I have an iPod Touch Version 6.1.3. Can't download upgrades or new apps. When I try, box appears: "Account not in this store. Your account is not valid for use in the Australian store. You must switch to the UK store before purchasing". HELP!

Recently lived in Australia and downloaded apps / upgrasdes there - so my iPod seems to be configured for the Australia store. My 'home country' is UK and I need to reconfigure / change the app system for that but can't find a way to do this. Could someone please advise me how to do this? Thanks.

I guess it would make more sense if I actually included the link. :-)
