<Edited By Host>

I'm not sure why the hosts edited you post, but if you posted personal info then you are talking to fellow users on here, not iTunes Support.
If you can't remember the answers to your questions then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then see if this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

If there's an option on that message to have it sent to you, use it, wait a few hours, and check the spam filter. If not or it doesn't work, you need to contact Apple, either through the link in that article or by phoning them.

I want to buy line's sticker, it ask me to verify my apple id with my security question.

And I try to answer but they're wrong.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

  • Project Exceeds Maximum Content Duration? - Help!

Have a new Dual G5 iMac and running iMovie HD 6.0. I've just finished editing a graduation video that is 97 minutes in length and 5.35 GB in size. When I attempt to burn after creating a iDVD intro theme, I get the message that "the project exceeds maximum content duration. To burn a DVD change the encoder settings to best quality."
Of course I have changed the setting, but the same message keeps appearing. I thought I had 2 hours worth of space? Making the video any shorter is not an option.
Can anyone help me get this burned and out to my graduates?
    Many Thanks!
    Chris

To repair disk permissions, go to your Applications folder, Utiltities folder then open Disk Utility. In there you will find buttons for check disk permissions and repair disk permissions. Just click on the repair one. This sort of sets a lot of stuff back to where they should be and it is generally recommended that you repair permissions, at the very least, after you install anything new. Some people do it before and after an install. And in general once in a while is a good idea. I always do it before I go to burn a new DVD with iDVD. Repairing permissions takes a couple minutes.

  • CSA 5.0: Complexity Exceeds Maximum

Recently I was tuning out some false positives and was unable to generate the rules due to a complexity of greater than 7500 exceeds maximum of 7500.
I searched the forum and found out the there is a limit to the number of complexity points set at 7500.
The post says to remove old Rules/Groups and Rule Modules or try condesing all of those.
I have gone through and made the changes that would put me under the limit. But when I attempt to generate these rules to move under the limit I receive the same warning.
How can I get under the limit if I cannot generate any changes?

    Response from Cisco Tech Support.
This happens when there are too many literals in the ruleset. A literal is anything defined in a fileset. For example, foo.exe is 1 literal. foo.exe, foo2.exe are two literals. To reduce the literals and thus generate rules successfully, one needs to wildcard and generalize when possible. So foo*.exe would change the literals to 1 from 2 (from foo.exe and foo2.exe for example). The maximum literals is 7500.
Basically, for a little insight into why the value of 7500 was selected. The default rule sets have a complexity of no more than 2500. The internal Cisco Policy is not even double that value. So triple the default was selected to allow plenty of rule for customization.
If you exceed 7500 literals, rule generation would be extremely slow and would most likely timeout.
As a rule of thumb: always wildcard where possible.

  • ORA-01044: size of buffer bound to variable exceeds maximum

    Hello Oracle Gurus,
    I have a tricky problem.
I have a stored procedure which has to retun more than 100,000 records. In my stored procedure, I have "TABLE OF VARCHAR2(512) INDEX BY BINARY_INTEGER". It fails when I try to get 80,000 records.
I get an error "ORA-01044: size 40960000 of buffer bound to variable exceeds maximum 33554432"
A simple calculation shows that 512*80000=40960000.
Oracle help suggests to reduce buffer size (i.e., number of records being returned or size of variable).
But, reducing the number of records returned or reducing the size of variable is not possible because of our product design constraints.
Are there any other options like changing some database startup parameters to solve this problem?
    Thanks,
    Sridhar

