I am having problems with bonjour and itunes, tried to uninstall it but says it can't find the "path" and can't find bonjour on my system either!!

can anyone help!!! I want to add my ipad but concerned my itunes may be corrupted, thank you.

Thanks, I have been having problems with the wi-Fi connection in the house, it's been intermittent, I can use the internet through Google or Safari on my iPad but can't get these updates done.
I have an engineer coming to check the internet connection tomorrow so this might solve the issue, thanks again.

You didn't need to get it removed: you can make any changes to a feed that you want, changing, adding or deleting episodes, and iTunes will pick them up.
However, in the present situation you have fallen over a bug in the submissions process. The workaround is changing the title; as this hasn't worked you need to change the feed URL if possible, and also you could change the contents of the 'link' tag.
If you can't get it sorted you could try emailing Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com and asking them to reinstate you (give them all the details) - their responses are a bit variable, but they may help you.

You need to find a store selling it and purchase it. If you buy it from an online store, it comes in the form of a DVD shipped to you.
Unless Apple or someone with a site license applicable to you says otherwise, you can't download it.

I am still having problems with audiobook files that go silent after playing for a few minutes on my iPohne 4S and iPod touch. This is happening to others but I notice no support being offered. I downloaded them from iTunes. Any ideas?

This problem only surfaced a couple of months ago. Audiobook files which used to play fine suddenly startted to cut out after a few minutes (playing according to the countdown but silent).
I tried restoring, resetting, etc but nothing worked. THen I deleted some and redownloaded. BIG MISTAKE. iTunes tried to bill me for these again!! I have been in dispute for week about this and they have finally promised to refund this as it is a 'special' case, but there are still book that are cutting out!!!
This is frustrating and there seems to be no way of sorting it out. The files play perfrctly through iTUnes from my PC but each time a update, the same problem occurs.

Wow, just posting and it seems that there is a solution that is working for me...
What I've did is I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone, then turned in on again. Now in my iTunes library on my mac I can get the duplicates to be matched or uploaded to iCloud with a right-click, add to iCloud. iTunes Match starts to check the songs and everything is done correctly. Pretty nice!

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes, Sync and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Is anyone having problems with their 'UK' iTunes?

I'm having a problem with iTunes and this is a first, I've never had a problem like this before.
I live in the U.K. and when I click to view the YouTube app I was able to view perfectly fine yesterday but today a pop-up appears saying 'This item is not available in the U.K. store' when in fact it is.
I'm not able to view my account as well a pop-up message says 'iTunes is temporarily unavaliable'

My iPod doesn't show neither on the desktop nor in iTunes now. I just don't know what to do. Before, it did show and the computer recognized it. Now, I connect the iPod and it's like is not connected. This December, I got the iPod Nano and I just made an update on iTunes to v3 and after that, is when my old iPod just doesn't show in iTunes . I have an eMac. I used to like my old iPod, but now it's just giving me lots of headaches. Can anyone help me? What can I do? Is there a chance for my old iPod to be recognized again by iTunes?

Is there an exact error message when this happens?
Open Console in Applications>Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.
Could be many things, we should start with this...

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive & clear caches.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

I'm having problems with syncing my iphone calendar to my ipad, but not the other way around

My iPhone 5 will not sync with my iPad calendar. If I make any changes or add an appointment on my iPhone it will not sync to either iCloud or my iPad, however if I add or change an appointment on my iPad or iCloud it will update my iPhone calendar. I've read where other's are having the same problems but haven't read anyone's post of where a solution has helped. Anyone??
