How to use inner class in axis2 in java?

Hi,
Iam very new in axis2. My language is java. What iam trying to do is, i need to create a xml format for the clients to send data to server using axis2 service.
My demo xml format is,

Iam trying to use nested inner class to generate this xml. Below is my demo java class. But unfortunately, or may be lac of knowledge, iam unable to create sub trees.

You would use an inner class when an object needs visibility of the outer class. This is akin to a C++ friend.
An example of this is an iterator. An iterator over some collection is typically implemented as an inner class of the collection class. The API user asks for an Iterator (from the Collection) and gets one - in fact they receive an instance of an inner class, but doesn't care. The iterator needs to be inner, as the iterator needs to see the internal data structures of the outer (collection) class.
This could also be done with an anonymous class, as mentioned by spenhoet above. However, in the case of a collection, the role of the iterator is clear - thus it deserves its own class. And often there is more than one place an iterator can be returned (e.g. see java.util.List, which has several methods that return Iterators/ListIterators), thus it must be put in its own class to allow reuse of the code by outer class.

There are various ways to define and use nested classes. Here is a common pattern. The inner class is private but implements an interface visible to the client. The enclosing class provides a factory method to create instances of the inner class.

How to use URL class to execute a java class/app on a remote machine?

I am a beginner in Java networking and have a question about URL programming.
How do I pass parameters to a java class/application over the web and then cause it to execute ? I then want to get the result back from the clas/app. The class/app resides on a remote machine and the protocol used is "http" protocol. OR all this is not possible through the URL and related classes ?

The server must be setup as a web server to execute code based ojn a HTTP request. Using a web server with a JSP which contains the code to execute is the simplest way to do this.
I then want to get the result back from the clas/app. The output of the JSP becomes in the data returned by the HTTP request.
I would suggest looking for example on google.

Another option is to use RMI. The integration is tighter but it does not use the HTTP protocol.

Design question about when to use inner classes for models

This is a general design question about when to use inner classes or separate classes when dealing with table models and such. Typically I'd want to have everything related to a table within one classes, but looking at some tutorials that teach how to add a button to a table I'm finding that you have to implement quite a sophisticated tablemodel which, if nothing else, is somewhat unweildy to put as an inner class.

I was just wondering if somebody can give me their personal opinion as to when they would place that abstracttablemodel into a separate class and when they would just have it as an inner class. I guess re-usability is one consideration, but just wanted to get some good design suggestions.

It's funny that you mention that because I was comparing how the example I linked to above creates a usable button in the table and how you implemented it in another thread where you used a ButtonColumn object. I was trying to compare both implementations, but being a newbie at this, they seemed entirely different from each other. The way I understand it with the example above is that it creates a TableRenderer which should be able to render any component object, then it sets the defaultRenderer to the default and JButton.Class' renderer to that custom renderer. I don't totally understand your design in the thread

quite yet, but it's implemented in quite a bit different way. Like I was saying the buttonClass that you created seem to be creating an object of which function I don't quite see. It looks more like a method, but I'm still trying to see how you did it, since it obviously worked.
Man adding a button to a table is much more difficult than I imagined.

I don't know about any TableSorter class, but I suppose you mean javax.swing.table.TableRowSorter.
The TableRowSorter is to be attached to the JTable, not to the data model. Here's a cut'n'paste from the last time I used it:
RowSorter<TableModel> sorter = new TableRowSorter<TableModel>(tableModel);
myTable.setRowSorter(sorter);
And heres from the JDK1.6 documentation:
TableModel myModel = createMyTableModel();
JTable table = new JTable(myModel);
table.setRowSorter(new TableRowSorter(myModel));
Check out http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/api/javax/swing/table/TableRowSorter.html. I find it to be good documentation.

How to use multiple classes for each form

Hi,
I have created two forms using screen painter and now i want to use different classes for these two forms .
I have declared the Sbo Connection in main class i.e. Set Application ,Connection Context() but while connecting to other classes
for executing the code for that form SAP is not connected to that class.How to use multiple classes functionality i don't able to
do that.Please provide some sample codes for that as it will be more helpful for me to understand.

Hi Amit,
In fact, its more advisable to use separate classes for every form that you use. Have one common class, say, for eg., clsMain.cs which has all the connection and connectivity to other classes, wherein, the menu event and item event of this main class, will just be calling the menu / item event of other classes.
The individual functionality of the child classes will be called from the item / menu event of the respective classes.
Item event in clsMain.cs will be as below.

It is not possible to deactivate the CHANGE option in themenu bar using the method disable_functions of cass CL_CTMENU. This method allows you to deactivate only the function codes of the CONTEXT MENU, which is available only when u press the left mouse button.
U can use the SET PF-STATUS 'XXX' EXCLUDING fcodes option to disable the CHANGE.

when you call nextToken() ttype is filled with the type of token, you can't test ttype for what kind of token,
test for word:

if (in.ttype == StreamTokenizer.TT_WORD)

Create a class that inherits the class cl_wd_component_assistance. By default, it will have the method if_wd_component_assistance~get_text, which is used to retrieve text elements defined in the class. You can also add any other methods to it, like accessing your data etc.
In your wd4a component, in the main component overview screen, there will be a tetxfield for assistance class. define your class name there. You do not have to instantiate it separately. You can access the class methods using the object wd_assist, which will be created globally in your component.

If You want to write anything in PASCAL then simply write JNI code in C++ and call functions from this DELPHI DLL, but remember about changing the order of parameters etc when You call it. I had exactly the same problem, but it is possible, and we succeed.
You will need exact description of input parameters required by PASCAL functions and of output parameters. Then construct in C++ objects wchich looks in memory exacly the same as they will look if You will be using PASCAL. Then PASCAL function will interprete this area in memory as known structure and will run.

Help: Factory Class using Inner Class and Private Constructor?

The situation is as follows:
I want a GamesCollection class that instantiates Game objects by looking up the information needed from a database. I would like to use Game outside of GamesCollection, but only have it instantiated by GamesCollection to ensure the game actually exist. Each Game object is linked to a database record. If a Game object exist, it must also exist in the database. Game objects can never be removed from the database.
I thought about making the Game object an inner class of GamesCollection, but this means that Game class constructor is still visible outside. So what if I made Game constructor private? Well, now I can't create Game objects without a static method inside Game class (static Object factory).
Basically what I need is a constructor for the inner Game class accessible to GamesCollection, but not to the rest of the world (including packages). Is there a way to do this?
