How to set Default valuation type c3 & c2 in creation of refrubishmentorder

Dear friends
Please let me know How we can make inthe order type refurbishment the valuation types as c3 to c2 only
User should not have any option of entering the valuation types
when we are creating order it will make default as c3 from & c2 to the control on user should not be there
please guide me if you can
I have tried with t code OMWC but it is not working

Document Set default content type

When defining a document set, you can define what content types can be used in a document set. If, after uploading a document, the user cancels the properties page, the default content type for the library is assigned to the document (even though the
document set does not permit the content type). This is obviously a bug. There have been several posts on this and it appears 2013 has the bug as well as 2010.
We are seeking a work around to this bug.
Is it possible in in the client object model by placing a CEWP in the editform.aspx to force a content type on the item when the form is loaded?
The other option is to modifiy the url that opens EditForm.aspx to force the content type. Unfortunately the link that opens the EditForm.aspx page cannot be modified in the document library.

I did a test in my environment and I reproduce this issue.
As a workaround, I suggest you change the content type or return an error in ItemAdded Event Receiver for document library.

In wdinit() method u can set the date
DateFormat df = new SimpleDateFormat("MM/dd/yyyy");
Date today = Calendar.getInstance().getTime();
String reportDate = df.format(today);
wdContext.currentContextElement().setFromDate(reportDate);
Another way you have set the this formate like that
1. Create a Simple type under "Dictionaries->SimpleType" called DateFormat
2. Select the type as "date"
3. Go to the "Representation" tab and set the format as "dd/MM/yyyy" (or whatever u want, but month should be MM)
4.Bind the context attribute to the type created now.

Default valuation type in sale order

Hi,
We have some materials which are split valuated. We need to have default valuation type which will appear in the sale order when we create sale order for that material.
At present it looks that SAP does not have any provision to provide the valuation type defaults for sale order.
Does anybody know if we can set up default valuation types for sale order and how to do this?

Please check wheteher split valuation is applicable for FG
Coz split valution is used in cases
Split valuation is necessary if, for example:
Stock from in-house production has a different valuation price than externally procured stock.
Stock obtained from one manufacturer is valuated at a different price than stock obtained from another manufacturer.
Different batch stocks of a material have different valuation prices.
Check whether the Valuation Class ,Catogory is assigned to the Valuation area.

Default valuation type when issuing material or Creating Delivery

We have some material manage with valuation type X, Y, Z while creating PO we are entering Valuation type in PO as per requiremtn but i want that whenever we issue the material with 201 or creating delivery of that material with VL01N or VL02N default valuation type should be 'Y' so how to set this as default.

You will need to create a stock determination strategy and stock determination rule and assign it to the material master.
use TCODE : OSPX.

I'm trying to deploy some content types and columns into a site with a feature. All it's ok, except that I'm trying to set a default value for boolean columns with no success.
I've tried to set default value at column level:

it's a bit dirty but I usually just place it in the PBO with a flag for control. It's simple and not too costly i think.

The reason behind this is security. If the programmer could put any value they liked in there, you could upload any file at all from a users computer without their intervention. eg C:\windows\system32\passwords.txt
Bottom line: you can't put a default value into the input type="file" control.
And a good thing too ;-)

In the PAI module, you need to save the changes to the database using the command MODIFY.
Follow an example:
Create or change a message in database table T100. If there is no message with the number 100 in the MYMSGCLASS message class in English, it will be created. Otherwise only the text is changed.

message_wa-arbgb = 'MYMSGCLASS'.

An example: when I click on a .doc it opens in TextEdit, but I want it to open with NeoOffice (to make that happen now requires right-click>open with>NeoOffice)

Select a .doc and go File -> Get Info
In the resulting window you'll see a pane called Open With... Select your preference from the Drop Down. To make the new app default for all these types, click 'Change All...'

Default Valuation type in REM backflush.

Hi,
In the configuration for split valuation (OMWC), for valuation category H (HALB), a batch HM has been defined as - Default: valuation type "in-house production" (DVT InhPr).
This means, for inhouse manufacture, system proposes this valuation type as default.
When, I create a production order for a material with this valuation type, system proposes valuation type HM for the given plant.
Where as, while doing REM backflushing for a material with this valuation type, system does not propose valuataion type automatically.
Why is it so?
Is there any other setting?
Is there any note for this?
