I recently got a new computer and i can not ge it to sync with my my iPod. My old comp crashed so i dont have any thing other than my ipod with my music on it. i did the shared home screen and autrized this comp.. but how do i un autorize my old comp that died

By waiting until you have all five of your authorizations used and the then you can deauthorize all the computers. See:

It keeps asking me to sync the ipod to this computer, but I'm scared to lose all my music. I want to transfer some of the music onto my iphone but I can't. I'm very frustrated and wish I knew more about computers at the moment!?!? What do I do???

You will need the help of some sort of 3rd party software to help you copy the content from your Shuffle back to your PC. Once you have done that, you can reimport this music into iTunes and configure it to sync to your new Shuffle.

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer.
If for some odd reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod:
File>transfer Purchases
In the U.S you can use the newly released icloud, beta version, to get itunes purchases. open itunes store, click Purchased under Quick Links

Yes- it is a Mac. I went through adobes system requirements and re- downloaded supportive software. The notice seems to happen near the end of the down load with the messages above. I'll look into your suggestion. Thank you- appreciated.

Try putting the iPod in DFU Mode vs. Recovery Mode.

HT1386 Since the new update I have been unable to sync my iTouch with iTunes

A month ago I downloaded some new music and synced it to my iTouch no problem. It seems like since the new update I have been unable to sync BOTH of my iTouch's to my iTunes. When I connect the iTouch to the computer it shows up but not in iTunes. I have redownloaded iTunes with no help. It just keeps showing up as if nothing is attached.

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
