I paid for a ringtone and it tells me that it is purchased but it wont download and it tells me to select check for available downloads from the store menu. How to I get to that on my iphone?

You do the checking in itunes on your computer by clicking on Store in the menu and then check for available downloads

I've bought an album, and it won't let me download about 12 songs, saying they can only be downloaded as an album. I paid for the album but it won't let me have the songs I paid for.

Hi Sara,
Delete temporary internet files content as suggested in the following FAQ.
Then sign in to Ovi Music, select Account > Download history and try downloading album again.
If you still don't get that whole album please contact your local Care (check the Contact us -link up in this page for the details) as they are able to further assist. Take note of the details also mentioned in that FAQ if you need to contact Care.

Paid for an Application but it was not downloaded

I have just paid for WhatsApp, but since I had no payment information listed, I had to add the information for my credit card.
Although I have received a message that states that 1$ were deducted from my balance, WhatsApp is not listed in my purchases.
Also, I can't write a review or report a problem since I haven't "Officially" bought it.
Any help?

The $1 charge may very well be an authorization charge that will be reversed.
Do you see the app in your purchase history?
If not, then you have not purchased it and you will need to purchase it.
If it is in your purchase history, then click Store>Check For Available Downloads

I downloaded a book onto ibooks for my PC but it won't download it is stuck

Hello, I downloaded the book " The Fault In Our Stars" by John Green about 5 days ago. And till this day it is stuck downloading. I have another John Green book that i bought but it is also stuck downloading. I've tried restarting my Mac Book Air and redownloading the books but they still get stuck. If the book won't open then try deleting it from the bookshelf and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app and see if you can open that.

If your computer is running a 32 bit operating system (e.g. Win 7 32 bit) then you will not able to download those apps since they will not run on your computer.

Did you purchase Premiere Elements 13 from Adobe Direct? If so, are you within 30 days of that purchase? If the answer to both of those questions is Yes and it appears to be, then you should explore

Under the conditions mentioned at the beginning of this reply, I am speculating that Adobe should be able to give you your money back for the Premiere Elements 13, allowing you to purchase Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements which are sold together, but are still really standalone products. How Adobe opts to do that is at its discretion.

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
