How update my list of articles?

Hi,
I have an excel file with the follow structure (for example):
RecordKey    LineNum   Quantity   ItemCode
List1              1                5              code1
List1              2                2              code2
List1              3                3              code3
Where RecordKey is the name of my list of articles.
Using DTW (Data transfer workbench) for import my file, what is the table to be selected to update my list with the correct quantity? I don't find the correct table....

Here's an example of a DTW Worksheets for Item Price Update, Two Sheets, the First is the Items, the second sheet relates to the first sheet via the record keys.

depending on what exactly you mean with "clear", it is a bug. See this thread: App Store Updates Do Not Clear
If you update your App's via iTunes, and not "over the air", the badge count on the AppStore-app icon is wrong, and the list shows "available updates" that you can open in the new version. The listing under "Updated #date#" lists only updates that were done OTA in the last month.

Using the timer jobs the items which are present in the one list must get updated in the another list and also should be overwritten.
For example:
If there 10 items present in a X list. After some time period the first five of X should get updated in Y list . After some more time the next 5 items of X has to overwrite the items present in the Y list.

How to have list of dates automatically updated on website, without manually changing in Muse

Hey, I'm designing a site for a band I play drums in and was wondering how I could update the list of gigs we have, without manually editing in Muse then uploading again. Is there a way of past gigs being taken off without me manually doing it?

I believe you are referring to events with calender on page where you can update the calender showing the dates, In case you are using third party event system then Muse will not control this but if you have created that in Muse itself then you will have to manually update it from Muse.
If site is hosted on BC then you can use events module to render the dates and details , from site end you can plan out the events and the one expired will be removed from calender.

Workflow - how to update multiple list items

Is it possible to update up to 3 list items with the same information using a workflow? My scenario is where a company vehicle (registration number) has up to three drivers assigned to it - Driver Name 1, Driver Name 2 and Driver Name 3. I
have two separate lists - one for vehicles (fleet list) and one for drivers (driver database). In my workflow when an item is created or changed in the fleet list, I would like the current vehicle registration to be updated in all three driver records
in the driver database. I am not sure if I can do this as I am unsure of what my unique look up would be as I need to be able to tie a vehicle registration to a driver name. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Design question - how to update a list?

Hi there,
design question: I have a table with the following columns:
1. id
2. ref_number
3. ticket_number
example:
1 60 234
2 60 256
3 60 664
4 60 237
consider this - user can see on the screen the list of all tickets associated with ref_num (in the example above everything associated with 60)
now I would like to UPDATE the list. The user might have added more to the list or, alternatively, remove from the list.
The easiest thing to do is to DELETE all the list with ref_number=60 and then do INSERT
Q: is this ok? if not, how would you update such a list if I don't have the id's of every row?

I have a requirement to update multiple columns (which are choice columns) in a SharePoint list. I'm a newbie at creating event receivers and timer jobs. Not sure which one to do and where to start first. There are approximately 4500
list items in the lists.  I was thinking I could use one list to maintain the Keywords and perform updates or timer job to any targeted lists.
Scenario. Anytime a power user of the sharepoint list wants to update any of the choice field items or possibly even the column name itself, they want to be able to make updates to any of the list
items or other
lists that contain the new name. The columns I'm using are all choice fields named Assigned To, Division, Region, Job Title, Department, and Zone.
Here's sample code for Updating list:

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to sort the list items order before updating items using PowerShell.
I suggest you can use the Sort-Object command to sort the list items.

Update SharePoint list programatically twice a day with SQL 2008 r2

How complicate is to sustain the update SharePoint list programatically twice a day by using SQL job?
the data need to be update twice a day and it is going o be use to feed a share point form...where the user(S) will be choosing by lookup in infopath form.
BTW..I do not have control of the SharePoint farm, I have MS SQL 2008 R2 and SharePoint version is 2010.
Or Also I am considering to use MS access 2010 and SharePoint version is 2010.

I have an onWorkflowActivated, followed by an ifElse condition and a log to history.
In the IfElse, each branch has a code segment, that trys to update the status column in the list that the workflow is attached to.

you can do the following:
add the following code to the workflow.xml file (under the MetaData section)
Code Snippet

<StatusColumnValue>Branch1</StatusColumnValue>
<StatusColumnValue>Branch2</StatusColumnValue>
</ExtendedStatusColumnValues>
then add 2 SetState activities one in each branch of the IfElse.
for the code behind of setState1 (branch1) write the following code:

where state is the variable assigned to the field State in the properties of the SetState(design lever), or instead of state u can use the following code:
