Hi
Uninstall the Adobe Application manager from your computer.
and download the latest version of the AAM from the below mentioned sites.

Once installed , Then try to update the application by launching the application and Help--> Update

I've checked Reader, and there are no updates. I've run a Windows version compatibility test - although it only goes up to Vista, and not Windows 7.
Anyway, it appears I can now open Adobe files - but I've found another issue: when I right-click on a file and scroll down to the 'send to email recipient', it doesn't automatically open an Outlook email with the file as an attachment - in fact it doesn't open Outlook at all, let alone automatically?
Any clues? -

Hi there, I cannot open bridge and I get this warning, "Adobe Bridge Cannot be Opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Bridge CC works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall any updates for this application and Mac OS X" although bridge has been running on my Mac for over a yera. I have installed all current updates for Mac and reinstalled Bridge again from CC and still get the same issue? Any advice?

When I try to watch any video clip I get this:

I tried clicking on the Adobe Flash Player. It said it accepted it but it did not make a difference.

updated to new 2014 cc. In bridge when I go to tools/Photoshop/Image Processor....I get this message "adobe photoshop 2014 CC has quit working" Anyone have a fix for this??
I use a windows 7 pro and have no problem like that from bridge cc when I select a thumbnail then use menu Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor.. I see Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 start up then I see the Image processor dialog and that one file is selected in the bridge I the complete the dialog and click run. The image files are created. Photoshop remains open after the image files are create with no open documents. I need to click on the bridge in the task bar to bring bridge back into focus.

AME:lle ei ole omaa unistalleria, vaan sen asentavat muut CC:n ohjelmat käyttöönsä.
Mulla ei onnistunut ID CC:n ja Premierin päivitys. Niihin olisi ollut tulossa vain tuo AME:n päivitysosa. Ainakin mulla ongelmia näytti aiheuttavan MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework, joka esti AME:n päivittämisen. Poistin sen käsin AME:n sisältä.
Poistin Premieren (uninstall) ja asensin sen uudestaan. Buuttasin koneen. Sen jälkeen molempien päivitys onnistui.
There's no separate uninstaller for AME. My ID CC and Premiere couldn't be updated (for the AME7.2.2 update). MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework seemed to be the factor.
I uninstalled Premiere (only), after having manually removed MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework from inside AME. After boot I installed it again and voilà, both (ID & Premiere) updates went trough fine. The MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework was on place inside AME too. -
I have LR 4 and now I cannot open the software because I get this warning: "light room cannot start because it cannot create files in the temp file location. C:\windows\temp\". I think I need to have LR open in a different place but I have no idea how to do that. Any help is most appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately I am not that tech oriented and
cannot easily find that folder. I did notice when I was booting up the LR software
that I could accept the site where LR usually is set up or choose a place. I am
thinking that the standard location for LR software is corrupted and that if I
chose a different place it would work. I say this because whether I use my
original disc or download from adobe I get the same warning. I have 100GB of
memory on the hard drive and I have cleaned the computer with Mcaffee and free
software. What should I do next? I can't use this software and I doubt LR 5
would open up with my current problem.

I need to download Encore CS6 so that I can burn my movie onto a DVD for a presentation. I have looked and looked and I cannot find an economical way of getting Encore from Adobe. It's not offered on Creative Cloud (as I have heard Adobe cannot pay the licensing fees or some jargon like that) and the only other option seems to be that I would have to buy it at full price! There clearly isn't a trial version from Adobe that I can find and I'm freaking out! Thanks for any insight

It's not just jargon. Adobe would have to pay for every use of an Encore trial. So they don't. But it is available as part of CS6 and of the Creative Cloud. I assume it is actually installed in the trial, but not available until Premiere is activated (meaning paid for and activated). There is a money back guarantee (true? and still 30 days?). That's really the only way to try out Encore.

The window hangs and have to cold boot to bring up the browser. The computer says that I am connected to the internet.The instructions on the Adobe site are outdated and do no longer apply to current Firefox versions and you can ignore those instructions and save the Adobe installer to your desktop and start the installation with a double-click on that file.

Trying to burn a playlist in itunes and i get this message at the end 'The attempt to burn a disc failed. An nknown error occurred (4450)'. This is with a new Dell laptop running windows 8. The playlist was 17 songs from cd's and itunes. Any ideas?

This is how I managed to fix the problem...and I hope this helps others in the similar situation.
I tried with another program..latest version of Nero, and this was also stopping at the 'initialising' stage. I was now lost! I thought the last resort is to give Evesham (My PC manufacturer) a buzz. They were very helpfull. Basically go into 'Control Panel', 'System', and click on the Hardware tab, then 'Device Manager'. Uninstall everything in the DVD/CDRom Drives. Then uninstall everything under the catagory IDE ATA/Atapi disk controllers. This is where my problem was, as I only had one IDE channel here. You should have 4 or 5! Reboot your machine, and everything will automatically re-load. I tried burning using Nero and it worked. Then the big test was iTunes. It worked 1st time!
I asked why the IDE channels have dissappearred, and he said sometimes uninstalling Programmes occasionally removes them.
I hope this will help others who are having problems to burn stuff on iTunes. -
