For the last 3 days, my concolidation process is very very slow
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Delete Administrator Audit Logging
How can the system administrator control the Administrator Audit Logging of the Exchange Server.. What I want to do is to check the audit logging ( for some users who get access for an email) and delete some specific operations ( Like search and granting
access) .. also how can I delete the log directly?Hi,
Based on my research, to delete the audit log entries which are over 7 days, we can set the AdminAuditLogAgeLimit parameter. Thus, let’s firstly try to double check the property by the following command:
Get-AdminAuditLogConfig | FL AdminAuditLogAgeLimit
If the value is 02.00:00:00, let’s check if there is any error in the event log to narrow down the cause.
If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.
Thanks,
Angela Shi

I use the yahoo-firefox toolbar that has buttons you can access from the toolbar, mail etc. I have a button for Hotmail it goes to the account but locks up, it will not let me read/delete emails nor log out of my account. I can access it from another laptop that is not running the same versions of firefox/yahoo toolbar.
Last but not least, for the site that has the problem:
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Clear Firefox's Cache
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can open the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -

Using partitioning, you can separate the dataset of a PSA table into several smaller, physically independent, and redundancy-free units. This separation can mean improved performance when you update data from the PSA. In the <b>Implementation Guide with SAP NetWeaver > Business Intelligence > Connections to Other Systems > Maintain Control Parameters for Data Transfer</b> you define the number of data records needed to create a new partition. Only data records from a complete request are stored in a partition. The specified value is a threshold value.

If you are using this database you can also partition PSA tables. You first have to activate this function using RSADMIN parameter DB4_PSA_PARTITIONING = 'X'. SAP Note 815186 includes more comprehensive information on this.
hope this helps. -

Can't enable mailbox audit logs
Hello!
I can't enable mailbox audit logs. I use cmdlet Set-Mailbox -Identity "mailbox" -AuditEnabled $true and Get-Mailbox shows that
audit is enabled. But when i check Get-Mailbox| Get-MailboxFoldersStatistics there is no "Audit" subfolder, and all audit searches also return no results.
I am working now with several Exchange installations (five actually, and one is brand-new test lab) and checked the same in each organization. Result was the same!
I am stronly sure i miss something important, could you point it to me?Hi,
Please use the following command to check the Mailbox Audit Logging action setting.
Get-Mailbox –Identity “username” | fl name,*audit*
Are there any administrator, delegate, and owner actions in the audit logging configuration for that mailbox? Please post them to check this issue.
If the settings above are configured correctly, only the administrator, delegate, and owner actions specified in the audit logging configuration for the mailbox are logged. And the “Audits” folder will show up after the administrator, delegate,
and owner take the actions specified in the audit logging configuration.
By default, these actions in the audit logging configuration should be like this:
AuditAdmin : {Update, Move, MoveToDeletedItems, SoftDelete, HardDelete, FolderBind, SendAs, SendOnBehalf, Create}
AuditDelegate : {Update, SoftDelete, HardDelete, SendAs, Create}
AuditOwner : {}
By the way, which command do you use to search the audit log?

ORA 04030 Out of process memory error
Dear experts,
I know there are multiple discussions around this error and I have been reading through most of them in the past one week or so, but looks like we are running out of options or are missing the color altogether. Ok, we are getting ORA-04030 - out of process memory while allocating....while one of our batch process runs in the night. It simply tries to insert/update to a table. Our installation is 11.2.0.1.0 with no RAC configuration and on 64-bit AIX having 6 cores, 12 CPUs and 16 GB memory.
We have checked the Workarea_Size_Policy is set to be as Auto so Oracle decides how much memory to allocate to PGA automatically on run-time based on the demand. And based on the AWR report it doesnt look like we are anywhere near the country having a PGA-deficit!! I am attaching the AWR report in a word document here for your reference.
Also attached below are the configurations and the ulimit values.
IKBTRN1> show parameter workarea;
NAME TYPE VALUE
workarea_size_policy string AUTO
oraipeikbtrn1:/home/oracle-> ulimit -a
time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) unlimited
data(kbytes) unlimited
stack(kbytes) 4194304
memory(kbytes) unlimited
coredump(blocks) unlimited
nofiles(descriptors) unlimited
threads(per process) unlimited
processes(per user) unlimited
Now, nothing seems to have contributed to the out of process memory issue from Oracle standpoint. I would be happy to be proved wrong here, if I am wrong.
So, whats going wrong here? A possible memory leak which we cannot zero down to, a OS memory limit or something else?
Seeking expert's advise on this, and also sincerely appreciate your time in looking at this.
Thanks.
P.S - I am pasting the whole AWR report since there is no 'upload file' option here that I can see.

I couldnt add the rest of the report here since it is telling me I have exceeded 30000 characters. If you want to see the full report, please email me at [email protected]Unless your database is strictly a DSS-type of database, your AWR report exposes loads of issues with it. And I think none of the time during the AWR window was spent on database. Look at the DB time (with all those multi cores) compared with the elapsed time of the AWR.
As you are on 11g, why not make use of MEMORY_TARGET (a single parameter to manage both SGA and PGA)? If you are already on it, ignore this as I can't see it anywhere. If not, get rid of SGA_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET and replace it with a single MEMORY_TARGET parameter. However you may have a minimum threshold set for different SGA pools so that they won't shrink beyond that point.
Having said that, setting MEMORY_TARGET is not a guarantee to avoid ORA-4030. Just a single bad PL/SQL code could go and exploit the untunable part of your process memory and even go and blow up the physical memory. If you are using FORALL and BULK load, see if you can cut it down into few chunks rather than running as a single process.

