HT201272 I downloaded a free app, I had a message sayin there was updates available, when I updated it said sign in, which I did, then it said I would have to pay, now I am stuck an cannot do any downloads, please help  

My problem is above. After being asked to update an app, I had to log on then it said I had to log in again to confirm billing info, it's a free app? Not it's stuck and I can't instal anything new????

All future installs/updates of Muse (and most other Adobe apps) are through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Thus you do need to have it installed.
Are you on Windows or Mac? What OS version?
