I have an IPad 2 and can't get it to sync with ICloud. Help!
When I try to get mail on my IPad2 I get a message "ICloud. User name or password is incorrect. Ignore. Edit"
I go to edit, but I don't know what user name and password is being used. (I must have a zillion by now). Where can I find this info?
I don't want to mess something else up. Can IPhone, IPad and MacBook Pro all have different names and passwords for the same program? From my frustrating experience, think at least some do.

If you don't know the user name, then you have a problem. If you haven't really begun using iCloud (but you mention trying to get mail, so I'm assuming you have used iCloud before), then use a .mac or .me account you know you have or just sign up for a new account - and be sure to write down the name and password for future use.
If you want to use the account to sync your contacts, email, calendars, etc, then each of your ios devices need to use the same account, otherwise they will be independent of one another.

Upgraded to Mountain Lion and Can't Get Calendar to sync with Exchange server
Just upgraded to Mountain Lion and my Calendar refuses to sync with the Exchange server. Events deleted on the web interface dont show up on my Air Calendar. Any thoughts on this?

How do I get the iTunes festival to play on my Apple TV in the evening, as I work during the day and can't watch it at 4:00pm? I have the app installed on my iPad and can't get it to play!

i downloaded an app on my ipad and can't get it to show up on my iphone and I have the icloud enabled
Is the app compatible with the iPhone (i.e. it's not an iPad-only app) and do you have the relevant iOS version on your iPhone ? Does it show in the Purchased section in the App Store app on the phone for you to download it (re-downloading) ?

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it. -
I got a new iPad and can't get my music or videos from the cloud or iTunes. Every time I download all my music & a video then click on music it says I don't have any music & I can purchase music on iTunes. I go to iTunes click purchased and download again. It shows everything downloaded so I open music and get the same message - no music. The same happens with videos. Am I missing a setting or something?

Updated my iPad and can't get past agreeing to t&c as the part on my screen where u have to agree is broke. Is there any way around this or will it only be resolved when screen is fixed?
Try a device reset and start over again with the setup.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
Re-reading the post, I now see your issue more clearly...can you rotate the screen (be sure Orientation Lock is disabled) to have the "agree" tap-able section in a different physical place (out of the bad section) on the screen so the bad part of the screen will be in a different area? Give that a try.

You need OSX 10.7.2 or higher in order to access icloud. The mobile me account is now defunct (it closed down more than a year ago).

Fastest way is by contatcing support. This is because youc an't reset the questions on your end if you forgot the original answers.

Follow these steps:
All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply. -

Hold down the home and lock buttons until you see an Apple Logo, then release the buttons.
If that doesn't work, you should check to see if you have a backup because you may have to restore your device. -
