That "should" work. Drop the pin exactly where you want it, tap the arrow on the right and the select Directions to/from here.

How to use rfcnormalizer.jar in interface mapping

Iam getting one error while doing xml file to RFC scenario.
the error is like this
Message processing failed. As a solution for this i got SAP Note 730870.
here i have to download rfcnormalizer.jar
i have uploaded in integration repository under imported object.
but iam not able to see this in interface mapping
now i have to use this in interface mapping .
Please give me step by step how to use this in interface mapping
how the interface mapping should be like

Hi,
The RfcAdapter trys to find a Sender Agreement for this RFC call but the lookup failes. The values used for this lookup are:
Sender Party/Sender Service: The values from Party and Service belonging to the sender channel.
Sender Interface: The name of the RFC function module.
Sender Namespace: The fix RFC namespace urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions
Receiver Party/Receiver Service: These fields are empty. This will match the wildcard

As already suggested, you can display custom messages using AbstractTrace.

just got off the phone with Apple - last night 30 mins & today 2 hrs. I had the problem on my i-mac and then check my wife's macbook both with OS LION. It appears that the files in the Cookies folder needed to be deleted to fix the problem. No other files needed to be deleted in any other folders. Other postings have indicated they needed to be. But I only deleted the 4 files in the Cookies folder on my wifes Macbook & that took care of the problem.

I want to use Variable 'Year' in interface mapping. how i can do that? I define a variable YEAR1 = '2001' and in interface i put #YEAR1 but it didn't work for me. is there any other way?
Example.
I m using 'Year' column in mapping and it is having different 3 constant values so i was think to define 3 variable Year1= '2001' & Year2= '2005' & Year3= '2010'.
In interface i just want to put variable name insted giving fix value.

How do I make embedded OC4J use IBM Db2 schema mapping

I am using JDeveloper 903 with a datasource which happens to be of type IBM DB2. Whenever, I try to deploy and test an entity bean from withinn JDeveloper, the embedded OC4J seems to be using a different database schema mapping scheme than what is required by IBM DB2. As a result of this OC4J tries to autocreate tables with wrong syntax and obviously fails. Can somebody tell me how do I get things setup correctly.

The optimizations related to efficiently supporting overflow-style caching are not included in Coherence 3.5. I created COH-2338 and COH-2339 to track the progress of the related issues.
There are four different implementations of the PartitionAwareBackingMap for Coherence 3.5:
* PartitionSplittingBackingMap is the simplest implementation that simply partitions data across a number of backing maps; it is not observable.
* ObservableSplittingBackingMap is the observable implementation; it extends WrapperObservableMap and delegates to (wraps) a PartitionSplittingBackingMap.
* ObservableSplittingBackingCache is an extension to the ObservableSplittingBackingMap that knows how to manage ConfigurableCacheMap instances as the underlying per-partition backing maps; in other words, it can spread out and coalesce a configured amount of memory (etc.) across all the actual backing maps.
* ReadWriteSplittingBackingMap is an extension of the ReadWriteBackingMap that is partition-aware.
The DefaultConfigurableCacheFactory currently only uses the ObservableSplittingBackingCache and the ReadWriteSplittingBackingMap; COH-2338 relates to the request for improvement to add support for the other two implementations as well. Additionally, optimizations to load balancing (where overflow caching tends to get bogged down by many small I/O operations) will be important; those are tracked by COH-2339.

It is up to the app developer what map API to use. The apps you have chosen to use Google; I have an app that uses Bing. It is the developer's choice, not Apple's, however.

Can somebody assist me in understanding how to rename a topic ID in my map.h file?
An application programmer informs me there are nine topic IDs (shown below) in my project map file which conflict with predefined names of constants/functions from the Visual Studio Libs program and, is requesting I change the names of the topics listed below to resolve topic ID conflict in order to enable F1 call for these topics.

Can I simply alter the topic names and retain their associated map numbers in <Create/Edit Map ID> dialog to resolve the map file conflict with Visual Studio Libs program functions? Or, is there more work involved in changing a topic name in a map.h file?

Hi,
Simply renaming the TopicID's in the .h file won't work. The TopicID is used in the alias file (projectname.ali) to link a map number with a topic. Also, you can use either TopicID's or map numbers to call the help. (Using TopicID's only works for WebHelp afaik.)
If you use map numbers to call the help, you can rename the TopicID using the mentioned dialog. No problem.
If you want to change the ID from the files, you have to change both the .h file as the .ali file. No changes to topics needed.
