If you have not managed to help yourself out with maven for ADF here is a quick workaround you can try. Invoke ant's ojdeploy task from maven. Refer step-by-step guide here.

    in my progrma there are many clasess where should i use this.
    Pls help new bie!!
    Thanks and Regards

    To work for your project, the SIS has to be implemented on the class that is the main(). To implement the SIS for a class, it needs to declare it implements the SingleInstanceListener and define the new activation method. Also, it needs to have the SingleInstanceService added to it via. the methods addSingleInstanceListener(). It is not strictly necessary to call addSingleInstanceListener() from the main() class, but it does make a lot of sense.
    Does that answer your question?

  • How to use Portal SSO with existing BSP application

    Hi all,
    we run SAP EP 6.0 here and have a single start BSP page of
    an application integrated with the SAP appintegrator for BSP. The rest of the existing BSP application still uses
    the login functionality based on CL_BSP_LOGIN_APPLICATION
    and is not integrated in the portal.
    Problem: If a user directly accesses one of the "old" BSP pages, he should be redirected to the portal to auth. him via SSO and afterwards the original BSP page with all its parameters should be processed.
    How to deal with that? Is there a similar mechanism like with the BSP_LOGIN_APP in between for the SAP EP?
    Thanks for your help!
    -RAINER-

    I think that doesnt solve the problem.
    I have 2 systems: SAP ECC with all BSPs and the portal on another system. So I have to entry points: Via portal using the appIntegrator BSP or directly to the ECC.
    As-is: If the auth. for the BSP appl. fails, the user is re-directed via the error page given in the service (SICF)
    to a BSP login app. and from there to the requested page.
    No portal in this concept.
    Must-be: A user is still able to directly access a BSP on the SAP ECC by entering the URL in the browser. It's not a must entering via the portal first.
    So when the login failed on the ECC (no SSO ticket), he should be redirected to the portal for getting his SSO.
    After he signed in successfully the user will be forwarded to the BSP page he entered in the browser the first place.
    I can't see a way to use the URL iView. I am thinking of simply changing the login mechanism of the BSP using the portal login functionality.
    The link you gave me offers an implementation of CL_ICF_SYSTEM_LOGIN. Any ideas?

  • How To  use fckeditor HTML with  flex

    I am using coldfusion server technlogy.
    I am trying make demo site Flex with coldfusion.
    I want to know how to use html code with my mxml application.
    Privious i am using FCK TEXT editor with my HTML File
    Currently flex have small text editor But i need full text
    editor with all feture which include FCK Editor
    Please let me know how to integrate Fck Editor with flex
    application . Or any html file with Flex Application

    Flex has a very limited support for HTML, thus you cannot
    create a full featured editor within flex. The only work arounds I
    have seen are done using IFRAME's over your app.
    Not sure if it an option, however Apollo does a good job of
    addressing this issue by allowing full feature Javascript and HTML.

  • How to import or sync Exchange server data like Calendar, Contacts with a web application or web service

    How to import or sync Exchange data like Calendar, Contacts with a web application or web service.
    1. Is there any API to import contacts and calendar (tasks and events) from exchange server to my calendar in web application using web services or http request. the user would have provided the username and password for his exchange account.
    2. Is there any licensing involved to communicate with exchange server for its data.

  • How to use Oracle partitioning with JPA @OneToOne reference?

    Hi!
    A little bit late in the project we have realized that we need to use Oracle partitioning both for performance and admin of the data. (Partitioning by range (month) and after a year we will move the oldest month of data to an archive db)
    We have an object model with an main/root entity "Trans" with @OneToMany and @OneToOne relationships.
    How do we use Oracle partitioning on the @OneToOne relationships?
    (We'd rather not change the model as we already have millions of rows in the db.)
    On the main entity "Trans" we use: partition by range (month) on a date column.
    And on all @OneToMany we use: partition by reference (as they have a primary-foreign key relationship).
    But for the @OneToOne key for the referenced object, the key is placed in the main/source object as the example below:
    @Entity
    public class Employee {
    @Id
    @Column(name="EMP_ID")
    private long id;
    @OneToOne(fetch=FetchType.LAZY)
    @JoinColumn(name="ADDRESS_ID")
    private Address address;
    EMPLOYEE (table)
    EMP_ID FIRSTNAME LASTNAME SALARY ADDRESS_ID
    1 Bob Way 50000 6
    2 Sarah Smith 60000 7
    ADDRESS (table)
    ADDRESS_ID STREET CITY PROVINCE COUNTRY P_CODE
    6 17 Bank St Ottawa ON Canada K2H7Z5
    7 22 Main St Toronto ON Canada     L5H2D5
    From the Oracle documentation: "Reference partitioning allows the partitioning of two tables related to one another by referential constraints. The partitioning key is resolved through an existing parent-child relationship, enforced by enabled and active primary key and foreign key constraints."
    How can we use "partition by reference" on @OneToOne relationsships or are there other solutions?
    Thanks for any advice.
    /Mats

    I tried two but i am not getting the sequence number.
    In my application under model project i have programview.
    i created CustomEntityEmpl java class.
    I double clicked on programid in attributes window, given some sequence name in name field,given db sequence name as as value.
    i mentioned name of sequence in Java class. but still it is asking a value when submiting the program details with out program id.

