My first time here - just got a I phone 4S
There are so many icons on the face - I want a picture instead. How do I move my icons to a secondary screen so I can have a picture on my main screen?

You can move apps by tapping and holding them until they start to wiggle, then dragging them to another page. Note, you can't move all of them off a page. You'll have to leave at least one. And, when ever you download a new app, it will get placed in the first available space on the first Home page and you'll have to move it manually.

I download my pictures by:
!) Connecting my iphone to he computer.
2) It will open a window or I will go to my computer and select iphone device.
3) Open up Iphone folders and download.
When I do that, I see a windows icon, with what looks to be a hard drive. And when I click on it, it leads me back to my desktop. Right now, I only have one. I know by tomorrow I will have more. It just keeps spreading.

I absolutely hate the galaxy note 3!! I want to switch over back to iphone. There are so many issues with this phone!! There has got to be a way I can do this without spending crap ton of money. Its just ridiculous. I am livid

^^ These are all the issues that I deal with this phone!! I HAVE HAD FOUR OF THE SAME PHONES. RIDICULOUS. They all suck the same!! I want to go back to iphone ASAP. But between the early termination fee and full retail price it is NOT WORTH IT. I am about to just terminate my service altogether. I am sick of being stuck and stressed out over a mobile device!

Ambersikes17, we don't want you to cancel your service. Let's get your phone working properly. Are you using the original charger that came with the phone? If so, does it the phone respond to the charger if it is positioned in a different manner?
Have you noticed if the freezing occurs with certain actions like messaging or using an application? Are these issues that you have had with all of the devices or just your current phone? Have you tried using your phone in Safe Mode? http://vz.to/1d0SZSq

On my desk top there are no pictures in my web site but there are on my lap top & others can see pictures

I have automatic Firefox update so I think I have the newest version.

The first thing I did was UPDATE. I have all the latest updates available (according to the updater). The Camera Raw Plug-in says it is version 8.0.
The RAW files are from a Canon T3i. It's a very common camera, I can't believe it wouldn't be supported.

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.

You want to always use iPhoto with a default referenced library (the preference to copy imported item to the iPhoto library is checked) ad then delete the source photos

Is there a way to transfer photos from an iPhone 4S to a flash drive (via MacBook, of course)? There are way more photos in iPhoto than just what is on my phone, and I really just want to have a flash drive of "iPhone 4S photos."

I know how to move things from iPhoto to a flash drive, but I'm hoping there is a simpler way to get the photos from my phone to a flash drive, because there are so many photos in iPhotos that I don't need on the flash drive.

There isnt a simple way. You could create a whole new libaray, move all your pictures to that, then move the libaray to a flash drive.
From what you have said, can you not just create an album/event and move all your iPhone photos into that. That would seperate it from the rest of your content, then as part of that process delete all the photos imported off of your iPhone..... just an idea

I've not seen a box without that icon, but I can't say with certainty that some, particular from the initial release of the iPhone 4S, didn't come without that icon. If you have doubts, though, I'd suggest you just not buy that device, if that's what you were considering. Buying only from authorized iPhone resellers is almost always going to be safest. There's no way of knowing what you might get if you buy from other sellers. It may be a geniune iPhone, but be from another country and either locked to a carrier there or jailbroken to unlock it.
