do???
Second Problem: is I don't know how can I pass parameter from

One way is to create a link based on that form and attach that
link with the report. Through links you can pass parameters

Which ABAP program - the one that will be executed as a job step? If yes, I don't believe you can "pass" something to it because it will be started by "job starter" of SAP background processing run-time system. The ABAP program executed in background can, however, get the job run-time information using FM GET_JOB_RUNTIME_INFO, which also returns EVENTID and EVENTPARM. Is that the event parameters you were looking for?

While you can access the OLE objects in C#.NET, the JSObject was designed as a bridge to VB.NET. Since the real power of what you can do with Acrobat automation comes from the JSObject, it would be very difficult to do that you want from C#.NET - or you would at least be limited in what you can do beyond basic functionality.
Also, a full version of Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional would need to be installed on each client system. Reader will not work for what you want to do. Each end user running your application will require an installation of Acrobat.

Go to Job Schedule, put Job Step parameter as your program and see scheduled Job.
In Schedule Job double click to see start condition. and steps to see details and variant.

How To Call a Broadcasting Template within an ABAP program

I was wondering if anyone knew how to call the Broadcast template via an ABAP program so it will execute? The scenario that I have is we are doing validations via BW. We put the data (for conversion reasons) through validation rules and then load a data target. From this, there are 2 situations that could occur:
1) There are errors
2) There are not any errors
If #1 is true, then I would like to execute the Query Broadcasting Template that I have created. If #2 is true, then I would like to execute another process via the ABAP program. In the past, I was successful using exception reporting via reporting agent, since I was able to call that program but the report did not look good at all. Please let me know if there is a program that I could call in order to execute this broadcast that I have set up.

We are pretty new on BSP. Would be very appreciated if any expert here give us the detailed steps on how to build up the application to just call a custom transaction (e.g., t-code: ztest) or an ABAP program. Would we have to create a button or event handler to do that? And the detailed steps?

How could I pass parameter that depend on values in report from report to form?

In my case, I want to pass 'gno' and 'qno' values of report
to form. When click on the button then the form is showed.
There are automatically values in gno field on form so that user
don't complete this filed.
So I create a button on the report . I enter Javascript in
PL/SQL Code tab in '...after displaying the footer' as follow :

Although your example will work, it is not recommended to use blank spaced in a URL if it can be avoided. The preferred way of passing custom params would be to use the otherparams parameter. For example:
http://server/forms/frmservlet?form=helloworld&otherparams=param1=val1
If there are more than one parameter/value pair to pass, separate using a plus (+) sign. For example:
http://server/forms/frmservlet?form=helloworld&otherparams=param1=val1+param2=val2

In smart forms if we want to display quantity and currency fields. We can't directly display currency field and quantity fields
For that we have to create an extra variable in global definitions
Ex: netpr FIELD of EKPO
CREATE program lines and specify WA_NETWR = itab-netpr.

Passing of parameters to custom abap program

I need to be able to have some parameters i submit off a script and pass then to SAP
The abap that is run is a custom abap and takes 3 parameters.
I add a new parameter in the script definition I_LAUFD
with the value for the parameter i want to pass the custom abap.
When i submit the job i recieve
<unknown>: argument I_LAUFD not found
use the following name=value pairs
ABAP_RUN
ABAP_RUN_PRINT etc etc
I want to submit a parameter to cutom abap how do i go about it? is is possible?

Parameters for ABAP programs are most of the time passed to the ABAP program using a VARIANT. In transaction SE38 you can check which parameters can be set on the VARIANT for your custom ABAP program.
If you need to set these parameters dynamically before the job starts, you can submit a job to change these values for you from CPS and then start the ABAP program in the next step.

The program can call function module BP_EVENT_RAISE to raise the event. you can create vent in sm64 and sm62 .There you give the parameter of the event same as what you will define in the event of start variant of your process chian ..
