HT201084 I'm not receiving any message asking me to approve my child's iTunes purchases?

when my child selects "ask" after trying to purchase an app in iTunes - nothing happens. Consequently I have been switching off the ask to buy feature whilst they download whatever free game they are trying to buy... which is far from ideal?

You can't change your birthdate (most people are only born once)
What email address is this being sent to? Do you have access to the account?

    Hi bellow is the consumer code, my consumer is not receiving any messages even though there are messages in the queue.     Launch iTunes on your computer, plug the phone in & on the "Summary Pane", select "Restore". This will restore the phone to factory settings with all of your son's stuff gone. You can now use it as an iPod touch. To do this REQUIRES the deactivated sim card be still installed in the phone.

  • Mail will not receive any messages

    As of 9:30 Thursday morning, Mail will not receive any messages. I can still compose and send but incoming messages just sit on Google's server (where I've been reading and replying). Nothing was changed, Connection Doctor shows everything to be fine, I've checked and reentered passwords, quit Mail, restarted the computer, etc.
    Suggestions?

    I tried that again, including another shut-down, and based on another link, changingthe"check for new mail" preference from "automatically" to "every 5 minutes."
    No change.

  • MDS Service Pack Update Problem and Not Receiving Any Messages

    I'm trying to upgrade my service pack on my Pearl, since I haven't been able to access the internet or BBMS, and I'm stuck at a certain point on the install.
     For Database Settings it says: "Host: localhost" and "Port: 1433"
    then here's where the problem comes in. 
     "Please Enter Database Service Names and Credentials"
    I'm given a Database Server: "mdss" and a Discovery: "mds_dis"
    Then it asks for a user name and a password and I have no idea what to put there. I'm a T-Mobile coustomer, any ideas?
    Also, my Pearl is giving me messages that I have new texts, but they aren't showing up. What do I do about this? I've tried resetting my phone numerous times.

    With the subscription you sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to order the subscription. By installation code, I assume you mean serial number. You do not get one with the subscription, but use your Adobe ID.

    As confirmed by you Muse is asking for serial number on launch. Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the machine.
    Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your machine and you should be all set. here are the steps for both MAC and Windows.
    Windows:
    1. Go to following location.  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    2. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    3 Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
    MAC:
    1.  Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder
    2. Type /etc and hit Return
    3. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    4. Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.

    Note: If you receive errors using SSL, try using TLS instead.
    Your signature says you have 10.6.8 - is this correct? If you migrated from MobileMe using this your mail settings won't be correct and you will need to follow this procedure to re-enter them:

    If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Both of yall need to go to settings, meassages, send and recieve, scroll down to start new conversation from, and make sure you have different email addresses with a check mark beside it. Right now sounds like they are the same email addresses.
