HT1311 Everytime I change my ID, I am charged money by itunes without downloading anything

I am not able to change the ID on the iphone, I tried the Settings-stores (itunes and apps not available on my phone) and changed the Apple ID. But, when I go to the Apps for updating Whatsapp application, the Apple ID is showing as old one only. Please help.

Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions.

Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.

User-exit that triggers everytime I change a line item and change condition

Hello Experts,
We are encountering an error wherein when we create a return order with reference
to an invoice and we create multiple line items with the same material, the succeeding
line items points to the wrong conditions in the reference invoice. Below is an example:
Original Sales Invoice 3010002390

Return Order 1120000402 (repeatedly created with reference to the same sales invoice number)

For Return Order line 30, it should have picked the price 12.81 instead it picked 24.39,
which is the same line item with the original sales invoice.
I am using user-exit 'USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBAP' and it triggers everytime I change the quantity of a line item.
But I tried to change the values in XKOMV and put 'U' in UPDKZ but it doesnt reflect when I view it.

What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running? It will not influence my answer but will give me information in case I need to get into version specifics to detail my answer further.
Timeline rendering is a preview matter. It does not fix anything, but it is your window of opportunity to catch of problem sooner than latter. If the Timeline rendering indicator displays orange (11 or higher) for the line above the Timeline content, that is the project telling you that you are not getting the best possible preview of the playback of that content in the Edit area monitor. And, every time you edit a file, you have altered the file from the time before. So, if you want to see the best possible for what you now have, you Timeline render. This is particularly helpful when you are dealing with titles, effects, transitions, and non native formats. You cannot turn off the Timeline render indicator system, at least none that I have ever found nor seen reported. You can do selective Timeline rendering by having the gray tabs of the Work Area Bar span only the Timeline segment that you want Timeline rendered.
Consequently, you either ignore the Timeline render indicator system, move on in the project, and take your chances in the outcome or you Timeline render to get your best possible preview if the Timeline render indicator is suggesting that you do so.
I am not approving or disapproving of this project feature, just commenting on the what is.

Add On...it is also possible to do Timeline rendering in a project, save close the project, and reopen it to find your previously "green" lined content now "orange", indicating unrendered. Yet the preview files generated originally by Timeline rendering are still existing in their hard drive save location. That is another story for other time.

Why set setTextFormat everytime text changes?

Originally this request was going to be re: setTextFormat having no effect on font size etc.
In preparing this question I found that those attribs are working fine, just not sticking
the following snippet function is called everytime a user changes pictures in a slide show
I had to add the 4th stmt re setTextFormat in order to keep the text from reverting/becoming Times Roman size 12.
I tried using defaultTextFormat but had no effect (perhaps becuase its only avail in AS3?)
Is this something I've got to shoulder everytime I change the text of a textfield? Is there now way to define the style of the textfield and make they style "permanent"?

use setTextFormat() to assign a textformat instance to a textfield that already contains text.
to assign a textformat instance to text that will, in the future, be assigned, use setNewTextFormat().

If you Create a NEW Apple ID...
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
If Safari crashes on launch and you don't have another web browser, you should be able to launch Safari by starting up in safe mode.
You may have installed the "Genieo" or "InstallMac" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those.
After removing the malware, remember to reset your home page in all the web browsers affected, if it was changed.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.
If you find Apple's instructions too hard to follow, ask for an alternative that doesn't require you to trust a black-box application without knowing what it does.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. Chances are you got it from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." I want to be able to fill out the form and it place itself into Sheet 1 without changing everytime. I can index the array from the form, but it changes everytime.

You think it would be the other way around.
Just speculation, but forms probably came to iOS first because of likely use for data entry in the field that syncs back to the Mac. On a small screen with a touch interface, forms make inputing values easier.
On the Mac, with its bigger screen, typing directly into a data table often works well enough.

The sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

It appears that you have apps that need updating that were pruchased from more than one account
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
