I can open AOL in Firefox and I can use anything on the site, but when I try to open my email it redirects and won't open mail anymore.

I have checked my cookies and settings and all are correct. I have run two different virus checks in case it was a virus causing the problem. Nothing has worked. I can open the email in IE, Safari, and Chrome. What can I try next?

Actually I just found this thread: [http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1344275]
Is that the problem you are having?
Please try try the solution suggested by DanRaisch.
Please note that for Firefox 12 the procedure would be as follows:
Firefox Button > Options > Privacy Tab >
# Then 'Clear Your Recent History' Select 'Cache' and clear.
# Then 'remove individual cookies' search for aol ones and remove.
