I cannot run the 13.0r0 flashplayer with the 28.0 firefox. I have tried EVERYTHING! I also can no longer run an archived player just tell me to update.
running firefox 28, trying to run flashplayer 13.0r0, have windows vista. At this point I can't even pull up the logo to disable the acceleration - that is the only thing I have not been able to try. All I ever get is that the flashplayer has stopped and windows is searching for a solution..... I also did the firefox reset which did not work. Is this fixable or do I need to purchase a new modem????
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
*disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Try a different port on the computer.
Does the iphone beep when u plug it up. ?
Plug iphone into computer and give it 3 to 4 minutes to see if it connects and is running slow.,
Delete the apple mobile device from your computer.
Upgrade itunes to newest version.
Is you USB cord defective ?
Any USB 3.0 on your system ? .
Delete or Disable any antivirus program on your computer ?
I will tell u the problem is your computer not the phone.

I have a jetpack, and when I try to "connect" to my ipad or phone, it keeps telling me I am not using the correct password. I have tried everything. I even changed the password, nothing is working. Both are 4G, my ipad is an Air and my phone is a Iphone 5. I can get connected to other wifi on these features but not with my jetpack. Please help, I need to use this feature soon. Thank you so much
Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information. Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection. Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect. -
i am trying to updat to 5.0 i have the latest version of itunes but it bring up the error 3194 and i have tried everything that it suggested includeing removing itues and reinstalling it i did get an error when it updated but dont know why and what for

Basic troubleshooting steps straight out of the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW. Have you been through ALL of these steps?

FF just opens a black text type of webpage. Just Fing horrible. Everyone says to use you, but it's just a nightmare. Shitty. Sorry, all I seem to do Is F with browsers and anything related to FF. I am running W7 and FF 14.01. My admin account FF works fine. My working account has the problems. In the past I have been able to get the bookmarks back but not this time.
The bookmarks were there yesterday morning and gone in the afternoon. Nothing changed between the AM and PM to my knowledge. The only reason I keep tiring to get this browser to work is I cant seem to get all my bookmarks and other setting to another browser easily, but i'm working on that also....
It is easy to transfer the bookmarks to another browser.
But firefox should not keep freezing, certainly not over the last year ! I have firefox on an XP and not really noticed any long term problems with it freezing.

Do you get problems mainly on specific sites such as those with video content, or whilst background tasks are running such as downloading, disk indexing, updating or virus scanning. -
I have an iPhone 5c version 7.1.2. When trying to allow the upgrade for the "iOS 8.1.3 , everything appeared to be upgrading except for the wifi. my Wifi stays turned off now and will not come on. In my Setting applications , general it states I need to do the "iOS 8.1.3 upgrade but will not allow me to continue because I do not have Wifi. I have googled this issue and tried some of the options on there, I do apologize. I can not remember specific right now what the few were. I have MS and some cognitive issues. When inserting a CD into the disk drive, it stuck before it was found or mounted and I am not been able to get it out. I have tried dick utility and restarting whilst pressing the mouse and tried using terminal, all to no avail.
Are there any other ways of getting the **** thing out???!!!!If the drive does not eject discs using the F12 or eject key on the keyboard.
If the disc will not eject try dragging the disc icon to the trash.
If the disc will still not eject, holding down the trackpad or mouse button after restarting the computer should also eject a disc.
If the disc continues not to eject, reset the System Management Controller (SMC) and try steps 1-4 again.

Is Apple going to fix Safari 5.1.2? It has been a nightmare for since the update. I only had my Mac for a short period of time and didn't have the problem when I started. It all started when the update was loaded. It is puzzling when Mozilla FireFox works better, but slower than the Safari. I was told this browser was the best to use for Macs. I am not seeing it! I have empty the cache, reset Safari, and reset the prefences. I still can't images, server not found error, or best yet-not connected to the internet when the news ticker is running. What more can I do so I can make use of Safari? I am tired to reset and clear cache every time I wish to go browse.

I finally threw in the towel and called tech support since it is free for me for the moment after making my post this morning. They fix my Safari problem! First, they had me do a shut down and unplug the computer for 30 seconds. This idea didn't work for me. Then they had me go and change my DNS from my IP address that was listed to the following:
Go to System Preferences
Click on Network
Click Advance
Click on DSN
Under DSN Severs there is a plus sign. Click on it.
Type: 8.8.8.8
Add another by clicking the plus sign and Type: 8.8.4.4
Go back to the beginning--main page and push the Apply button and then close.
Open Safari to see if that works
This works! So far my Safari 5.1.2 is working like it was before the update on Lion and Safair package! I hope this will help some of you.
Thank you for trying to help me with my intitial question, but it turned out that I needed help from support and fix my DNS. This may not work for all of you, but I hope for some it can relieve the stress. -
