Can anyone tell me how I keep everything I had in my old photoshop, now I've updated to Photoshop CC 2014. It did give me the option to transport over all my presets, but because I didn't have internet access at the time, it couldn't do it. Now I'm not getting the option. Please help.
Migrating Presets does not require a network connection and you can still migrate your cc presets if you still have CC installed. Use Photoshop menu Edit>Presets>Migrate Presets... Migrating presets only migrates presets. It does not migrate Plugins, settings, extensions and scripts. CC 2014 is also not completely backwards compatible with CC. Support for Flash Panels and Oil Painter filter have been removed. So extensions like mini bridge no longer work in CC 2014

I connected my external hard drive to my new imac to put all of the information from my macbook onto it. I have been working on the macbook now and want to reconnect the external hard drive so my imac is updated with the work. How is that done? or is it possible?
As I said, I don't use Time Machine, so it'd be best to wait for an "expert" answer, but, with my very limited knowledge, I'd say: probably not - so, for now, I'd suggest you read up on Time Machine:

I just installed an update from Firebox on a Macbook with OS X. I got a message from Firefox telling me to install an adobe update right away, but I don't remember which adobe product it told me to install. Do you know which it was?
It was probably Adobe Flash. You currently have version 10.1, the current version is 10.2

I am able to transfer my photos from my iPone 4s to my PC with Windows Vista but it won't transfer my videos? Does anyone know how to do this?
I have Vista (don't laugh) and my videos are transferred over when I plug in my phone. They don't open up in Winodws Picture Viewer though.
They are under my Photos, under the date created by the sync. Do a search I'm sure you'll find them. -
I have a 4S and just tried updating to the latest iOS version and my phone went into recovery mode and iTunes says I need to restore to factory settings. Anyone know how I can fix my phone without losing all my content?
You would only be able to restore to a backup to iCloud or iTunes:

Can't seem to change the Document Properties > Advanced > Reading Options in a Form that was created in Adobe LiveCycle. This option has been "greyed" out - anyone know how to update this to English so I can pass Accessibility Testing?
LiveCycle forms use a very different approach to create a PDF form than Acrobat and that approach makes many features for processing PDFs non-functional.

DetailsWhat you should see on a restart is a black screen followed by a screen with the Apple (at which point you let go of the two buttons). There is no progress bar, just the Apple. The Apple will stay there for 15 seconds or so, then the "Slide to Unlock" screen will redisplay.
But, I don't think the reset will fix it for you. I just tested it, and it comes back on with the zoom still on. The only way to get it to zoom out is the tapping with the 3 fingers.
I said to double-tap....MY BAD! You need to triple-tap with three fingers!
Try that and see if it will display the zoom menu for you, or if it will zoom back out.

How do I show applications running in the background? And how do I close them down? In class, the instructor press something but she did not go into Settings. Does anyone know?
Double-click the home button that will bring up all the applications in the background.
To close then you swipe the application upward and it will close. -
when I make a call or a call comes in on my LG G2 it doesn't show the dial pad or call in progress just a blck screen??????????Does anyone know how to fix it.

We want to make sure that everythig is working on the device without any kind of issues. When did you notice that the dial pad went away once a phone call is made or received? Do you have a screen protector on the phone that covers the sensors on the device? Please keep us posted.

Thank you for the question. Are you seeing the previous Apple ID in the iTunes and App Store? If you are, use these steps to sign in with your new Apple ID:
Sign in with a different Apple ID
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
Or if you don't have another Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID.

If you trying to change the Apple ID signed into iCloud, use these steps:
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.

So the question says it all. Last week, I went to the Carindale Apple Store located in Queensland to purchase a iPad 2 and a iPod Touch 5th Generation. I asked one of the shop assistants when they were getting the iPod Touch 5th Generations and they had said that they didnt know that they would recieve it in a few months but they'll recieve it before next year.
