I did create Apple id and pass word now locking into I cloud it tells me the the id and pass word is valid for appplie and not for I cloud this I can not excess any think on the device can you please help
The user and password is valid for apple not for I cloud.
You cannot create an iCloud account on Windows. You can do so on a Mac or an iOS device and then log into it with your Windows PC.

Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world. -
Please help me back my my data . My system is not booting up.There is some hardware issue.
Apple is ready to replace my device. But before that I need ro back up my data.OK - now it's great that you got into the Recovery partition. When you hold down the option key, do you see your internal hard drive as well? If so, try booting into it and making sure that you set it as your start-up volume in System Preferences.
If you don't see your hard drive...
What you should do now is open Disk Utility. You want to see if it recognizes "Macintosh HD" (or whatever you've named your hard drive). If it does, select it and select "Verify Disk". It is likely that you will find some errors - if you do, select "Repair Disk". If the disk repairs successfully, you might want to just reboot and see if you can boot into your normal disk.
If there are no repairs needed after you verify your disk, try repairing permissions. You'll usually always have some permissions that need to be repaired. After this, try booting into your regular disk.

I can't drag any object with trackpad or mouse. Please Help
Since yesterday, like a bolt out of the blue, mouse and trackpad stop working properly, in the sense that I cannot drag any object in my desktop or in any application neither with the mouse, neither with the tackpad. Moreover, when I lunch Mercury I get a massage stating that some Java routine cannot be opened and Azureus refuse to start. My computer use last version of leopard and all the updates available, last java upgrade included. Everything else seems to work properly. Any idea of what colud be wrong and what can I do ti solve this irritating issue? Thanks.

How well backed up are you and do you have a clone of your system prior to the drag & drop problem? If you do, I'd erase your internal and copy over the good clone. Or, restore from a previous date from Time Machine.
If not, you ought to run off a SuperDuper clone now. (SD is free for cloning) Then, do an archive & install. After you have everything you need back, delete the volume with clone since it is corrupt and run a good clone from your trouble free system

i have the ipod touch 4th generation and the screen is white, i was going to charge it and it turned white. I have tried to reset it but the apple logo will not show up and it will not turn on! i just got it for christmas... can you please help?
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. I can't send any pictures on the message application. It tries to send it but ends up saying "Not delivered and an !" How do I fix this?

i downloaded 3 songs to my pc and sync'd my ipod and the songs do not tranfer. is this related to not having the proper itunes version vs ios? I cannot get the songs to sync, but I can move other songs to different playlists and they sync fine...any ideas what's wrong?

I have a couple of steps for you to try in order to get those songs transferred to your iPod touch. First, make sure all of your software is updated with the latest versions. If the songs were downloaded from iTunes, you will also want to delete the songs from your library and then download them again from the list of past purchases on your iTunes account. If you try a sync after those two steps and are still seeing the issue, then I would like you to try syncing the iPod by setting it to manually manage. An article outlining more information on manually managing your iPod sync can be found here:

Try a different port on the computer.
Does the iphone beep when u plug it up. ?
Plug iphone into computer and give it 3 to 4 minutes to see if it connects and is running slow.,
Delete the apple mobile device from your computer.
Upgrade itunes to newest version.
Is you USB cord defective ?
Any USB 3.0 on your system ? .
Delete or Disable any antivirus program on your computer ?
I will tell u the problem is your computer not the phone.

Hi My grandparents just bought an iPod Touch for me from Dubai, UAE. I can't see any facetime on the home screen nor in the settings. I've read that it's not possible. But is it possible if I get my OS updated again from India?
There is no way you can activate Facetime on an iPod touch purchased in the UAE. The government there required Apple to lock off Facetime at the hardware level and there's no way to unlock it. Reinstalling iOS, regardless of country, will not help. If you want Facetime, you will need to sell your UAE-version iPod and buy one there in India.

I am trying to authorise a new computer. Apple's instructions are to select "Authorise this computer" from the itunes store menu. I can't find this in any menu. Can you please help? How do I authorise my computer?

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it. Or turn on Windows 7 and 8 iTunes menus: iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us. -

Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. If you did not provide a rescue email address then you will need to go to Express Lane Support https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action for help.
