I have a subscription to iTunes Match on my laptop, but when I try and use it on my iPad, it wants me to subscribe again...help!
If I already have a subscription to iTunes Match and can use it on my laptop, why does my iPad require me to subscribe again?

What you are seeing suggests that you are not signed in. You need to sign into iTunes using the Apple ID that you used to buy Match.

I figured it out!
I read a solution for something that sounded similar.
Anyone in similar position:
Open iTunes app on iPhone, and pick an option from bottom, such as music. Then scroll down to bottom of page and where your iTunes ID is, press on it, and pick sign out.
Then return to home screen, and double press home button and press and hold on first icon showing, until a minus symbol appears in the top left of icons present. Press on each minus symbol on each app in turn, until all app icons have disappeared. Then Restart the phone by pressing and hold the home button and the on/off/standby button at top of phone, until the apple symbol appears in centre of blank screen.
Swipe to turn phone fully on and open settings and scroll down to iTunes and apps option and tap that. Pick sign in and put in your apple ID, it will accept it and then return to home screen and open iTunes a you'll find it works fine
Simple really, but some like me won't think f this themselves!

I have 2 artists - Beyonce and Celine Dion - their purchased songs in my ITunes library cannot be imported to my MP3 player. My other 200 songs have no problems. Get a message that there are no "Media Rights". I have no idea how to solve.
To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
Delete the "songs" that do not play in your iTunes library and reimport them. -
I have recently reinstalled itunes on to my laptop. I have tv shows in my library which i downloaded from itunes but when I try and sync them to my ipad it doesn't show them in the sync page. can anyone help ?
Have you tried closing the iBooks app completely and seeing if it works ok when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e.not with the iBooks app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iBooks app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If neither of the above work then you could also try deleting the app and re-installing it - as long as the books are still in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used then you can re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 -

Please help! I have an ipad that I purchased in Australia and my iTunes account is Australian, but when I try and watch Australian TV shows on Australian websites it says that the content is not available because I am not in Australia. How can I fix this?
Are you using a proxy server to access the net?
Or another cause could be that your router thinks it's in its home country (probably china)
I just don't know how to fix it. There's a way but I don't know enough to advise.
You could try googling your router model and 'wrong country' or keywords like that and see if something comes up. -
Everytime i go on Itunes it tells me i have to restore my ipod but everytime i do, it just tells me to do it again? When i try and use my ipod it just has a connect to itunes sign and nothing else, it wont work at all?

If it's an iPhone 4S or earlier, click here.

I have an existing ipod that I use with my mac. I am trying to connect an additional ipod to it but when I try and register, it just brings up the existing info. I don't want to lose the original info or library - just create new for this device. Pls help...
We are starting from the beginning like its a new ipod starts out asking language, country,location services,choose a network,and when we get to "setup ipod touch " there are 3 options 1..setup as new ipod, 2.restore from ipod backup 3 restore from itunes backup and when we hit setup as new ipod and click next it comes up with sign in with apple id or create a free apple id we clicked create a free apple id....then comes up with bday,1st name last name, use your current email address, get a free icloud email address or change email address and THIS is where we have problems....if we hit change email address it means that sis's stuff goes under his name and moves all her stuff to this older ipod which the brother does not want. sorry this is so long but its the only way I knew to do it.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You need to install Office on the computer from the installer DVD or disc image you purchased.
