How do I get rid of the box showing up all the time when I start the computer and plug in my iPhone its highly annoying. Tried everything at this stage only for it to pop up again the next time

Is "the box" a message or alert window? What does it say? Can you post a screenshot? (We have no way of knowing what you see.)
What have you tried so far? Listing this will help avoid the unnecessary work of suggesting things you've already done.

HT5132 How do I get rid of the 'MobileMe discontinued' alert for Aperture

I get this alert each time I start up Aperture. (Aperture 3.2.4). I tried every button to respond to Apple's notice but it appears to be an permanent advertisement. Deleting MobileMe preferences but no effect. The window continues to pop up at every launch of the program.

Have removed your MobileMe account from the Aperture Preferences?
The "Web" tab > Accounts?
And signed out of MobileMe from the "MobileMe" pane of the System Preferences, if your MacOS X version still has a "MobileMe" System Preferences pane?

I get a red box on certain internet pictures. How do I get rid of the box?

When I open up certain websites, some of the photos have a red box covering all, or a portion of the picture. I don't know how to resolve this issue.

Thunderbird does not use the word Spam or create a Spam folder. Your email provider might.
Just look through the folder and delete any message that you do not want. Some spam filters are not that great at determining what is or is not spam and there might be some messages in there that you want to read or keep.
It is not the end of the world. just sort through the message in there.

i previously had 21.97 Gb music, over 6 Gb photos, about 1Gb of apps, and minute amount of audio
now i have no music, 5.4 Gb photos and similar (0.8Gb) for apps and audio. i have deleted heaps of photos and unused apps to try to make space but obviosly this is a much bigger problem. I also created a smaller music folder on itunes to sync to but at present no music is selected for syncing due to the lack of available space.
i have 15Gb icloud account now also which is about half full.
Ive done a little research and heard similar tales but with much smaller other totals than this. Can you help?

I had the same problem today and was able to resolve it without having to do a restore or reset. The problem had something to do with my mail accounts. The upgrade reset my mail settings, switching both my gmail and my .mac mail to "archive all mail". I went into the General Settings, disabled that setting, and resynced the phone. The "other" storage allottment dropped back down to less than a gig.
Before you restore or reset, I would try that first.

Are you syncing your songs right off of itunes itself? because it should be syncing over to the ipod however it is listed in itunes.

Yes, it's seems like a poor design decision.
By putting the date on the line below the Note title in the Notes Index, the app shows half the number of notes per page AND if you have a large number of notes, it takes twice as long to stroll down.
