Would like to know on how to cancel n unistall Ravel product from Adobe since its totally unfit for purpose.

After a quick hunt for the item in question (which you couldn't even be bothered to spell correctly!) I see it is based around a service/subscription model. Fine if you like that sort of thing, but generally not for me. There are two price plans $5.99 a month or $59.99 for a year (12 months for the price of 10). Yes, I'm aware that these are generally set up as auto-renewing subscriptions, like almost any other service contract (e.g. car insurance) so no real surprises there. I'm also fully aware that all sales on the iTunes Store are final. These are usually digital products, you can't "undownload" something, but if you don't get the product or service as described you can still ask for a replacement or refund, it's just not quite as simple as walking up to a returns counter.
The link I gave you above shows how you can turn off the auto-renewal. I'm sure at $5.99 a month if you'd decided that you didn't want the service any longer you'd just let the current month run out without complaining. Logic suggests therefore that you've paid for 12 months, are 1 or 2 months in and are now no longer happy with your bargain. I also notice that the product comes with an initial 30 day free trial, so you should have known exactly what you were getting before you committed any money.
Moan about "unfit for purpose", "cartels" and "hard earned cash" if you think it will make you feel better, but frankly you don't get that much sympathy from me. Take it to iTunes Store support. You can't call them. Use the report a problem links in your account history to establish a dialog via email.
