How to redraw this jcombobox !!! Urgent

Hi guys, here this is a dare ! I need to do this work : i should redraw o jcombobox with this requisites:
1) When there's one or less than one object inside the combobox, this should not show (renderer) the triangle button and this should not show option when clicked
2) When there's more than one object inside the combo, this should show the triangle button e should be editable, so, it have to show the options.

I think that JComboBox cannot hide it's expand button...
if you want a quick solution, replace the JComboBox with something else (like JTextField) when there's one or less tems to be displayed...
it's a workaround, but it works

How to solve this problem - Urgent

Hi All,
I have a BDC program that will call transaction "MB1B" using CALL TRANSACTION to post a material document for a reservation. Then immediately after that the program calls another transaction "LT12" which will confirm the TR.
The problem is when the material document is posted (MB1B) the number is reflected in MKPF/MSEG. The same MSEG has the LGNUM-Warehouse Number / Warehouse Complex, TBNUM-Transfer Requirement Number which is generated when a material document is created. I use these field values to get the TO(transfer out) from LTBP and LTAP. But the records are not found in these tables.
I have identified that the numbers are not generated in such a way that the read on those tables LTBP and LTAP is immediate.
If i put a break point before the selects on LTBP and LTAP and make the sytem to wait for some time it works properly. But i can't predict the wait time.
How can i solve this problem?. I have aslo tried posting the material document using BAPI_GOODSMVMT_CREATE.

HI Arul, Here is the help document on Local Updates.
In a local update, the update program is run by the same work process that processed the request. The dialog user has to wait for the update to finish before entering further data. This kind of update is useful when you want to reduce the amount of access to the database. The disadvantage of local updates is their parallel nature. The updates can be processed by many different work processes, unlike asynchronous or synchronous update, where the update is serialized due to the fact that there are fewer update work processes (and maybe only one).
You switch to local update using the ABAP statement SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL. This statement sets a "local update switch". When it is set, the system interprets CALL FUNCTION IN UPDATE TASK as a request for local update. The update is processed in the same work process as the dialog step containing the COMMIT WORK. The transaction waits for the update to finish before continuing.
As an example, suppose you have a program that uses asynchronous update that you normally run in dialog mode. However, this time you want to run it in the background. Since the system response time is irrelevant when you are running the program in the background, and you only want the program to continue processing when the update has actually finished, you can set the SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL switch in the program. You can then use a system variable to check at runtime whether the program is currently running in the background.
By default, the local update switch is not set, and it is reset after each COMMIT WORK or ROLLBACK WORK. You therefore need to include a SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL statement at the beginning of each SAP LUW.
If you reset data within the local update, the ROLLBACK WORK statement applies to both the dialog and the update part of the transaction, since no new SAP LUW is started for the update.

I would like to write a program for a supermarket loyalty card system. The program should have 2 customers and 2 gifts on offer. The customer details and the gift details can be hard coded.
When the program starts the user should be shown a menu which will have options to
view all customer details
add points for a customer
buy a gift
When the user chooses to buy a gift ro to add points, any changes made to the customers' points must be done using methods. Adding or buying gifts should be done using customer id's and gift id's.
The user must be able to see the altered points.
I WILL APPRECIATE IF I COULD GET HELP EVEN FOR PSEUDOCODE.

If your fonts are changing when viewed on other computers - epecially those running windows - you need to look at using web-safe fonts...

You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.

T61p with Windows XP - how to change this from 32 bit to 64 bit?

Well, if you have Windows XP 64, then it's a matter of making a choice of running both side-by-side or dumping one for the other. If you don't have 64-bit, then you'll need to procure yourself the 64-bit version of the OS. It's not a matter of simply "activating" something, or installing a patch of some sort.
The 64-bit version uses a different set of core files that are incompatible with the 32-bit XP altogether, it's not a simple upgrade as all the drivers will require re-installation as well (applies not only to the OS, but to all peripherals that you have as well).

From the home screen, double click the home button to bring up the Recently used App list. Find the App with the problem and hold your finger on it untl the Apps start to shake. When that happens tap on the (x) on the right side corner of the app to close it.
Tap the home button again to get back to the home screen, and try to open the App again.
If that doesn't work, try resetting the iPad. (there should be no data loss):
Press and Hold the Power and home buttons until the Apple Logo shows up. Ignore any sliders that may appear.
When the iPad turns back on, try opening the App again.

'Limit exceeds'. How to correct this problem?

I am running sun one directory server 5.1 trial version. I have 20000 users and have created browsing index. The return size limit is 50000. I access the LDAP server using JNDI API. I get 'LimitExceeded' exception. Any ideas on how to correct this problem? This is very urgent as this is the setup our potential customer is running on and it has become a stopper for them.

Yes I tried the return size limit set to '-1' but it did not help. The search comes back with the exception instantaneously. Doesn't even look like it is trying to find something.

Due to my brother locking me out of my ipod touch I had to wait an hour to log in again. Unfortunately when I did this, I, again put in the wrong password twice more, each time locking me out for a further 60 minutes. On my 3rd attempt to log in the wrong password was entered again. This time though instead of logging me out for another 60mins it now tells me to "connect to itunes" but I have no idea how to do this and I am now unable to use my ipod. Please help.
