I am in my icloud; I can track my phone and see my Contacts, but there's no emails. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure we're speaking the same language (my fault), but let me try again: I launched Firefox, logged into icloud.com and gone to the mail page to find no emails there. We have a home wifi network, and our iPad and iPhone are synched with our home email on the home computer. In the iPad settings under iCloud I turned the email slider to "ON", and it uploaded the calendar and contacts to the iCloud, but not the email.
And to answer your question above - I can't tell if we've moved the incoming emails to a local folder. Perhaps that happened when the email was set up (a long time ago). I just assumed that if it appears on the iPad, then it should appear on the iCloud.
The iPhone settings would not let me slide the email slider to "ON": does that block the emails somehow?

No you cannot. once you delete them off your phone the only way you can view them wirelessly on your phone is by connecting your phone back to the computer and putting them back on your phone. Otherwise you cannot access them wirelessly.

Bad mistake. You shouldn't have used your Apple ID on his phone. And you made it worse because now the contacts are gone, as you deleted them from your phone, they got deleted on iCloud. Your husband should have his Apple ID.
There is really no way of recovering the deleted contacts unless you backed up using iTunes and even then you will only be able to recover those contacts that were on a call list. Read here:

2 ways.
1 Connect your phone to your PC, open iTunes and sync the contacts from there.
2 Open an iCloud account, connect your PC and your phone to it, select contacts (and any other services you want)

Can you log on to the email account via webmail in a web browser, view the email and delete it from there if necessary.

Have them install Quicktime on their PC's from Apple's website, that's the easiest fix.

I have been receiving this error message at least twice a week upon my login to the Central Management Console:
"The system [servername] can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at port 6400."
Each time I received this message, I will go to the server and the services (tomcat) is still running. What I will have to do is to restart it manually. I too have configure so that the services can restart if it fails, but it does not restart automatically. I have to restart it manually again.
I have searched in google and this forum for help, I am still a little lost.
Please advice.

To answer your question, the server has 4GB memory with Xeon Processor 3GHz. The server has tomcat installed - that is all. There are no other applications/databases running in that server.
What should I do now?

For gmail you could try unlocking your account here: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha. Don't know about hotmail.
