How to test my inApp purchase in server model while my one app is live

I have an iOS app with in APP purchase with server model, and ready for QA submission. According to Apple documents, my server should call "https://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt" url for testing.
That means till my app is in QA I have to put this url in my server and when my app cleared the review process and ready for sale then I should change my url?
Ok, if that is the case, then how can I test my other application when the previous app is live? I have to create new urls to communicate with the server? I don't think this would be the only way. OR my application should tell my server whether it's a sandbox user or not? If yes, please help me how to check for that in the app. Please help me if I am missing something. Thanks.

Out of the box every part of .NET will use the current culture of the machine for conversion to and from strings.  This includes currency, numbers, dates, etc.  One way to change that is to modify every place you use ToString or Parse/TryParse
to specify a culture.  Another approach would be to set the thread(s) CurrentCulture/CurrentUICulture to be English which would override the default of the OS culture.
But I cannot possibly recommend that you do this.  Issue 1 with such an approach is that there are places where ToString is called implicitly and you'd miss those cases.  Issue 2 is that making your app use a single culture is basically an anti-localization
process which goes against modern application development.  Issue 3 is that you are hiding the fact that your code has a design flaw.  Your code shouldn't care about the culture of the user in regards to string processing.  If your code is making
assumptions about culture settings then it is wrong.  You should be using culture-agnostic values if you don't care about cultural information.

  • How do I MERGE the purchases of two iTunes accounts into one Family Share?

We have purchased many apps via two iTunes accounts.  How do we merge these purchases into on Family Share account

    Hi MacHead2010,
I am not quite sure exactly what you mean by your question. It is not possible to merge two iTunes Store accounts. See this article for reference -
Frequently asked questions about Apple ID - Apple Support
Using Family Sharing, however, does allow all members of a Family Sharing group to use the content such as music, apps, etc on each other's devices.
See this article for how to set up Family Sharing -

  • How do i get my ipod touch to download more than one app at a time, can i make it toware i dont have to wait for one app to download before it starts downloading another,

my ipod will only download one app at a time and runs extremely slow. i was wondering if there is some way that i can make it download more than one app at a time and how can i make the app start downloading again after i have left my wi-fi zone and then went back in. im really confused.

Download everything on your computer in iTunes, then sync your iPod to iTunes.
You should be syncing (backing up) to iTunes and your photo app regurally, anyway.

  • How to construct a URL in client-server model

i wrote a prog, i use jdbc-odbc. URL="jdbc:odbc:filename",it runs very well while all on the SAME computer installed.
but if prog installed on a server and i work on a client-machine, it does'nt work with wrong message like: can not write to file because writesecurty and so on .
i guess i should give another url in form as: hostname + portnumber instead of the old one. is it true?
if yes, how can i get the portnumber of the server?
what else ground could it be?
has anybody experience with this topic, thanks a lot in advance

You must configure ODBC on the machine where the program is running to refer to the database on the remote system. Don't know how you would do that, it depends on the database and its ODBC driver. If possible, get a JDBC driver for your database and use it instead of JDBC-ODBC.

  • How do I get previously purchased software on DVD listed as an App Store download?

As many likely have, I have previously purchased Apple software (Aperture, Final Cut Express, iLife, iWork) before App Store began. I obviously do not want to re-purchase but now my Macbook Pro and Air do not have DVD drives.
Is there a way to get App Store to recognize these purchases so that I can have them listed in App Store?

To recognize software purchased on a DVD in the App Store, the only way to do it is to repurchase them in the App Store.
If your MacBook Pro and Air don't have a SuperDrive, you can buy an external optical drive to install it or, if you have another Mac, you can use Remote Disc to install the software on both computers. Also, Final Cut Express isn't available on the App Store

  • How can I remove songs purchased from my iPhone while retaining the music in my iMac's iTunes library?

I have an iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3) and have puchased an album from iTunes using only the iPhone. I have since synchronized the album with my iTunes library on my iMac (OS 10.8.3). I no longer want to have this particular album on my iPhone, yet I do want to retain it for my iMac's iTunes library. I've tried deleting the album directly on my iPhone and then synchronizing it with a new iPhone playlist which no longer includes that album. This unwanted album on my iPhone keeps showing up even though the songs specificed for my iPhone playlist don't include that music. I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks in advance.