We are migrating an application running on Oracle 8i to 9i and found the same problem with some of the stored procedures.
    Our setup:
    + Oracle 9.2.0.3.0
+ VB6 Application using OLEDB for Oracle ...
    + MDAC 2.8 msdaora.dll - 2.80.1022.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048)
I am calling a stored procedure from VB like this one:
    {? = call trev.p_planung.GET_ALL_KONTEN(?,?,{resultset 3611, l_konto_id, l_name,l_ro_id, l_beschreibung, l_typ, l_plg_id})}
If setting the parameter "resultset" beyond a certain limit, I will eventually get this ORA-01044 error. This even happens, if the returned number of records is smaller than what supplied in the resultset parameter (I manually set the "resultset" param in the stored procedure string). E.g.:
    resultset = 1000 -> ORA-06513: PL/SQL: Index der PL/SQL-Tabelle ungültig für Language-Array vom Host
    resultset = 2000 -> OK (actual return: 1043 Recordsets)
resultset = 3000 -> ORA-01044: Größe 6000000 des Puffers für Variable überschreitet Höchstwert von 4194304
resultset = 3500 -> ORA-01044: Größe 7000000 des Puffers für Variable überschreitet Höchstwert von 4194304
... therefore one record is calculated here 7000000/3500=2000 bytes.
In Oracle 8i we never had this problem. As this is a huge application using a lot stored procedures, changing all "select" stored procedures to "get data by chunks" (suggestet in some forum threads in OTN) ist not an option.
Interesting: I can call the stored procedure above with the same parameters as given in VB from e.g. Quest SQL Navigator or sql plus successfully and retrieve all data!
Is there any other known solution to this problem in Oracle 9i? Is it possible to increase the maximum buffer size (Oracle documentation: ORA-01044 ... Action: Reduce the buffer size.)? What buffer size is meant here - which part in the communication chain supplies this buffer?
    Any help highly appreciated!
    Sincerely,
    Sven Bombach

    HI,
the problem is delimited data defaults to char(255)..... Very helpful I know.....
what you need to two is tell sqlldr hat the data is longer than this.
so change notes to notes char(4000) in you control file and it should work.

  • Lax validation errors on schema import ('version' exceeds maximum length)

I have a schema as per below. I'm trying to import it into Oracle 10.2.0.2.0. However, I'm getting the following lax validation error:
Error loading ora_business_rule.xsd:ORA-30951: Element or attribute at Xpath /schema[@version] exceeds maximum length
I can fix it by modifying the attribute and shortening it but I'd like to know why it's occuring. Insofar as I can tell there is no imposed limit on the size of schema attributes according to the W3C standard. Which then makes me wonder: does Oracle impose limits on the length of all attributes or is this specific to 'version' ? If there is a limit, what is the upper bound (in bytes) ? Where is this documented?
    Cheers,
    Daniel

  • SDO_ORDINATES.X.Field in data file exceeds maximum length

    Hi All,
While loading data in .SHP file into oracle spatial through SHP2SDO tool following error message appears:
    Error message:
Record 54284: Rejected - Error on table GEO_PARCEL_CENTROID, column CENTROID_GEOM.SDO_ORDINATES.X.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length.
I read some where this is due to the SQL * Loader takes default column value to 255 characters. But there is confusion to me how to change the column size in control file because it is object data type. I am not sure this is correct or not.
The control file show as below:
    LOAD DATA
    INFILE geo_parcel_centroid.dat
    TRUNCATE
    CONTINUEIF NEXT(1:1) = '#'
    INTO TABLE GEO_PARCEL_CENTROID
    FIELDS TERMINATED BY '|'

Any help on this would appreciate.

    Hi Toni,
    Thanks for the reply.
    Do you mean this?
    CREATE TABLE "TEST"."TEST_TAB"
        "STR"  VARCHAR2(4001),
        "STR2" VARCHAR2(4001),
        "STR3" VARCHAR2(4001)
);However this does not work as the error would be:
    Error at Command Line:8 Column:20
    Error report:
SQL Error: ORA-00910: specified length too long for its datatype
00910. 00000 -  "specified length too long for its datatype"
    *Cause:    for datatypes CHAR and RAW, the length specified was > 2000;
otherwise, the length specified was > 4000.
*Action:   use a shorter length or switch to a datatype permitting a
longer length such as a VARCHAR2, LONG CHAR, or LONG RAW*009*