  • Create Navigation path in IDT4.0 and how to use these navigation paths in Webi report

    Hi All, I want to know how to create navigation path in universe? I am using IDT BO4.0 SP4 and relational connection and want to create navigation path. I would like to know how to use this navigation path in Webi report? If I create a webi report where can I see my navigation paths and how to use it. If you can give any document or link which expalins this whole process, that would be great. Thanks,

    HI REMI ,
    1. ANSWER TO YOUR 1st QUESTION i.e. HOW TO CREATE A NAVIGATIONAL PATH :
        IN IDT 4.0  , YOU WILL FIND A NAVIGATIONAL PATH IN BOTTOM WHEN YOU WILL OPEN YOUR      BUSINESS LAYER , THERE YOU CAN CLICK CUSTOM NAVIGATION PATH -> THEN CLICK AT      ADD A NAVIGATIOAL PATH BUTTON->THEN GIVE NAME NAVIGATIONAL PATH NAME->THEN ADD THE OBJECTS UNDER YOUR NAVIGATIONAL PATH IN A HIERARCHICAL SEQUENCE .     FOR EX :     COUNTRY->STATE->CITY . AND YOUR CUSTOM NAVIGATIONAL PATH IS     CREATED.
    2. ANSWER TO YOUR SECOND QUESTION WHAT IS THE USE OF NAVIGATIONAL PATH IN WEBI REPORT :
    NAVIGATIONAL PATH HELPS YOU TO PERFORM DRILL DOWN ON YOUR DIMENSION OBJECTS , FOR EX : LET 'S SAY YOU CREATED A NAVIGATIONAL PATH- REGION SALES  : Containing COUNTRY->STATE->SALES. THIS WILL HELP YOU TO DRILL DOWN IN YOUR WEBI REPORT AS SHOWN BELOW :
    COUNTRY                      SALES
    INDIA                             $1000000
    (after clicking INDIA you will get below structure in your Report)
    STATE                           SALES
    DELHI                             $600000
    ANDRA-PRADESH          $200000
    MAHARASHTRA             $200000
    (after clicking MAHARASHTRA you will get below structure in your Report)
    CITY                              SALES
    MUMBAI                         $150000
    NAGPUR                        $  50000
    ACTUALLY , DRILL - DOWN AS THE NAME SOUND HELP TO DRILL THE DIMENSION TILL ROOT LEVEL & SEE THE MEASURES VALUES ASSOCIATED WITH THOSE VALUES LEVELS.
    1ST LEVEL WILL ALWAYS CONTAIN THE SUM OF THE MEASURE OBJECTS
    CHEERS ,
    KAPIL

    Greetings,
    hi forum...
    how to use Java WebStart with EJB ? examples ?Well, for starters these are complementing, not 'cooperating', technologies. I presume, since EJB's do not - directly, at least - communicate with a web browser, that you intend for "Java WebStart" to somehow invoke an EJB?? Java WebStart is a technology for running client-side (Java) applications from the web browser - perceptively, the application resides on the server, but technically it, like an applet, is downloaded to the client and run there. Unlike an applet, however, it is not constrained by "sandbox" restrictions and does not have to be re-downloaded each time it is invoked - though the process allows for automagically updating the client-side with new versions of the application. ;) So, with this in mind, to "use Java WebStart with EJB" means little more than deploying an EJB client application with Java WebStart as the distribution channel.
    thanks

  • How can WLS use JSP pages in a Web Application witth just a JRE [Web Application, WAR, JSP, weblogic.jsp.pageCheckSeconds and JRE]

              How can WLS use JSP pages in a Web Application (either a .war file or a war directory structure) without a java compiler?
              I suspect either the JSP specification is flawed (i.e. it doesn't take account of servers using just a JRE), or BEA's implementation is broken.
              Production servers do not have a JDK installed. They only have a JRE. Therfore a java compiler is not present on the machine that the Web Application is deployed onto.
              On the development machine, when the server is requested to load the JSP it creates a tmpwar directory within the Web Application directory structure. This is then included in the resultant .war file thus:
              D:\war>jar -tf gmi.war
              META-INF/
              META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
              gmiService.jsp
              WEB-INF/
              WEB-INF/classes/
              WEB-INF/classes/com/
              WEB-INF/classes/com/bt/

    The default Java compiler from sun lives in the tools.jar that comes with
              the JDK. Just add that to your set of JARs which are deployed in production
              and you should be fine. No need to install the full JDK - just make the
              tools.jar available to WebLogic.

              Therfore a java compiler is not present on the machine that the Web

              it creates a tmpwar directory within the Web Application directory

  • How to use Java WebStart with EJB ?

    hi forum...
    how to use Java WebStart with EJB ? examples ?
    thanks
    mindu

    Greetings,
    hi forum...
    how to use Java WebStart with EJB ? examples ?Well, for starters these are complementing, not 'cooperating', technologies.
