I have downloaded lectures from iTunes u. It had been working fine, but now my downloads do not show up on my bookshelf. They do show up as downloaded when I search through the catalog. How do I fix this?
Wow, I just checked & all the DOWNLOADED songs MADE it into my iTunes "Songs". Thanks anyway!

I download songs from a CD but they do not show up in Search or list
In iTunes 11 (yes, the new iTunes *****), I download the songs from a CD and they do not show up in Search, under Songs, under Artist, etc. The songs show up the next day, however. All I can think of is that Apple is uploading my songs and won't show them in iTunes until they have done so. I would hope not, but I have checked all my settings and cannot find anything else that might be going on.
Well, I think I found the answer to my own question. Usually when I do a search, the songs show up in a list as I type. However, with a new song, I have to actually hit the return key to have it show up. Later, like the next day, it will show up automatically as I type, but songs new to iTunes don't.

I agree with. You this was the path but suddenly I have no audiobook option hence no access to my audio books that I have purchased for the last 2 years. Some thing odd is going on as I have not had any replays from support iTunes on the issue?

Is iTunes on your computer signed into the iTunes account you used to purchase these songs, and have you turned on automatic downloads for music in iTunes>Preferences>Store?

How do I remove Overdrive books from the library that were downloaded onto my computer then transferred to my iphone? The problem is that they do not show up in iTunes.
I see this question asked a lot when I google, but they always give answers that assumes you can find the books in iTunes either under the books tab, or the audio books tab or in the music. They do not show up anywhere for me. They do not remove from the app like the ones I downloaded directly onto my iphone.the related archived article does not answer it either. I even asked a guy working at an apple store and he could not help either. Anybody...?
Thanks!there is an app called daisydisk on mac app store which will help you see exactly where the memory is focused and consumed try using that app and see which folders are using more memory

It has always been possible to re-download 3rd party apps without having to pay again for purchased apps and recently the same is now available for iBooks and music purchased from the iTunes store, but not for movies and tv shows.

I bought Songs from the Store but they did not show up in my library
I bought two american idol performances today, when they finished downloading, they didn't show up in my library. I checked for available downloads and it said that everything has been downloaded. Of course i was billed for these items in my purchase history but i do not have them. What should i do? Does anyone have any solutions.

I just downloaded Firefox 3.6 and followed the instructions for importing Favorites from Internet Explorer. Firefox said the import was successful, but the Favorites do not appear at the bottom of the Bookmarks menu (below "Mozilla Firefox") as shown in the Support instructions. Where can I access my Favorites?
You can usually find the imported IE Favorites in a folder ("From Internet Explorer") at the bottom of the Bookmarks Menu folder (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks).<br />
If you can't find them in the "From Internet Explorer" folder then try this:
* Export the favorites in IE to an HTML file (bookmarks.html): File > Import and Export
* Import the HTML file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML: From File

Getting really frustrated, I have loads of music on iTunes on my old PC, but only a small amount is saving to the computer hard drive.
I want to back up the itunes library on the old computer so I can transfer it to the new computer using my hard drive.
How can I get the rest of my music to save to my hard drive?

Not sure if that same Application is designed for Mac Os x, Search for Applications on App Store instead of iTunes on your Macbook Pro, as Applications available on iTunes Store on a Macbook is designed to work only on iOS Device like iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and whatever is available on App Store on Mac is designed for Mac Os x.