    1) in the main panel of iTunes - make sure Only sync checked music (or something like that) is checked
    2) in the Music pane of iTunes - uncheck the songs you dont want on the phone - or check only the songs you do want on the phone if nothing is already checked
    3) sync your phone - the music you no longer want on the phone should be removed but still exist on your iMac

  • HT1491 I just updated my iphone 5 software/firmware now my inapp purchase won't re install any one else have this problem never updating again

Can anyone help to solve this ?

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off".

  • How do I access existing fonts on my computer while using CC apps?

Hi, I have a dumb question that I can't seem to find the answer to. I'm pretty new to the Adobe creative software overall and just installed CC. Is there a way to access the fonts already installed on my Mac while in the CC apps?
In this case while in Photoshop CC or Illustrator CC, when I go to the 'Type' menu to find a font that I normally use, only an 'Add fonts to Typekit' option is available while none of the local fonts are listed.
Any help walking me through how to access my existing fonts would be appreciated. Thanks much!

Every font which is installed on your system can be used in most CC applications, exceptions are:
If a font type is Mac only, it can't be used on Windows.
If a font is installed in the private area of a software or software group (e.g. in the font folder of a specific program or of a manufacturer in application support) others cannot use this font.
If a font is installed in the user's private folder on the computer, others don't have access to this font.
What I suppose is, that you clicked on the T icon in the font menu. This will cause a filtering for TypeKit fonts only. Klick again on the T to release the filter.

  • App crashed while processing an inapp purchase.

How can I make sure I don't get charged for an inapp purchase that didn't work because the app crashed while it was processing?

    Hello sherrill.cairns,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
If you want to see if a purchase went through, you can check your previous purchases in iTunes.  If the purchase did go through and you were charged, yet the in-app item does not appear in the application, then you can report a problem with the purchase so it can be reviewed.
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
    Have a good one,

  • HT201272 How do I download previous purchased items from my itunes account to my swapped out ipod touch

We had to swap my sons ipod touch for a new one due to it being broken. I need to know how to reload the previous purchased items back onto the new one.

They should be on the computer.  Just sync them as you did the last ipod.
If you failed to put them on the computer then redownload them using the instruction in the article your reference above.

  • Transfer purchases only transfers one app at a time

I'm trying to back up my iPad in preparation for installing the new iOS, I'm transferring purchases first, but iTunes only transfers one app each time I click transfer purchases! This never used to happen, any idea how to stop it doing this, how do I transfer all the apps at once?
Also, when I sync my iPad or iPhone, iTunes frequently moves the apps around on the screen of the iPhone/iPad, taking them out of folders etc, and re-installs ones I've deleted from the iPhone/iPad. How do I get it to stop doing this? I just want it to back up whatever is on the iPhone/iPad, not change it in any way.

My iPhone4 and iPad2 are both doing this same thing (only transferring one app at a time). It is really frustrating because I purchase a lot of apps from my phone or ipad and it takes forever to keep clicking 'transfer purchases' over and over again for each individual app every time that I sync or update. It would be great if someone could figure out how I could enable it so that all of the apps transfer to the computer at once.
Regarding the second part of your post, I've had that same problem before. When doing a sync, after backing up my iPhone/iPad, the apps are updated, and when the screen comes back all or most of the folders are missing and I have more apps than can fit in the display. Or sometimes it happens after upgrading the software or restoring it. After reading other posts about the same thing, I've found that doing a restore from your latest backup will usually restore all of your folders, too. The trick is that you might have to do the restore twice. Try to restore your phone from a backup and when it comes back, if the folders are still missing, do the restore one more time. I don't know why doing it the second time works, but it has worked for me on 3 separate occasions when nothing else would. I know that it is a pain to have to waste the time of doing an entire restore (especially if you have to do it twice), but it is less work than having to remember and recreate your folders from scratch.