Installed on 2 GB IBM server
and for memory setting for Oracle is
Shared Pool - 800MB
Buffer Cache - 200MB
Large Pool - 64 MB

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate string bytes (string, string)
Cause: Operating system process private memory has been exhausted
So you should check the amount of memory in your system and verify you have enough swap.

Hi
Is anybody familiar with this error, We get this error in production environment when the the dimensional mapping is getting executed. We are using OWB 9.2 and Database 9.2.0.5. I thought it was database issue, but I was curious to see something related to"OWB92.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT" ... Is it something to do with runtime parameters we pass in the mapping?
Below is the error we get in OWB Runtime audit browser , Any help or suggestion woudl be greatly appreciated.
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 32080 bytes (pga heap,ksm stack) ORA-06512: at "OWB92.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT", line 338 ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "OWB92.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT", line 1736 ORA-06512: at "OWB92.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT", line 2625 ORA-06512: at "ODW.ITEMS_DIM_M02", line 10407 ORA-06512: at "ODW.ITEMS_DIM_M02", line 11959 ORA-06500: PL/SQL: storage error ORA-06512: at "ODW.ITEMS_DIM_M02", line 18940 ORA-06512: at line 1
Thanks
BalaHi Bala,
OWB92.WB_RT_MAPAUDIT is a package that takes care of the auditing of your mappings, and therefore might cause just that bit of extra transaction on the database that causes the out-of-memory.
There is also a trick to prevent out-of-memory on your client (you can get "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" when processing large amounts of OWB project metadata), you can alter the call to the OWB client in order to have more memory available to OWB. Check owb.cl and owbclient.bat in directory <windows OWB_HOME>\owb\bin\win32.
Standard it says "-Xmx384M -Dlimit=384M", this you can alter into "-Xmx512M -Dlimit=512M" (or maybe even more if you've got ampel internal memory).
This also applies to OMBPlus.bat.

KEEP GETTING ORA-04030: OUT OF PROCESS MEMORY During import using DataPump
Hi,
I know I have several issues with my datapump during imp, but I am stuck again people :(
We took a expdp from an external client and we are trying to append the data to our existing db. When we do this, we keep
getting this.
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/TABLE/TABLE_DATA
ORA-31693: Table data object "IWORKS"."TBLEDIFILE_DTL" failed to load/unload and is being
skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 64528 bytes (sort subheap, sort key)
and so on...for all the tables.
I used 2 different impdp commands to see if I would get different results and they are:

I have also enabled my 3gb limit on my Windows 2003 Server which has a total of 4gb of RAM and a 2.6 ghz dual core:

So basically I have looked online at Metalink and they are telling me (VIA me opening a SR with them), that I should look at Note 233869.1 Diagnosing and Resolving ORA-4030 errors
So I did this, and the only thing that can apply to me that I am thinking is maybe I have sized my SGA too big??? I mean what else can cause this issue? -
ORA-04030: out of process memory when using Java Stored Procedures
Hello,
I have a problem using Java Stored Procedures in Oracle 10g.
My Java application performs http posts to a webservice and the response is parsed in order to populate some DB tables.
There is a scheduled job which calls the Java Stored Procedure every x minutes.
No matter of the 'x minutes' values - after about 160 - 200 calls I get this error:
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1048620 bytes (joxp heap,f:OldSpace)
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 2097196 bytes (joxp heap,f:OldSpace)
The job stops just while is posting the http request. The weird thing is that almost each time the first http post request I get this error:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.doConnect(PlainSocketImpl.java:305)

at org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient.executeMethod(HttpClient.java:397)
at org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient.executeMethod(HttpClient.java:323)
and the second try works fine.
So, The out of process memory occured each time just before getting such an error, and I suspect to be a connection between these errors.
Tech details:
1. OS: WinXP
2. Oracle 10.1.0.2.0
3. To perform http post I use HttpClient 3.1 from Apache.
4. I checked the http connection to be closed each time, and this is done.
5. I checked the oracle statement and connection to be closed each time and this is done
6. The JVM error (logged in .trc files of Oracle) is:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

Can be a problem with JVM threading under Oracle ?The server prcess failed to allocate more memory for large objects ( in Oldspace).
If you Google ORA-04030, you will see several recommendations to work around this.
The Java VM in the database already has HttpClient, i don't know why you are loading the Apache HttpClient but this might not be the surce of the problem.

Hi
I have a stored procedure that uses the XMLQuery function (SELECT XMLQuery( '......' RETURNING CONTENT) FROM dual; ) to extract data from 3 different tables and store the xml file in XML DB. This store procedure was running fine for a long time until 2 weeks ago where I started seeing the following error:
Database Error: DBD::Oracle::db do failed: ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 92 bytes (koh dur heap d,qmxtkWriteXobToOpn:heap)
Currently I have 16,000 records. I am not sure what is going on, the size of the previous successful output xml file is about 2M. I also noticed when the stored procedure runs with 3G of system memory available, it basically used up all the memory and cpu time. The store proc consistently dies after 3.5 hour and spits out the ORA-04030 out of process memory error.
Does anyone have any suggestion what to look for or what parameters I need to set? ThanksUnless your database is strictly a DSS-type of database, your AWR report exposes loads of issues with it. And I think none of the time during the AWR window was spent on database. Look at the DB time (with all those multi cores) compared with the elapsed time of the AWR.
