How to provide view selection dropdown like ALV

Hi all,
As you know, ALV can save your own view but it's embeded in component SALV_WD_TABLE. And I want to provide such a dropdown on selection screen before searching. Can I reference this dropdown directly?
I've found out the db tables that store these info wdy_conf_usert and WDY_CONF_USER. It's feasible to select out relevant entries and fill the dropdown. Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea because I have to do so for each screen.

How to Extract the selected line in alv?

Hi,
I am learning ABAP and i have a doubt.It is as follows.
In interactive reports, by clicking on a ROW we can display the line by using SY_LISEL in AT LINE_SELECTION event .
Now i want to have a pop up window when we click on a selected row of ALV report I want that single ROW to be displayed . How can i do this?

Hi Ravindra,
I think this is not possible with ALV reports because these use field catalogs unlike Interactive reports. Interactive reports only has the capability of popping up the data in the next list when clicked on row with the help of the events.

I am creating a report. in that for one field, i need to create a multiple selection screen. i mean in the output screen , i need to get the multiple selection screen for that field. in that i should be able to select multiple values, or single values or range of values.
eg: if i take the field kunnr, i should be able to select the multiple kunnar values in the output screen.

How to provide View access for all the projects to an employee?

We’ve a requirement to provide view access to certain employees to all the projects. They are supposed to have only view access to the project information (HTML Interface). We don’t want to assign these employees to the projects.
In this regard we created a menu that gives users only view access to project information. We assigned the employee/user the profile option “PA: Cross Project User View” and set the value to “Yes”. However the user is only able to view Project Overview information. The moment I assign the user to a project (non scheduled member), the user is able to view all project information.
We’ve tried bouncing the apache post assignment of the profile option to the user, but no luck. Is there something else required to be done? Why is the profile option not working? Please advice.
Note: We don’t want to give the user Project Authority as it by default gives the user rights to modify information in the project.
Any other suggestions to achieve the said functionality is most welcome.

How to have multi select dropdowns for web request and adobe forms

Hi All,
I am working on interactive forms for CRM 7.0 using web request and ZCI layout.
When I say web request we define the fields required for the form in CRM that becomes the context for WDA and passed onto Adobe form.
This web request is a flat structure which mean if I have a node and attributes with in that you cant have multiple values to wards this node as in WDA.
Now My query:
I have a field called "xyz" since web request is a flat structure i just defined it as a string.
In WDA I made it a enumrated field and added key value pairs to it.
In Adobe form I binded this field to a WD native enum dropdown list every thing is fine untill here.
Now in the form I need this as a multiple select, so i changed the dropdown field to list box it works.
The form has to be submitted as a draft version when did so, it will not execute any APIs but saves the data to the web request.
When the same form is opened for the next time, with the data in web request it should reopen this field with the multiple seleced values high lighted.
since the field xyz is a single filed of string, how can i maintain multiple values in that...?
if there is a form status auto save function in Adobe form this might solve a bit but not sure when the form is opened 2nd time from web reqest view does it consider it as a new one or open the same form...?
I have such dropdown fields and problems including ones with depenedt values on one another.
I tried my best to explain the problem, if somebody can help me with this its much appriciated.
Note: Since this is dependent on CRM web request I am posting the same query in that block also apologies if this mean a duplicacy.

Iterating & processing a enumrated dropdown is like any other dropdown /list box in adobe forms.

We've created some set of views with nice names for our ALV. So '[Standard View]' choice is not needed. Is there a way to hide it (not the dropdown itself - only the item in it)?

I am displaying ALV report now i want to display small window with one button and it should show list of fields before displaying alv output.
means i want a window showing list of fields of internal table coming from program.and when i will click on yes button it should show ALV output.

Try to use the following command:
WINDOW STARTING AT <some-value> <some-value> ENDING AT <some-value> <some-value>.

notice that there is a space between <> <>.
This statement should be used inside the AT USER-COMMAND event.
i.e.,
AT USER-COMMAND.

Problem viewing selected iPhoto video event full screen in iMovie.

How do I view selected iPhoto video full screen as an event in iMovie? It always plays the last import instead. I did follow the instructions, but that does not work.

I'm having the same problem!!!! Mine use to sort from new to old and it changed for some reason?
I spoke to apple care and they said it mimics the iphoto order... but it doesn't... I've tried everything, including reversing assending and decending in iphoto.
Like you said, it seems trivial... but it is a pain to scroll to the bottom for everything!

How can I display selected tags across multiple e-mail addresses?

I receive email on a specific topic but via several e-mail addresses. How can I view selected tags where the resulting e-mails span several (7) email addresses. They are all active on my Thunderbird, but as far as I know, I can only display the selected tag on one of them at a time.
Any assistance greatly appreciated as this is a very big problem for me.

This solution does not appear to work across multiple e-mail addresses.
Perhaps I should have said "work across multiple e-mail address at the same time. I get e-mail on specific topics via several email addresses and wish to view all the tagged emails regardless of which email account in which they reside.
I could not get this solution to select more than one email account at a time.

How to provide Menu Options like BACK in ALV Grid display?

 My problem is after displaying Multiple ALV grids using OO .I was not able to provide Back option and all those are Deactivated onj the Menu bar.So,How to provide those options.?We have a GreenButton with Symbol Correct on that Menu Bar.I was not able to see Back button and it is Deactivated.How to activate that Button.so that after displaying i can click on Back button and go to selection options.

How to automate ALV to Excel View selection?
I'd like to view ALV data in Excel sheet. The standard way is to select "View" tab in "Change Layout" window, then click "Excel" radio button, then I should select document template from list, then I should select it again, then I need to press "Copy" button.
This is very long way! Is it possible to do it automatically, without multiple selection and pressing lots of buttons.
