on the same computer on diffrent computer accounts i am logged into itunes using the same itunes account, but on the diffrent computer accounts the itunes librarys have diffrent songs because my sister will buy songs on her computer account and i buy them using itunes on my computer account. how do we make so that we have all of the same songs on both of the librarys without rebuying everything since its the same itunes account?

You can sync as many devices as you want to the same iTunes account, there is no limit. You can have the same content on each device or different content, the choice is yours. iTunes will keep everything straight, by device, including separate backups. I'd suggest giving each device a unique name, to make things easier.

In iTunes, Click your name/email that is directly to the left of the search bar.
Click account info.
Sign in.
Click this button where the mouse is:

You can only use that button once per year, so try to remember to deauthorize computers before you get rid of them.

Installing iTunes and signing in does not make your media magically appear on the computer.
The media is only where you put it.
To move the media from your old computer to your new computer, you need to copy the iTunes folder form your old computer (or the backup of your old computer) to the new computer.

Synced photos can't be deleted directly on the iPad, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next photo sync.
Connect and select your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to/remain on the iPad. Firstly, the icons when you load safari are your bookmarks in the favourite section. To remove them you can simply either delete them or move them to another bookmark folder. To access your bookmarks tap the blue book in the top right corner and then go through to bookmarks and select and edit from there, goodluck :)

Maybe you have multiple accounts that's why your purchase history is empty. You can try checking for possible Apple IDs that's existing for you or you can ask for assistance from support.
