I can't download kindle apps in my ipad

Hello,
i am from algeria. i have an ipad air 64 gb that i bought from apple store france (with algerian ID). i need kindle reader app (which is free). but when i try to download it, they said that it is not available for algerian store and i must to change store. i switch to usa store and when i want to download after i enter my ID it tell me that this ID is from algeria and redirect me to algerian store.
is there solution ? or i waste my money.

As you have discovered, all Stores are not the same and all apps are not necessarily available at all Stores. As seen in the Mexico Store thru iTunes on a Mac, the app is indeed free and has recently been updated. Since the availability of an app is the prerogative of its developer, you can take this up with Amazon; Apple is wholly innocent in this case. "Developer Website" is the support link I am getting.

I think that the trick to this is that you have to try to download a free app in order to get the iTunes store to ask you to create the account.

Try downloading something from iTunes on your computer, like a free song or a free app, and then sync it to the iPad.

If you are trying to download the Kindle app from the App Store app but you're getting a 'cannot connect to iTunes' messange then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I can't download any app into my iPAD, but I have no problem downloading app into my iPhone. Using same Apple ID for both my iPAD and iPhone.

I couldn't download any app into my iPAD. Puzzled by this strange condition, I tried downloading the same chosen app into my iPhone. It worked!
I use the same Apple ID for both my iPAD and iPhone. So why is it not working for my iPad? Previously, both devices were working fine!

Do the apps show as installed on the Purchased tab in the App Store app ? If they show as installed, then have you got any restrictions set on Settings > General > Restrictions (e.g. Allowed Content > Apps) that might be hiding them ?
You could try closing the App Store app completely and then seeing if it downloads after you re-open it : from the home screen (i.e.not with the App Store app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the App Store app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
You could also try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
And try logging out, and then back in, with your iTunes account : Settings > Store

I've been getting a error message stating that I can't download any apps to my ipad 3 ?

I recently went to update my Kindle app to the newest version, my ipad has been running great until now. After I went to install the latest version I noticed that I received an error message stating that I couldn't install at this time. I have tryed rebooting the system, I deleted the app & went back to re-install and I am still getting the same message. I also tried to download a random app to see if I received the same message & I did...any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Here are a couple of things that you can try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again.

I can't download purchased apps into my ipad (after recovery)

I have been trying upgrade my ipad to 7.1.1 for sevral weeks. Several times it was taking hours and failed.
Tried again today.
My ipad connected to my imac by cable.
Started the upgrade but was taking too long.
So I pulled the cord in the middle of a message "waiting for ipad".
Went into recovery mode in the ipad.
So I followed the recovery process but selected to not use my existing backups.
I did the upgrade without a backup or restore.
So now my ipad is back and deliciously empty.
Set up appleid again and all that.
So now my ipad is back and fresh and I want to download the apps I have paid for from the store.
Its asking me to pay again $9.99 for pages for ipad.
How can I get access again to the apps I have purchased?

If you go into the App Store through your iPad and look to the bottom of your screen, you'll see the words "Featured", "Genius", "Top Charts" and so on. Tap the "Top Charts", and it'll take you into the top Apps but they'll be split by "Top Paid" on the leftside of the screen and "Top Free" on the rightside of the screen. Click on the "Free" button of any App that you'd like to download. You can remove any App that you don't like, so don't be affraid to play around with new Apps.

How come I can't download certain apps on my IPad Air?

If you turned it off, the passcode goes away until you enable it again then it asks you to create a new one.
Even if your iPad is not compatible, it will give you the Free (or price button) or a cloud button, then when you try to download the app it will tell you about compatibility. The only thing that can make that free or cloud button disappear completely is restrictions.
If you still have a code in restrictions, see if you can guess it and then go to that setting like I said before and make sure it shows Allow All Apps.

I can't download an app on my ipad mini

One of my app on my ipad mini 2 suddenly disappeared. I went to App Store and then to Purchased and found that the 'open' icon has turned to a cloud with an arrow pointing down. I touched the symbol, signed in and got this message: "You've alredy purchase this, so it will be downloaded now at no additional charge." But nothing happened after that. I want this app back on my ipad. What should I do?

If it says it was downloaded, it probably was. It is either restricted or hiding with its new and unfamiliar icon.
You didn't say what App. Try checking settings, general restrictions. Turn off any restriction that may prevent access to that app.
Use the search on the iPad to find the app.

When I press the 'get' button it comes up with 'install' after I press this there is a spinning circle then comes up saying 'get' all over again but the app hasn't downloaded.
I Have tried turning off and on again, also signing in and out of the App Store
