How to use ADFContext.setMDSLogin(String)?

As per the javadoc of ADFContext, it has a method setMDSLogin(String) and getMDSLogin(String).
I am doing some user customization using MDS but the javadoc doesn't cover how and when those methods should be used.
Currently, I am saving the user customization data in XML files. Potentially, we may need to store it in database.
I wonder if those methods are related to storing user customization data in database.
Where can I find out more detail on those methods?

I confirmed with development that 'get/setMDSLogin was decommissioned in favor of customization class. The user needs to use CC, whether it is a UserCC variation or not.' So, you should be able to copy the delivered UserCC and replace the logic iin getValues() to not refer to ADF Security but to your security mechanism. To add to Scott's post. Option 60 would be useful if you needed to put certain types of AP on specific controllers. Otherwise, no real need to use it for the most part.
Though, I do recall an issue a few years ago that some windows machines had issues getting DHCP if option 43 is being returned.
Now, on an IOS switch, you can only configure one option 60 per DHCP scope

there shud be no format as such. for sql xml format there are specific structure. but for native sql there shudnt be any specific structure.
as pointed in sap documentaion:
Instead of an XML document format, a text is expected that represents any valid SQL statement.
When inserting a line into a table the corresponding document looks as follows:
INSERT INTO tableName (column-name1, column-name2, column-name3) VALUES(column-value1, column-value2, column-value3)
so jus make sure that u give a valid sql statement becoz if will be passed as it is to the database and try ur scenario.

How to use Multimaps (Map String, ArrayList String )

I was using an array to store player names, userIDs, uniqueIDs, and frag counts, but after reading about multimaps in the tutorials, it seems that would be much more efficient. However, I guess I don't quite understand it. Here's how I wanted things stored in my string array:

                                        "user2_name"...}and here is how I'm attempting to setup and use the 'multimap':

How to use SAP Router String with SAP Web Services

Hi All,
I have developed an SAP Web Service and I'm using it from a vb.net dll by using web reference.
I want to use an SAP Router string when I try to call web service but I don't how to do it.Should the url of my proxy contain this router string in itself or is there any other attribute that I should configure for this purpose?

Since I posted this question, I have abandoned the notion of
auto-generated web services and embraced the good old FDS concept
where the RemoteObject meta-tag does all the conversion work for
me. We are now using the Granite DS package and it is working well
for us. I would love to consume web services, but it just isn't
worth the hassle when all you have to do with Granite (and FDS) is
cast your return objects to the proper object type.
BTW, since this posting, I have investigated competing Flex
app frameworks. After my research, I checked out the PureMVC
framework. Wow!! Cairngorm always left me with an uneasy feeling
and I guess I am not alone. Apparently, Cliff Hall felt the same
way. That is why he started the project. I like his approach alot
more than Cairngorm especially since it includes notifications
which allow me to broadcast my own app level events independent
from the AS Event framework. Check out PureMVC. For what it is
worth, it has my humble endorsement. Cliff was even gracious enough
to acknowledge the other Adobe Consulting guys for their work. Good

Using SKPTSMTPMessage how to send a variable String?

I am using SKPTSMTPMessage to send an email in the background but I need to send a variable string. I have tried putting a %@ in the text but it just sends the %@ and not a variable. Please Help?

Did you ever figure out how to do this? Because actually I'm trying to do pretty much exactly the same thing. I'm actually having trouble even outputting the digital signal at all with my USB-6501. I was initially trying to use DAQ Assistant, but then found out I probably shouldn't be using this and instead should be using the DAQmx individual functions. I was directed by NI Support to look at the example "Gen Dig Pulse Train-Continuous.vi," but I haven't been able to figure out how to use this for my application. For my project I want to send a TTL signal to vavles that release fluids as well. I have 3 2-way liquid releasing valves that I want to be synced so that only one is open at a time (for a user specified amount of time), and they open in a regular repeating sequence. I also have another 3-way valve controlling a vacuum that I would like to be continuously pulsing, but for specified amounts of time (e.g., 3 seconds open, 3 seconds closed, and so on).
I believe I can figure out the logic and the programming involved with figuring out the exact sequencing and timing manipulation, however, I'm having trouble just being able to output any digital signal with a varying time. If you could offer any help on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How do I convert a string, and use a string as a property?

I have an array in the following format:
{ownsCar: 'true', ownsBike: 'true', ownsHouse: 'true'}
{ownsCar: 'false', ownsBike: 'true', ownsHouse: 'true'}
{ownsCar: 'true', ownsBike: 'false', ownsHouse: 'true'}
etc ............
And I need to test against each item e.g.
if...
myDataGrid[myItem].ownsCar == Object(myCheckbox).label
... then
if...
myDataGrid[myItem].ownsBike == Object(myCheckbox).label
... then
if...
myDataGrid[myItem].ownsHouse == Object(myCheckbox).label
... then
But I need to build my application where the property (e.g. "ownsCar", "ownsBike", "ownsHouse") is a variable such as:
if...
myDataGrid[myItem].myProperty == Object(myCheckbox).label
... then
I would like to loop through my Array, counting the number of items, and then use each item as a property.
How would I convert the string (e.g. "ownsCar") into a property "myProperty" ???

E.g. they could be...

and there could be lots of them.
I need to have myObject[N], where N is a variable property for each of the items taken from a variable length array
so...
ownsCar is represented by myObject.[N]

Do you want to Type Cast (function in the Advanced >> Data Manipulation palette) or Convert (functions in the String >> String/Number Conversion palette)?
2 simple examples:
"1" cast as I8 = 49 or 31 hex.
"1" converted to decimal = 1.
"20" cast as I16 = 12848 or 3230 hex.
"20" converted to decimal = 20.
Note that type casting a string to an integer results in a byte by byte conversion to the ASCII values.
32 hex is an ASCII "2" and 30 hex is an ASCII "0" so "20" cast as I16 becomes 3230 hex.
When type casting a string to a double, the string must conform the the IEEE 32 bit floating point representation, which is typically not easy to enter from the keyboard.

According to your description, you want to connect multiple database from multiple servers using dynamic connection.
If in this case, we can create a Table in our local database (whatever DB we want) and load all the connection strings. We can use Execute SQL Task to query all the connection strings and store the result-set in a variable of object type in SSIS package.
Then use ForEach Loop container to shred the content of the object variable and iterate through each of the connection strings. And then Place an Execute SQL task inside ForEach Loop container with the SQL statements we have to run in all the DB instances.

You cant usesearch statement, rather did you try with CS using IF condition? even you can go with loop statement too.

DATA LEN TYPE I VALUE 0.
DATA I TYPE I VALUE 0.
LEN = STRLEN(STRING).
LOOP LEN > I
     C = STRING+I.
     IF(C == '*' OR C == '_').
     ENDIF.
     I = I + 1.
ENDLOOP.
This way also you can use.
