I don`t know how but I have lost all my photos that were in iTunes,any ideas please as to how I can get them back.

I don`t know how but I have lost all my photos that were in iTunes,any ideas on how to retreave them.I have tried deselecting the all folders when it starts syncing but it wont let me.

Please explain your problem better. There a no photos in iTunes.
You can sync photos from your computer to your iPod via iTunes. You select in the Photos pane for the iPod in iTunes what folder of photos to sync to the iPod.
